This phone does not take good camera pictures even when you enhance the settings, the pictures or images are still not sharp enough. Also, the volume control on the phone is not loud enough to hear a caller talking without the speaker being on. You have to have the speaker on in order to hear the person and a lot of times they get a lot of background noise if I'm out driving they tell me to take them off the speaker and I can't hear them at all when I do take them off speaker. Sometimes the speed of the phone is slow and often times I have to put the phone off and turn it back on just so I can get it unstuck or it freezes alot.

It’s better now that I don’t have their cheap $69.00 phone that don’t work n crashes all the time, even after one replacement. I ended up having to buy my own unlocked phone n transfer the SIM card to it and now I can send n receive calls, before all I could get was Radom people calling n leaving voicemails or text messages but could never make a call or send many messages as the service would go in and out on the cheap phone. I bout a 200.00 unlocked phone, swapped out my SIM card n now I have service that actually works. Stinks I had to go buy yet a 3rd phone to get anything to work. Apps even crash on their free phone and tablets, both are JUNK! My partner ended up having to buy me a Samsung tablet through Meier, just to be able to use one, as theirs crashes constantly!

Awesome Free service NOT. Drops calls and service every five minutes or so and when you have the "unlimited" plan they shut off your data somewhere around 30gb used. I called there horrific customer service and all she could say was I had reached the data limit for the month. I asked her, how is there a limit when I have unlimited everything? She said I'm sorry sir but your data will be back on the first of the month. It was, but how is there a limit to something that is unlimited? That's false advertising I would think. Fruit for thought.

That it's free and I can't afford to pay for the a phone. The worst thing is I got a tablet and it only worked for first month than it quit and when I got it the screen was all scratched up I waited and waited for it to come than got so disappointed. I kept calling to let ya know but could never get someone I could understand.I stopped calling. I wanted to know can I change to assurance or another government plane.

I am on SSI disability due to an automobile accident. At first Qlink was a blessing financially and for the most part, still is. But recently, it has started to censor search results. This is a communistic practice. Maybe its because its a government subsidized company? Don't know don't care. Its wrong!

The phone I bought from your company sucks. I’m sure it’s got to be the battery or something. It doesn’t stay fully charged. I can’t really use it . I’m not buying another phone I think I was Suckered into buying your phone. Other then that if I wanna call anybody or text the phone has to stay plugged in or I can’t use it .

They have already sent me five phones that are serano hot pepper. These phones are obviously bought in a lot because they're all junk and after about a week they go into this voice mode and you cannot even use them. This is probably one of the biggest government scams ever because they're using these junk phones and charging the government.

Well my issue with it is the number I was given is being called all the time and text all the time some are scams and many of them highly inappropriate and they are not people looking for me. I was even sent an un-solicited picture of a woman with no clothes even after asking to stop.

I like everything except it's difficult to talk to a customer service agent. Otherwise they are great in all other aspects. They use T-Mobile's network which I believe is the best,5g system in North America

The only problem with Q link is the internet service you can't use it anywhere its has no signal unless you go somewhere that has free wifi . Customer service takes forever to talk to anyone.

FREE service COSTS TOO Much! The phone and SMS work great but the LTE is Horrendous more over non existent. The speed test shows a terrible 48KB not even one MB, worse than dial up. Free Unlimited Data is a myth.
