Really glad I went with Endurance. You never know if you will need a warranty plan and I usually stay away from them but bought a used car and decided it was best to get one. It ended up being one of the best decisions I made. I had to have some major work done that the policy covered and my out of pocket expenses were reasonable. I never had a problem with getting claims approved and overall, having this coverage has been well worth it's cost.

So far, so good. My compressor went out for my car air conditioner in March. I contacted my local Honda dealer and asked them to call Endurance to begin the repair process. Unfortunately, Honda gave me the run-around regarding the new part because it wasn't a Honda replacement part. Finally, we got the part delivered from Endurance and it was installed by the Honda service people. My plan going forward is to avoid Honda and use Tires Plus or some other repair shop instead. Thank you, Endurance! I look forward to a fruitful partnership over the next few years.

I highly recommend this extended warranty company to all. Raven was extremely helpful and explained all the details of the warranty and coverages to me. I was initially calling to cancel and she took the time to explain the benefits of having an extended warranty with Endurance. She even took the time to find a better warranty program for me. I am extremely grateful to her. If you are unsure of whether you should or should not get an extended warranty I would highly recommend speaking with a representative today.

There is nothing wrong with Endurance every one is wonderful make you feel like your talking to a family member that get you and understand what needs to be done for there customers and yes just like family your not always gonna get what you want I understand they have a business to run so we can never get upset because we can’t get what we need when we need it I don’t know no company that let’s you get original parts for your vehicle listen don’t take my word trying it out .

What I liked about my conversation today with Mr Troy is that this man went beyond to assist me . The one thing I liked about him is he was patience with me and explained everything I need to know as a coustome I have been to many companies and it was to me a rush sale. I have had an amazing experience so far with Endurance. There has been no problems with the dealership working with them and they solve my problems quickly whenever I call. I was very skeptical about them at first because I've heard that these types of warranty companies don't really pay out for real repairs, but my timing chain went out last fall and it was covered under my service warranty. my alternator went out on my vehicle yesterday and I found out that it is a cover repair as well. So far, endurance has saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. I would highly recommend and Endurance!

This morning I called to get clarification on my warranty coverage for a used vehicle I purchased in September and purchased my Endurance warranty in November 2021. I was concerned that if any issues came up that they would be considered preexisting. I was told that as long as nothing was done before the 30 day and 1000 mile waiting period, that my warranty would in fact cover any repairs as long as I followed the required guidelines. This was awesome assistance and made me feel at ease.

If I could give 10 stars for Gladiz F whom I just spoke to today in the claims Department I would, she was pleasant, informative, helpful and extremely compassionate. If everyone treated customers like she does, Endurance would have a lot more customers referring your company to friends. A used car I bought has been an absolute nightmare but fortunately with the higher line service contract I bought, Endurance has paid for everything up to this point. The claims process has not been seamless but part of that issue is because it is a vehicle that costs more to fix so Endurance has sent out a contracted claims inspectors for each repair because each claim was over $1500. Between the diagnostic, the claim submission, the claim inspector, and the claims reviewer internally at Endurance, you could be without your vehicle for a while without actually having rental car coverage started or your vehicle being worked on. But at the end of the day, I will take the aggravation over having to pay all of it out of pocket. My suggestion before you but a contract is read the limit of liability max payout and read line for line what your contract will cover and it's exclusions. Level 4 is well worth it.

This policy is so all-encompassing that I purchased it for my daughter. I have received excellent service and would highly recommend it to anyone on a budget with an older car. Cars that today are exceeding their original factory warranty have incredibly complicated and expensive repairs that can ruin a normal person's budget. One repair could possibly cost more than this entire policy. And since it is paid on an affordable monthly term you can remain comfortably within your budget.

Vernetta G was very very helpful. She tried and tried to help me in a bad situation. You see, I thought I had coverage (high tech) on the radio and back up camera but I do not. This is a new policy. I do not want to add another 1000 miles to the vehicle and do not want to not have coverage on the vehicle. But Vernetta gave m a great quote for a new policy with high tech coverage that I will have to decline. Endurance can’t help because I was 21 days past the time of enrollment to make changes. I tried. Vernetta also tried.

My experience today with Chelsea from Endurance was great! My computer had deleted my email from Endurance with my contract. I called Endurance and figured I would be on hold forever. However, I was connected to her in less than 1 minute!! She was super nice on the phone and immediately put my fears to rest when she told me she could email me a copy of my contract right away. She also sent me directions on how to access my digital rewards. She was the best thing to happen to me today! Endurance has an amazing employee in Chelsea.

I purchased an Endurance "Supreme" coverage policy soon after I bought my used BMW 3 series, and factored the cost of the coverage into the price I paid for the used car. My Endurance policy has now ended after 5 years and I can say it is the best decision I made to look after my car and worth every penny. Especially since BMW repairs can be expensive. Endurance covered every repair that needed to be performed over the last 5 years and provided a rental car when I needed it. Very professional with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Joe was very respectful to me the entire conversation. Since I was canceling I did not think the call would be as pleasant as it was. Once I was able to explain that we had purchased a warranty when we purchased our car so we had double coverage as I thought this was a renewal of our warranty we purchased. I purchased a policy with endurance September. In October I started the process to cancel my policy. On Nov 3, I send the corrected form that was notarized to them by email. On Nov 20th they were contacted about my money for the policy that was canceled. They said that they never received the email. Sent the email again on Nov 20th and the rude woman said it would take 6-8 weeks for check to be sent. I asked from what date would that start Nov 3rd or Nov 20th? She said Nov 20th. Called back on Jan 8th and representative said that they still have not received the email. I forward all the previous emails to him directly showing that emails were sent. He told me not sure why they “Didn’t get them email” but would try to get process speed up but could possibly take 6-8 weeks to get the check. Called back on Feb 2nd and they said that it was being processed. After 2 hr wait on the phone they told they check would be cut on Feb 8. On Feb 19 called AGAIN for them to tell me that my check did “Not Make the Batch” to be cut on Feb 8th. The next batch to be cut is Feb 22nd. Tried to get them to help me understand why it “didnt make the batch”. She said all depends on what my Q number is. Basically I will have to wait for Feb 22 to hold my money hostage without interest.

I went a whole month without my car because endurance took forever to approve the repairs which was only to change a thermostat. The job only took 2 days to complete but for some reason endurance has an extremely slow process. My car is leases so basically I paid for a full month and didn't get to use the vehicle not to mention I also had to pay the deductible and to top it off they will only reimburse me for 2 days worth of a rental that I had for a week. What a waste of money.
