That's the way it's been to this present day. From day one I've been freed up in my mind not to think about my debt. I'm new with them and haven't really had a whole lot of experience. They are very courteous and when I have questions they answer them. When I first started to call them I thought that it was a loan they give you to pay your debt and then you pay them back but it's more of they consolidate everything but they negotiate with your debtors to get that thing down like fifty percent. When I first went into the program I did not realize that but now I do and it's all right.

Settled all of my debt. Answered any questions I had. The settlements happened faster than I thought. I was so overwhelmed with multiple loans, and couldn't pay them. With AMERICOR negotiating the settlements, and then me getting the CREDIT9 loan to pay off the rest- it was such a relief. Hopefully my credit starts to build back up again. I would've have been able to get back on top without AMERICOR.

I am very appreciative because I don't feel like I was pushed. They were not pushy and I didn't feel like I had to go with them. They explained the benefits in detail and I was very comfortable in my conversation with them. They have been very attentive. I have not had to call and ask for update from their customer service. The representative went over the process of how the program worked. It was easy to get started; but at first I had my doubts because of all the letters I was getting from my accounts. The rep kept reminding me not to give up and just keep paying the monthly payment. After about 3 months I was approved for a loan to pay off my debt within 2 1/2 years. I'm glad I didn't give up.

Definitely consider Americor, everything was handled easily online and they are very good about being in contact with the customers so they updated me every single part of the way and explained any questions in detail and they just made the whole process simple. They made it so I don't have to worry about collections or anything when it came to any of the accounts that they settled so I feel a sense of relief.

They've been responding to the questions and they've been very helpful on everything and their process has been really quick and it's impressive the way they process everything. I would refer people to Americor if they were in a jam. In the next year, I'll be in better shape financially. I was pleased with the the very first agent, Mr. Mark I. He was up front and he wanted to help me. I was kind of hesitant about the whole thing, and he explained to me that how much money I can I can save per month. And I signed up with them because I needed help. I've only been with them for about 3 weeks, and they already made a negotiation with one creditors. I was very surprised about that.

It was always easy to get a hold of somebody and they always explain everything going on. It was going to take over a year to get everything settled and it was going to cost a certain price and I paid a little bit more and it actually came in eight months and then the price was reduced. They used some of my money to pay off one of the cards that I had been paying rather than put that in the financing so they got it settled quickly. I got what I was expecting. They work good for me.

So far, things have been good. Initially, I called to request a loan for debt consolidation, but instead of the loan I just enrolled in the debt consolidation program. I just started, so I haven't really had to do much yet. Money comes out of my account automatically. They worked with me to help me spread payments out through the month, so he helped me a lot. I really appreciated that. They have the ability to work with other companies and I would definitely recommend it. I think overall Americor has been very professional and courteous with me, and have gone above and beyond to answer questions and provide useful information. The reason I am rating them a 4 instead of a 5 has more to do with the whole industry and process of debt consolidation, because I feel like I had to really press and ask difficult questions to get the full picture. Fundamentally, you are transferring debt from one place to another, and at the end of the day I am not saving nearly as much as it sounded like I would be in the orientation. If I had the means to pay the debt off quicker I would save more, but staying steady with payments essentially leaves me paying about $1000 less on a $20,000 debt.

They were really attentive because when they would call and it came up as spam, so I wouldn't answer it and then they would send you a text that they were trying to call you, so then I would answer because I know it wasn't spam. It's been awesome because I recently went through a divorce and got the credit cards so they helped me do all that. Don't be embarrassed just do it. We all want to pay our bills but sometimes you get stuck.

They explained things well to me before I signed a contract with them. They answered any questions I had right away and were more than happy to answer them, no matter how big or small the question was. They always called back within minutes if they missed my call the first time. They did everything to help me understand what I was getting into. I recommended them. My one concern is that they should make sure the customer knows when the money is coming out so that they understand and aren't surprised at any point.

The representative that I spoke with explained everything and let me know how everything worked. If I have any questions I'm able to call to speak to someone, and they're always available. Everything that they told me was accurate, I don't feel like I was misled. They have a nice website and app. The process takes quite a few months from what I've seen. We just had a little glitch with their automatic calling system there were they kept calling me every couple hours there for a week and I already talked to the person for my welcome on board meeting there so that was a little annoying but otherwise so pleasant overall. The process was super easy, the gentleman that I worked with to get on boarded was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and explain everything out according to how they operate everything. He never made me feel embarrassed or anything and just walked me through everything and it was nice to fully understand the comprehensive service they offer.

Don't second guess your decision to get help because I'm glad that I went with my gut. I've been dealing with them I think since July of last year and I went in with three credit cards and within a three months one had already been paid completely off, then within six months two had been paid completely off, and then at the last as of last month. I got approved for their credit line and the last one was paid off. Every time that I've had any questions it was easy to get in contact with them and they've always entered in a rapid response.

They are very prompt if you ask for a phone call back they return your call and keep track of things too. I had a couple of surprises that I wasn't quite expecting, so you wanna ask as many questions as you can when you start. Certainly you don't want to get in surprises, my credit score was expected to fall, but it's a little further than I expected. They did exactly what they told me they could do. I was pretty happy with their responses, their timeliness. They really do have good customer service so I appreciated that. The whole portal thing I don't know, I just couldn't get into it to see my payments and everything. I keep on trying but they just have to be patient. Some people such as myself are not very computer savvy, so when there is quite simple internet stuff it wasn't as easy for me for the transparency. I didn't have any problems with them. Whenever I call I get a response and they took care of took care of my needs. I ended up getting a lot of this debt discharged and of course I'm paying for it but it would have taken probably a lot a lot longer to get this taken care of than going through Americor. They expedited matters a lot, so I guess in the long run save me a lot of interest. I'm pleased with with my results.
