I didn't have any problems with them. Whenever I call I get a response and they took care of took care of my needs. I ended up getting a lot of this debt discharged and of course I'm paying for it but it would have taken probably a lot a lot longer to get this taken care of than going through Americor. They expedited matters a lot, so I guess in the long run save me a lot of interest. I'm pleased with with my results.

When I called the customer service instead of being able to help me they told me to call back. Once I called back I was able to get through to what I was trying to get done, but other than that the agents did a good job we with me like listening to what I was planning on getting into the process. This is a real legit company and if you're having troubling times or are having problems with credit or what ever this company is the one go to.

Keep up the good work. I am happy. There are a lot of scams out there with a lot of companies that don’t fulfil their applications to their clients but this company is transparent. They are honest. They are responsive to their customers. The customer service is amazing. They broke down everything. They gave me advice on how to address my finances. I don’t feel like there have been any hidden fees. I would recommend them to any one in debt. Next April I will be completely debt free.

So far they've done everything that they said that they were gonna do and they're pointing me in the right direction and get things taken care of. They've contacted all my creditors and negotiated things down for me. They've done everything necessary, I can't complain. They help me out and it's been a great release. My debt is almost gone. I have poor computer skills and they talked me through everything I needed to do to put it on my computer. They took me step by step, literally by the hand, and were very patient with me so and they took care of it all. Everything is off my plate now, it's just automatically taken out of my account. Very knowledgeable at the process is easy to understand. Any questions that arose during the process they answered promptly always. I was with the program for about a year maybe a little bit longer than a year and it just feels good to be thinks everything. Hopefully my credit score will improve the next month to score much to so. So it's it's a great feeling to have. I would just say just try to be consistent with the payment. Quicker process is possible.

Every question I had was answered explicitly and any concerns I had were pretty much washed without much effort. From what I can gather it should work out pretty well. I would definitely recommend americor because it's going to lower the payments drastically and you can pay off the debts a lot sooner than what you originally were going to do anyway.

My spokesperson Michael was very very understanding and very clear and just explained everything in layman's term so that I could understand. Anytime I called and had any questions for someone the wait time wasn't very long and they explained all the questions. They were able to cut my debt. There are multiple choices and it's definitely worth looking into because one able to help consolidate your debt and I was able to get out of the program fairly quickly and pay off all my credit cards and then sets up a loan so now I'm just paying off the loan while paying off my creditors and I'm able to start building my credit sooner.

Everybody got back to me quite quickly. I didn't have to wait for answers and everyone I spoke to there was very clear and very knowledgeable of what they're doing so it helped me out a lot. Everything was explained to me properly. All my questions have been answered. Everyone was nice and informative. I felt comfortable with them. Everything was done in a timely manner. It was pretty responsive, the follow ups are very timely so I really didn't have a problem in terms with the customer service it was fine. I talked to another company and their rate is a little lower the monthly pay back was a little lower, not significantly but it was lower. I don't really have much experience or haven't been a customer for a very long but it's just my initial research it seems like the rate could be a little lower. They've been doing this for a while so they're pretty good at it so I think everything is probably just kind of research of the other rate and best rate offer out there maybe to have an idea what their competitors are offering.

Initially I wanted a debt consolidation loan, but Americor was unable to make that happen. It turns out that the program is actually a better option. Although I am scared to take the credit hit, it is unbelievably calming to know there is a light at the end of the tunnel and there IS an end of the tunnel. Several years ago we found out that my wife’s cancer had returned. This time she no longer had the strength to endure the cancer and the “cure”. When asked for clarification during the enrollment process, the consultant, Alex, was able to explain and provide factual statistics on various scenarios and discussed a solution on how to address.
