Please remember that the loan is completely optional. Financing through the loan simply allows you to accelerate the debt resolution process and also starts the process of repairing your credit. If you do not like your loan terms, we completely support your choice to decline the Americor Advantage Loan.

If you do decide to move forward, please keep in mind that the interest for this loan is a fixed rate, unlike credit card interest which charges daily compounded interest, meaning the interest accumulates every day and is calculated by charging interest on principal plus interest earned daily.

There are no pre-payment penalties, so you can pay off your loan early if you’d like. Additionally, you may be able to refinance as your credit improves.

Many of our clients seek out the loan because it can help them pay off their debt faster and start rebuilding their credit sooner, but we definitely don’t want you to pursue that option if it doesn’t fit into your debt resolution plan.

While negotiators always aim to achieve the best possible settlement, your actual settlement percentage depends on many factors, such as the creditors you've enrolled, the delinquency of the debts, the amount financed, and your personal assets.

Interest on your credit cards will stop accruing once your debt is settled, but an average settlement will still result in a reduction of balance owed even after that interest. Plus, it would prevent the compounding interest from continuing to accrue thereafter, potentially saving you tens of thousands of dollars in interest and decades of payments.
