Everything I need done on my car. Endurance don't cover nothing. And I have to pay out a lot of money for repairs now I need a crankshaft seal they cover the crankshaft but not the seal makes no sense to me it sounds good you pay all that money then have a couple of years free but I feel it's a rip off wouldn't recommend it to anyone

When I needed my warranty my claim was denied due to mileage. I have been paying Endurance for months and when I need them they denied my claim. Less than 1 star!!!! They are unwilling to work with the customer and can careless.

My experience so far has not been pleasant. It’s as if I invested in the warranty for nothing. For every time I had my vehicle serviced and called into the warranty company my issues were not covered leaving me alone to pay the entire envoice plus the fee I gave the company for warranty .

Paid for a warranty and was not disclosed that there is a cap on how much they cover over the term of the warranty, had a major repair and it wasn’t even enough to cover the full repair, and now have no more coverage for the remaining 2.5 years of the contract. Very disappointing and frustrating. I’ll never use this company again

They say and brag on the superior service and protection, but when the dust settles, maybe they are ALL just the SAME. They have me in a 24-month Payment Contact. They may cancel me or extend my term. My hope is that at least they look into new approaches to claim handling, vehicle upgrades, OEM updates, Industry trends, and service improvements.

I trust endurance like I trust having on white pants with diarrhea. They voided my warranty claiming my tires were oversized by 4% . This has nothing to do with the torque converter that went bad in my 2016 f150. Then they stuck me with the diagnosis bill. Use them if you wish and get screwed later...

If i can give Endurance no stars I will!!!! this was a nightmare dealing with these crooks. I paid them over 3000 dollars for that warranty,and everytime my car went in the shop they denied me and said they can't fix it due to normal wear and tear. God is my witness, I never dealt with a warranty this bad!!!!!
