Customer service took their time to explain everything to me. They walked me through every step of what was going to happen. It I had any questions, they would answer my questions. They were helpful moving my payment around. They were quick in getting my account settled, me debts were settled. I felt comfortable working with americor. They were willing to work with me. Their app is not very user friendly.

Very knowledgeable at the process is easy to understand. Any questions that arose during the process they answered promptly always. I was with the program for about a year maybe a little bit longer than a year and it just feels good to be thinks everything. Hopefully my credit score will improve the next month to score much to so. So it's it's a great feeling to have. I would just say just try to be consistent with the payment. Quicker process is possible.

Every question I had was answered explicitly and any concerns I had were pretty much washed without much effort. From what I can gather it should work out pretty well. I would definitely recommend americor because it's going to lower the payments drastically and you can pay off the debts a lot sooner than what you originally were going to do anyway.

My spokesperson Michael was very very understanding and very clear and just explained everything in layman's term so that I could understand. I would definitely recommend Americor just take the pressure off. They've been very very thorough and very attentive and accommodating I have nothing but good to say about it. Anytime I called and had any questions for someone the wait time wasn't very long and they explained all the questions. They were able to cut my debt. There are multiple choices and it's definitely worth looking into because one able to help consolidate your debt and I was able to get out of the program fairly quickly and pay off all my credit cards and then sets up a loan so now I'm just paying off the loan while paying off my creditors and I'm able to start building my credit sooner.

Everybody got back to me quite quickly. I didn't have to wait for answers and everyone I spoke to there was very clear and very knowledgeable of what they're doing so it helped me out a lot. It took less than a year to get my loan and pay off everything and hopefully once that processed it should be sometime this month my credit score can get back to going up again.

Everything was explained to me properly. All my questions have been answered. Everyone was nice and informative. I felt comfortable with them. Everything was done in a timely manner. There is a lot of paperwork the customer has to handle. I thought they would handle getting in touch with the credit card companies for me. I was not happy with how they handled things.

It was pretty responsive, the follow ups are very timely so I really didn't have a problem in terms with the customer service it was fine. I talked to another company and their rate is a little lower the monthly pay back was a little lower, not significantly but it was lower. I don't really have much experience or haven't been a customer for a very long but it's just my initial research it seems like the rate could be a little lower. They've been doing this for a while so they're pretty good at it so I think everything is probably just kind of research of the other rate and best rate offer out there maybe to have an idea what their competitors are offering.

Initially I wanted a debt consolidation loan, but Americor was unable to make that happen. It turns out that the program is actually a better option. Although I am scared to take the credit hit, it is unbelievably calming to know there is a light at the end of the tunnel and there IS an end of the tunnel. Several years ago we found out that my wife’s cancer had returned. This time she no longer had the strength to endure the cancer and the “cure”. When asked for clarification during the enrollment process, the consultant, Alex, was able to explain and provide factual statistics on various scenarios and discussed a solution on how to address. The communication is amazing, the customer service is great and timely - Jamie with the company was very patient with me and answered every little questions, plus repeated herself when needed.
