This process has been amazing but stressful all at the same time!! Yes you have to follow the process, yes your credit takes a big hit but they work hard hand and in hand with the creditors to get the best settlement they can for you!! Just you can’t get discouraged by your credit even if something big happens like having to buy a new car like I did and kept getting denied but I could a another way that I didn’t want to do but I had to just lucky I had that stash for hard times and I know not everyone has that!! Just believe and have faith in God and the process and everything will work out in the end!!

From start to finish the experience with this company and staff was great and life changing, literally. Everything that was said and explained happened just as such. I am truly grateful that I crossed paths with this company. The staff was amazing, passionate, knowledgeable, professional but foremost talking in such a way that everything they said was easily understood not one question went unanswered. All that was said came to pass. As a matter a fact it happened sooner than was anticipated. Thank you Americor. Just got another settlement offer 2 of 4 two more to go. so far so good. not happy about losing my perfect payment history. But this is better than Bankruptcy.

They were on the phone with me what seemed like forever but it wasn't that long and they me all set up to start the process of debt settlement.

Great company abd they communicate constantly. You never have to worry about where you stand, everyone is friendly, I am very satisfied.

It's too soon to really rate because I just started. But I like the fact how helpful they are and how confident I am in them to help me get out of debt.

I like the fact that my accounts are settled quickly. I don’t like that when I have an offer it tells me to approve through the app as soon as possible but there isn’t anything to approve available for a few days.

Americor helped me get out of debt when my company outsourced my job and I was laid off and struggled to pay back my debts. I had my accounts settled within 3 years

This company helps with negotiating however keeps you in debt by making small payments to creditors to keep you in the program longer to make money off the interest of the loans. When you call to inquire about specific questions you get the same questions and they say a manager is never available to help. They waited to negotiate my last card to get me to proceed with their credit9 program which did pay off the remaining 2 loans and that is when they negotiated my last card but then I was set into a new loan contract for 30 more months of lower payments so more money can be made off interest. I paid all my payments and they were paid on time. There is no excuse for 10$ payments with a 5$ bank fee per month being made to more than one creditor when I was paying 911.44/MO. I called and emailed several times to have this corrected and was given numerous excuses as to why the payment could not be increased to a more feasible number especially when paying a 5$ bank charge each time a payment is made. Will not recommend!

The ease of registering the constant contact and the availability for contact. My stress has been greatly reduced and I definitely think it’s y’all at americore

So far so good. 😊 Less than a month in an have accepted my first settlement offer! 59% savings plus the interest. Fingers crossed 🤞 for the rest to go smooth.

Too "hard" sell, had to change things twice to get it right, but they did get it done.. Instead of doing what I suggested, they pushed it through and then I had to all but "fight" to get it right. Waiting to see if it gets done according to the way they say it will. I am going to yell so LOUDLY if they don't get it right. we will see.

Very responsive to your calls and needs. Anyone I have spoke with were knowledged and polite. It's a bit of a long process on the phone when you first get involved is my only unsatisfied feeling. Not everyone has that kind of time to be on the phone, nor the service sometimes.

Americor is very quick to let me know when they have been able to work it out with one of my creditors to go on a payment plan with me, lower payments and stop interest accumulation. I appreciate everything they are doing.

I reached out to AmeriCore, after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. While struggling with my my finances, AmeriCore promised, within a short period of time, I can be debt free, and advised my credit scores would drop but after a year, I should see a major increase in my scores. Three of my four creditors were paid after 10 months (max debt of these three were approximately $1800). The biggest debt was $12000. After 7 months not paying this debt (AmeriCore advised not to converse with any debtors), the creditor sent me a settlement request to me reducing amount owed to $4600. This was sent to AmeriCore, I called to make sure it was received by them, as it was, but they advised me I did not have enough money in my account to negotiate any terms. I asked if I need to respond to creditor, AmeriCore told me “not to respond, as AmeriCore will wait until it goes to collections or to the creditors’ lawyers, in which AmeriCore lawyers will try and negotiate then, maybe to even a lower amount”. Again, I was “advised to do nothing”, that AmeriCore has everything under control. Fast forward to 01/2024, the creditor hired a lawyer and is now suing me for full amount of $12000+. AmeriCore’s response? Sorry but their lawyers will only negotiate no lower than 75% of full amount, which is same amount owed to begin with. The settlement offer of $4600 is no longer in play. AmeriCore’s negotiators only apologized and said that their credit department has me approved me to finance the amount requested by the lawyers, and my only option is to accept, or go to court and pay settlement plus lawyer fees. I unfortunately had to accept, and once Credit 9 sent me my loan paperwork, they wound up financing over $13000 at 28% interest, paying twice the amount I was paying to the original creditor! I tried to speak to AmeriCore for help, seeing how I had an offer in September for $4600 but was told to wait by AmeriCore until it goes to collections. No help was offered, other than apologizing for their error for not accepting the settlement offered. Even though “not enough money was in my account”, I could have accepted the $4600 offer, made payment arrangements myself, and I would not be stuck in this predicament I am in now. Long story short? If you are under AmeriCores guidelines and then f you can do something on your own, don’t wait for them to help I am NOT happy with my full service with AmeriCore, only the original first three settlements. The biggest debt wound up making my financial hardship even worse. With all this said, I cannot, will not recommend AmeriCore to anyone that is in dire need of help. They take your money, but doesn’t help when needed. My facts in this case is verified and as always stated, every conversation is recorded!

Everyone is there to help me on this journey through uncharted territory! I’m scared and hopeful but moving ahead with this option. I am hoping for a great outcome as being buried in debt is awful!
