It was pretty responsive, the follow ups are very timely so I really didn't have a problem in terms with the customer service it was fine. I talked to another company and their rate is a little lower the monthly pay back was a little lower, not significantly but it was lower. I don't really have much experience or haven't been a customer for a very long but it's just my initial research it seems like the rate could be a little lower. They've been doing this for a while so they're pretty good at it so I think everything is probably just kind of research of the other rate and best rate offer out there maybe to have an idea what their competitors are offering.

Although we have managed to settle all my debt but for 2. remaining it has been a tumultuous relationship . It’s sometimes hard to get a hold of my spokesperson and they don’t always have answers. Maybe it’s just the process. The bills are being settled which is the desired outcome.
