This morning I called to get clarification on my warranty coverage for a used vehicle I purchased in September and purchased my Endurance warranty in November 2021. I was concerned that if any issues came up that they would be considered preexisting. I was told that as long as nothing was done before the 30 day and 1000 mile waiting period, that my warranty would in fact cover any repairs as long as I followed the required guidelines. This was awesome assistance and made me feel at ease.

I had a small issue on a transfer, it was taking a long time to resolve until a customer service agent named Tanya became involved. Let me just say this Tanya is great!! She is the definition of customer service, she took the time to research the issue went to the proper departments on her end and completely explained the issue and resolved it. Tanya is caring understanding and extremely thorough. Tanya is a very valuable asset and this company and should be recognized for her outstanding skills.

The customer service agent MS. Maiya W was really exceptional she not only helped me make a payment she fixed my autopay and sent me another copy of the contract. She explained some special features of the account that I was not aware of and she explained the "elite" club benefits that are not shown on any of the Endurance marketing material that I downloaded. If I could give 10 stars for Gladiz F whom I just spoke to today in the claims Department I would, she was pleasant, informative, helpful and extremely compassionate. If everyone treated customers like she does, Endurance would have a lot more customers referring your company to friends. A used car I bought has been an absolute nightmare but fortunately with the higher line service contract I bought, Endurance has paid for everything up to this point. The claims process has not been seamless but part of that issue is because it is a vehicle that costs more to fix so Endurance has sent out a contracted claims inspectors for each repair because each claim was over $1500. Between the diagnostic, the claim submission, the claim inspector, and the claims reviewer internally at Endurance, you could be without your vehicle for a while without actually having rental car coverage started or your vehicle being worked on. But at the end of the day, I will take the aggravation over having to pay all of it out of pocket. My suggestion before you but a contract is read the limit of liability max payout and read line for line what your contract will cover and it's exclusions. Level 4 is well worth it.

This policy is so all-encompassing that I purchased it for my daughter. I have received excellent service and would highly recommend it to anyone on a budget with an older car. Cars that today are exceeding their original factory warranty have incredibly complicated and expensive repairs that can ruin a normal person's budget. One repair could possibly cost more than this entire policy. And since it is paid on an affordable monthly term you can remain comfortably within your budget.

This is not just in regards to my present truck. This has been a “blessing” for me throughout my entire driving career. Calling customer support can be such a different experience depending on where you are calling. Calling customer support at Endurance has been a consistent positive experience for me each time. I have either lucked out or they train their people very well. It’s hard to believe I could have lucked out each time throughout my years of their service.

So when I was advised to “buy” a car warranty the word that stood out to me was “buy” meaning me spending money. That word never really makes me happy but when I took the advice and acquired a warranty from Endurance rather than spending money what actually ended up standing out to me was the savings I realized when my car decided to misbehave.

Vernetta G was very very helpful. She tried and tried to help me in a bad situation. You see, I thought I had coverage (high tech) on the radio and back up camera but I do not. This is a new policy. I do not want to add another 1000 miles to the vehicle and do not want to not have coverage on the vehicle. But Vernetta gave m a great quote for a new policy with high tech coverage that I will have to decline. Endurance can’t help because I was 21 days past the time of enrollment to make changes. I tried. Vernetta also tried.

I had a good experience with endurance today because I called for the transcript of everything that I am entitled to and she sent it right to me. Now I understand how to go about getting my repairs done and and everything about my automobile that needs to be taken care of in due time. I learned that Procedure is everything if you want it done right, you must be aware of the rules and regulations.

I am a 75 year old retired person that worked in sales since 1969 and I was so impressed with this young lady . I have had several policies over the years but nothing that comes even close to payment , and coverage that I was offered. My experience today with Chelsea from Endurance was great! My computer had deleted my email from Endurance with my contract. I called Endurance and figured I would be on hold forever. However, I was connected to her in less than 1 minute!! She was super nice on the phone and immediately put my fears to rest when she told me she could email me a copy of my contract right away. She also sent me directions on how to access my digital rewards. She was the best thing to happen to me today! Endurance has an amazing employee in Chelsea.

I purchased an Endurance "Supreme" coverage policy soon after I bought my used BMW 3 series, and factored the cost of the coverage into the price I paid for the used car. My Endurance policy has now ended after 5 years and I can say it is the best decision I made to look after my car and worth every penny. Especially since BMW repairs can be expensive. Endurance covered every repair that needed to be performed over the last 5 years and provided a rental car when I needed it. Very professional with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

This company has been fantastic..this is a real review, I have had endurance for over two years now and even my Merc dealer says they are great to work with. They do have the best prices and coverage I have come across and they honor their contracts. I have no doubt in my mind all my continuing extended service contracts will be with Endurance. And for those questioning, they have paid more than I did for the coverage...this tells me they are a great company because they take care of their clients...choose wisely. JPC

The initial sale or price may be really important to some people, but the service and the follow up when needed, is what gets My business ... :-)

Joe was very respectful to me the entire conversation. Since I was canceling I did not think the call would be as pleasant as it was. Once I was able to explain that we had purchased a warranty when we purchased our car so we had double coverage as I thought this was a renewal of our warranty we purchased. He told me he could take care of canceling, stopping the payments and would give me a confirmation number. It was a very pleasant experience. I appreciate his customer service skills.

I went a whole month without my car because endurance took forever to approve the repairs which was only to change a thermostat. The job only took 2 days to complete but for some reason endurance has an extremely slow process. My car is leases so basically I paid for a full month and didn't get to use the vehicle not to mention I also had to pay the deductible and to top it off they will only reimburse me for 2 days worth of a rental that I had for a week. What a waste of money.

I just used roadside assistance so far , but it was ordeal with that part . But it was bc no one at endurance told me that there a product code and a "letter" so I had to wait till the next day . But if endurance is like this with repair of thier part of contract , then I will cancel in a minute .

I'm having axel issues, Endurance determined that a problem exist, but put it on me to prove that axel is damaged. The axel is damage in the fact it doesn't hold an alignment, the knocking noise when turning left or right, the whelk pulls, and when stopping the wheel skips. I'm very disappointed â˜_ï¸è

It this point I have only used once but was well satisficed except with the place where I ended up taking my car! They wanted to charge me more time than what you allotted for the parts being put on and I think they were wasting time while I was there, which aggravated me that they wanted me to pay for their time that they wasted!

Look I'm already paid off with my Policy and they continue to owner my contract. I only had to use them a few times and they were kind and helpful I had car shield, and they never repaired my car always came up with some BS. I strongly suggest Endurance a 3 year customer I still am a customer with Endurances.

The dealership contacted Endurance on getting my claim taken care of. I did not have to do anything. The dealership stated that Endurance is a great company to work with. I had no issues. Luckily, I had all of my maintenance done at the dealership, so it was easy for them to give Endurance my records.

I have never had claim yet: but it was easy to purchase the warranty. My prior company did not service their own claims. They were told my claim had been paid by the adjuster, when the claim had been denied!!! Of course they could not look it up, their system had changed.
