Have had a great experience using them. Wasn’t a big breakdown but they did save me time in having to do it myself and on the labor part and some on the part. And was fast and easy (Wheel hub bearing). I have confidence in endurance if I should happen to have a engine failure.

The agent that I spoke with was most accommodating to my problem, as he took time to understand my mistake, and instead of simply turning me away he checked to see what he could do satisfy me as a customer. And he pulled strings to do just that! Most companies just don't care enough to bother.

I got the highest package despite being leery of the claims process. I have had 2 claims in the 2 years since I got it and both were covered and fixed easily at my dealer. No red tape, no money upfront to get reimbursed. It hasn't paid for itself yet, but it might in the next 3.

Outstanding customer service by 2 guys who really cares about my abnormally hard situation Lloyd & Marion worked extremely hard to remedy my situation. However to no avail Endurance is a great company to have .... oil changes and windshield wipers are included w their insurance. Highly recommend this company

Agreed to a monthly contract for 36 months , received a confirmation number from employee. Received 1st month bill and charges were not the agreed contract. Called and spoke with billing and they had a different amount for the monthly agreement and had no idea why the representative gave us the amount we agreed to. Got my policy today this was 3rd attempt and I received my contract before I got off the phone.
