I've been with T-Mobile for more than 10 years and let me tell you, T-Mobile takes really good care of their long-time clients. I have the Magenta plan for 4 people in my family and the cost each month is below $200. I use their app, which is very convenient, to view and change my plans if needed on the fly. Customer service number is 24/7 and the representatives are always kind. I'm not too concerned about having service when I go to the mountains or somewhere remote because I don't expect to have service. I know that for some people that can be a deal breaker. Last time I heard though, they are leaders in implementing 5G. I also have their insurance plan for a phone that they don't make anymore, which I highly recommend. For $12 extra a month, I can go out into the world and feel safe that my device is covered. I feel proud to be customer of a company that is growing so fast, especially with their acquisition of Sprint. Cheers to many more years!

I was debating switching from Verizon to T-Mobile and was weighing the Black Friday deals. Rudy, a chat representative, was THE MOST HELPFUL PERSON IN THE ENTIRE WORLD AND HE DESERVES A RAISE. He was such a supportive and informative salesperson. Ultimately, I decided to stay with Verizon because they had a deal on exactly what I was looking to purchase. But, if they hadn't offered exactly what I needed... I would have switched to T-Mobile without hesitation. I must have spent an hour debating which to go with and Rudy stayed by my side answering any question I had. He's the best of the best and I hope everyone switches to T-Mobile.

Ive been a T-Mobile customer for almost 20 years. They have great customer service. Every time I’ve ever had an issue, their customer reps have been very quick and very helpful. I hate having to go thru the automated operator to get to a live person, but other than that I love their customer service. T-Mobile is also cheaper than other carriers which is why I have stayed with them for so long. I wish they had a better upgrade program though. Ive been wanting to get rid of my iPhone 6 for a while now but dont want to pay full price for a new phone. Their upgrade program in the past was awesome, but the upgrade program now is just meh.

Excellent all around service for the last 10 years. I would like a more intuitive website and a call in service that has a more intelligent automated responce that remembers your voice and preferences..maybe Male or Female choice .. ( paying bills for instance on your second call it would recall you prefer a female automatic voice responce and what you normally call about )..if possible it could track your location for instance and say " hope you have a nice day or night or say something positive about your make of phone or even comment on the weather. Their Customer Service both hard location and via phone have been great..I recently called about reducing my bill and they made it happen..very pleased.7

Thank you for making me feel like we have always been family. John Legere the CEO of T-Mobile has inspired me more than he knows. At a very dark time in my life just recently John's videos and tweets helped bring me back to life you could say. I'm playing guitar more than ever now after stopping for many years due to some challenges during my military service and after I got out. John retweeted a guitar video I sent him live on Twitter using #tweetjohn that boosted my spirits and I've learned to strengthen my faith and this might sound weird but all I want to do is help anyone I can. There is good in everyone and sometimes when people are doing bad all it takes is one person to reach out, hey or how are you? Even smiling at someone could change someone's day or life. You never know. T-Mobile is dedicated not because they feel obligated but because they care in truly addressing your needs and concerns and doing everything it takes to not only fix the problem, but also makes sure you are satisfied with everything before finishing the Call! #TeamMagenta

I was with Verizon for 18 years and switched to T-Mobile last year. So far I am super happy with them. They offer great customer service, they are much more reasonably priced and in my situation much faster data speeds that Verizon. I know that your mileage may differ but in my case where it matters most (home, office, etc) the service is better and faster than Verizon which is considerably more expensive, requires a 2 year commitment and and does not offer an unlimited plan for under $100. When I would call Verizon for support I often got attitude but T-Mobile is really good. I know that their coverage isn't as good as Verizon or ATT but for me it is good enough and they are growing their network footprint faster than anyone else. Plus as a whole, they are much more consumer friendly than the other providers. T-Mobile has been the single most influential company to get the bigger guys to at least consider to consumer and not flat out take them for everything they have. I will be a loyal T-Mobile fan as long as they continue to be consumer friendly, I refuse to give my money to the other guys when they make statements like Verizon recently made that they do not care what their clients say they will not give them unlimited plans. I will not support companies like that.

I don't understand Melinda Elizaldi's review. I simply forgot to pay my T-Mobile bill a couple of months ago. The following month I logged into my account, online, to pay my bill and saw a past due amount along with my current bill with a BIG total amount due. They gave me a option of paying the past due amount in full or in payments. All I had to do was click on which ever option I wanted. I paid it in full, but I remember thinking that it was nice that I had the option if I needed it to pay my past due amount in a payment plan. Maybe Melinda isn't a post paid customer, or maybe Melinda didn't know that payment plans were a option.

I would give less star's if I could. I was lied to off the ripped. The internet they sold me wouldn't work where I live and I was told that after the fact. I Canceled my service the day after I got it and 3 weeks later. They charged me a $100 for The internet I do not even have. So I would highly recommend not going with T-Mobile. It's a bunch of liars that will tell you what you want to hear just so you will take their product.

I have been a customer for at least 25 years. And have always been happy with them until yesterday. I went in to buy my granddaughter a phone which I raise. And noticed tax was way higher than it should of been, So I questioned it. They said its a one time activation fee of 35 added. I said since when! This is my phone number that I've had for years and we are switching the sim card over. And so the argument began. I will also mention I haven't worked in months because I've been busy fighting cancer. So I had to get in my bill money and take out the other money. This is nonsense. My husband and I both need new phones too. But they just lost two sales. I am going back to buying off of market place or Craigslist. Very very disappointed in this practice that started last year. And the lady waiting on me said it's always been that way! Wrong! I said I can't wait to get my survey when I leave the store. And for the first time ever they did not send me one.

switched from ATT. From day 1, most calls get dropped and more than 50% of text messages won't go through. After 12 FULL hours with Tmobile support, they could not figure out how to make their service work. I then asked chatGPT and it said to check if I was using Google messages. Sure enough, the employee at the store had installed and set that up as my text app WITHOUT my permission. I deleted the Google message app and Text messaging is better, now at least 80%, but still some are being missed and/or delayed significantly. We tested it is not location based. Tried connecting at 5+ cell towers with 5 bars and still an issue. Switching back to ATT.

TMobile says they have service everywhere, but they don't. They maybe a cheaper company but I would rather have the quaity. If you are on a budget then this service is for you. Some of the places I go, which are in the rural areas, I could not get service. I needed something realiable.

Spectrum. I only had cellphone service with T-Mobile. My iPhone is/was fully paid for. I recently received a final bill from T-Mobile for $69.09. They are charging me for equipment that I do/did not have. I called their customer service line, and the representative could not help me because I needed a pin number. She informed me to go to the store and have the merchant handle my concerns. I went to a local T-Mobile store, and the merchant said that he could help me as well and that I had to call customer service, to which I replied, “I already did, and they, too, said they can not assist me.” I was hoping that one of these representatives would resolve this issue. I want others to be aware of being over-charged by T-Mobile and their poor customer service. In short, If I had to rate T-Mobile, I would rate them with a one-star for effort!

T-Mobile’s in-store customer service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I visited the store to replace my internet router, but the staff refused to help me, claiming that the router was defective and that replacing it would hurt their numbers. They told me I would have to go to corporate or mail it in and wait for it to be shipped. I explained that I needed internet right away and couldn’t be without it for several days, but they still refused to help. I have a business account with 12 lines, but they didn’t seem to care about my needs. The customer service specialist was rude and unhelpful, and I was left without internet for several days. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The in-store customer service is terrible, and the staff doesn’t seem to care about their customers’ needs. I plan to reach out to T-Mobile’s corporate team and management to file a complaint about this store and its poor customer service. I hope that T-Mobile will take steps to improve its in-store customer service so that other customers don’t have to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.

Pros: great coverage That’s one after that it’s all down hill. From here on out they don’t differ from any other major carrier. Tech support is outsourced to foreign companies whose employees are not really tech savvy they are just reading off a screen and don’t appear to listen to anything you have said. They spend there spending there budget in this order advertising, sales, then collections, new installs, tie between maintenance & customer service/tech support. Just a suspicion but I don’t think there is any training for tech support other than an English reading and speaking weekend crash courses.

I was originally a Sprint customer and was merged with T-Mobile. The transition was smooth overall. I have been pleased with the cost of having three lines & the safety plans. Reception has been good, and call dropping is low except for when a nearby tower is down as it was in my neighborhood recently and no one could hear me on phone calls & I could not hear them.

T Mobile has terrible customer service. They do not listen to you when you talk about your problems. They used to be very good. But they have gone downhill. You can barely understand the people that are trying to help you... It is extremely frustrating. They have changed my whole plan with a very poor explanation. I never wanted to change my plan. I had a big problem with the insurance with them writing the wrong problem with my phone. So they gave me a promotion so I would not have to pay for the phone, We shall see how that works out. I will say that Tmoble and the insurance went out of their way to fix the problem. But they just do not understand it took me 3 to 4 days on the phone arguing back and forth and a lot of stress for me...My blood pressure was through the roof. People do not want this kind of stress . We are paying for a service and want it done right .

Two parts to this review. First always beware of a FREE promotion because its not really free. Second there are some good supervisors who will fix things that their workers messed up. About two months ago a T-Mobile lady told me there was a free hotspot device promotion and I could take it or have my old T-Mobile device re-activated. She said the new device was newer, nicer, free except for the $5.85 I had to pay for taxes. I went for it and things were okay. Then today I decided I wanted to cancel my hotspot device and thats when I found out it was NEVER free but I was under a contract for two years. And if I canceled it, I would have to pay almost $80.00. I flipped out and I flipped out some more. I finally got a very nice supervisor who put credit on my account for the amount of the device to be used for my monthly payments and I just had to pay off the device itself. It was a give and take for the same amount. Soooo.....I'm telling everybody. Nothing is Free in this world but JESUS CHRIST and GOD THE FATHER! Don't fall for these free promotion gimmicks! You might not find a nice T-Mobile supervisor named Veronza to help you like I did. :-) :-)

T-Mobile has in my opinion one of the very best 5g cellular networks. (I have an opinion because I was a Telecom Engineer for cellular networks for 23 years) 5g is a designation for an extremely fast data network and T-Mobile has a footprint that covers most of the United States. Voice calls RARELY drop & they have great customer service I was never employed by T-Mobile but I did work AT&T, Verizon, and Southwestern Bell cellular companies before I went into business for myself and now retired

I've had Tmobile for decades and have been very satisfied. I'm a Realtor so I use my phone alot. My phone had slowed down and I couldn't figure out how to get things moved from internal to the SD card. My husband took it to the N Charleston Rivers Avenue office and Shonnetta N fixed my phone. She deleted unused apps that were draining the battery and moved everything over to my SD card. She recommended a new phone with 4 times the storage which I WILL do the next time I have a closing. I am very pleased with Tmobile and am so grateful to Shonnetta Ne.

Was almost ready to switch away from TMobile, but a woman named Sarah in their customer service unit in Maine helped me out quickly and got right to the point with a solution to my reception problems. Had some hiccups with out of country customer service wasting a bunch of my time, but she was able to help out some immediately and followed up as she said she would with further details a little later. After all the crappy covid customer service from most companies, this was a welcome relief. If every customer service experience was as good as the one she created this would be a much happier time for all of us.

I LOVE T-Mobile for my phone carrier. I have used other big-name providers before but I have never been as satisfied as I am with my T-Mobile. Their military discount is literally the BEST compared to all other options as they give you an actual 50% off of your bill. Not just your plan, your entire bill. On top of the massive savings, the coverage area is huge and because the company is international, you can travel to certain countries and not have to pay extra international charges which is also super awesome!

I have to say, I am quite happy with T-Mobile right now! Last week I moved to Alaska for work and was questioning whether or not I'd have service in Seward. Not only do I have service, I have full 4G LTE service. Because T-Mobile and GCI which is the primary provider in Alaska, have an agreement together. The signal is phenomenal! I have had T-Mobile for about three years and we have three accounts on our plan. It has been a problem-free experience. My only complaint is that when I have called to ask a question or about an issue, it is difficult to reach someone who speaks English proficiently enough to understand what I am trying to say. The last time I called, asking a question about my automatic payments, the customer service person was very kind and tried to be helpful, but she could not quite understand what I was asking, so I just gave up. Besides that - which could happen with any company - I have had a pretty positive experience.

I add $20 to my bill for unlimited 4LGTE service as I burn through 14-20 GB data every month. Sure, I'm not paying $30-50 a month for service. Switched from Verizon this year. I have more bars at home, more bars at work, TRULY unlimited data (no throttling games), NO contract, FREE data roaming and FREE texts in Europe, and starting this month, Canada is free. Great selection of phones, but all these whiners who complain about that need to realize with T-Mobile you can bring your own phone, so virtually ANY GSM phone that takes a SIM card will work no matter where you buy it. OH.. and did I mention I'm paying about $50 a month LESS than I did with Verizon? This really is a no-brainer.
