The free service is awesome since I'm supporting a family of four on only $550/mo. from a minuscule pension I earned years ago. But there are a few issues I'd like to see resolved. I go thru the ritual of all the cleaning/scanning options at least once a day, but the security icon that shows up first, almost never will come up. Sometimes when I go to Cleaner, and then go thru all of those steps, then I can tap Security again, and it may work. And, after I go thru all of these, many of them come up again which seems redundant to me. My phone tells me often that I've NEVER used the anti-virus feature, or haven't used it for many days, which is anything but true. On the video calls I do, the camera almost always switches back to "out" from "selfie'" by itself, and I have to change it back. Also, voicemail comes up automatically sometimes - half the time I have to call the VM# which is inconvenient. Also, I wish my phone would give me the ph.# the voicemails are coming from, so I can reply if the person doesn't leave me their ph.#. I also wish I could automatically block solicitation call numbers when they leave voicemail. All I can think of right now, but I'm sure there's more issues. Being a customer from Qlink wireless at the 1st year I had really bad impression from the customer service agents,support team, and supervisors and management. They didn't care and always made me feel less than and it was my fault for whatever reason. It was a big disappointment even if it was a free service with Lifeline program. Customers no matter how their paying always should be treated equally paying or not. But recently interacting with the customer service agent to their supervisor was actually a big change. The agent was very efficient,professional and helpful and wanted to resolve my issue which was very surprising considering the 1st year of service. The agent referred me to his supervisor who was very caring and professional as well. He resolved my issue in less than 10mins and I didn't have to argue or get treated badly by the support department. It really made me feel good and knowing that they both took the time and effort in helping me was very considerate. I don't know if they hired all new agents loans management or did a whole new revamp on the department but whatever they did they did a great job😊.,,. I'll definitely stat with Qlink wireless and start referring family&friends to them. Thank you again and KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!!!!

Verizon did not fully port my number, even though the phone and monthly bill were fully paid for. This made it difficult to set up my Q-Link phone, but I am pleased with the q Link service, but I would never recommend doing that when the previous carrier doesn't let go Just buy a new phone from q Link with a new telephone number. I love that I can look for jobs for free online and stay in contact w/ my family w/o having to worry about a big bill I can't pay or afford coming up, then your sitting w/o a phone & can't make emergency phone calls, get job call backs, talk w/ the family, or anything, cuz of something that's out of your control. Bills/inflation is ridiculously high now. I can't afford a phone bill. W/o Qlink, I don't know what I'd do... I have no complaints. If I had 2 choose 1, it would be the fact that my wifi calling doesn't work, & I have 0 service inside my house. So wish that would get fixed. Thank You!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get through to an actual human to discuss my account, twice in one day!!! Each time I was treated with care and respect and resolutions to my concerns were addressed almost immediately. The only negative aspect would be that I am not satisfied with the phone that I purchased. Other than that, I would recommend Q link Wireless service.

I like that this service is reliable as long as you have the right settings and that it is free like in Heaven for qualifying people. The one problem I ran into was that I needed an adjustable knife to open the standard ZTE phone to get the sim card in or out. The Hot Pepper Serrano 3 phone that is sold on the web site is easier to open. I use the Hot Pepper phone now.

SIM card came quickly. Love the free plan and it works as good as my old plan. I did have a lot of trouble getting my phone number switched over (2 wks). I think it was bc qlink didn’t have the correct SIM card number (I did tell them I switched phones). When a rep at the number transfer place finally realized what the problem was and took the initiative to call qlink the problem was fixed very quickly and the number was transferred.

I ran out of data 2 days before my plan renewed for the next month and have unlimited data, minutes and text. How we run out of data on unlimited plan sure puzzles me but I had to pay $30.00 for more. Then on first of month, what I purchased was deleted and my plan renewed as it does monthly. I'm on disability so my funds are very very below poverty already, so really can't afford paying more for service that was wasted anyways.

I have never received my tablet still I hadn't written an email about my phone being broken and needing a replacement I brought my own phone to it but my phone is so broken now and I need a replacement and still never received the tablet either and it keeps telling me to hook up to unlimited everything and every time I try to it says my order has been processed and that was 6 months ago I'm still waiting on a tablet and I'm still waiting on an email reply to my broken phone . I take care of my doctor's visit to my doctor's appointment says schedule everything everything is good those are my only two little problems that's it but overall q Link is amazing they're great

Thankful the availability to have access to a service whereas of date have not dropped a call. There is on downfall, when the tablets that are sent out don't work, you are told that they are not replaceable. It took 7 months to receive it and 14 months to talk to someone about it. Which was to no avail. Have a tablet that is of no use is to have one not at all. Therefore, the phone service is good but there is still work to be done on the tablet issue.

Unlimited Data really means after 30gb your service drops to 2G or unable to use. Of course it was turned around on me because it was amongst my paperwork. So I look, yep they're right. Im trying to figure out why everything is written in normal size font, but this specific area involving data is so freaking small I literally had to get a magnifying glass. OOOHHH I get it. The phone that I received is not a good phone at all. Also I didn't know that Qlink operates on the 4g network, which is slow. I guess you have to spend a fortune to get a good phone, everybody is running the same game! I do like how Qlink operates. Everything is user friendly and easy to navigate. The phone options are good but the service needs a little work. The brought another phone cause the one I had stopped working. It was on $35 I believe which is good. But sometimes I cant unlock my phone, the number don't all pop up and at time it wont let me answer. But the fact everything with this company so far( talk, text and data) unlimited I couldn't ask for nothing better. Other companies give limited talk. Can you just fix the minor glitches or get advice on what to do in situations??
