The lady (Amy) listened to me and asked if she could just let her senior supervisor speak with me. I'm glad she offered that. I was treated so well today, and felt so respected. Thank You! I have been with Americor now for 6 months. I have 3 completed settlements, 2 in process and 5 more to go. They explain the process in great detail as long as you read your email communication from them and ask questions along the way, the program is easy to follow. Everyone I have communicated with has been friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me with whatever I needed.

Their process is very lean, the website is well designed and intuitive, their customer service is top notch: you feel they have your best interest in mind and any message or inquiry is immediately acknowledged and timely responses are provided. I like they email you tips on how to deal with debtors, payments and what to expect as you make progress through the program. I feel relieved that they ensure guidance and coaching every step of the way, it makes the ordeal and its challenges less stressful!

It's been good. Everything is getting done. I didn't really get too much communication from them. Mostly just on the app, I kept looking at my accounts and then I just kept wondering what was happening and just didn't hear much. They could at least send some communication, maybe by texting or something like - let us know, we're working on it - more personal communication. Not just the little app page they have there with the accounts and the numbers. Something a little more personal.
