The folks at Endurance were very helpful and polite. I received a survey to rate their follow through to a claim, however I have not had a claim and it worried me that I may have hacked. Rest assured, there was no claim, they checked and said it was a mistake that I received that survey. All’s well!

Have had a great experience using them. Wasn’t a big breakdown but they did save me time in having to do it myself and on the labor part and some on the part. And was fast and easy (Wheel hub bearing). I have confidence in endurance if I should happen to have a engine failure.

The agent that I spoke with was most accommodating to my problem, as he took time to understand my mistake, and instead of simply turning me away he checked to see what he could do satisfy me as a customer. And he pulled strings to do just that! Most companies just don't care enough to bother.

I got the highest package despite being leery of the claims process. I have had 2 claims in the 2 years since I got it and both were covered and fixed easily at my dealer. No red tape, no money upfront to get reimbursed. It hasn't paid for itself yet, but it might in the next 3.

I like the fact that Endurance does not have a middle-man. From quote to claim it all comes from the same place so there is no runaround time. That is the reason why they can speak to my mechanic and make the repair approval right on the spot. I call that efficient.

I’ve had other vehicle protection plans in the past but Endurance is second to none. Endurance has a Customer Portal or the Endurance Mobile app. Where you can verify your coverage at any time. You never have to question your coverage. I appreciate that.
