All they want to do is talk around every question you have. Had to fight tooth and nail for them to cover the water pump which they claim is covered. I'm afraid if something major goes wrong with my truck I will end up with the same response. Getting pretty disappointed in their service and left wondering if I made the right decision to go through them.

Worst warranty company ever. Took my car to dealership for oil change. They said it was leaking brake fluid I said call my warranty company.........14 days later an inspector finally came out took wrong pictures.....5 days after that dealership took pictures and wrote up scope of work ......then it was denied....so I'm out of a car for 19 days waiting on endurance to get shit together then I get nothing but a car that still is leaking brake fluid.........

What a scam. We had a contract for three years. Renewed in July and now we have a needed repair. They are denying the claim saying we have not met the 1000 mile requirement for the contract to start. So every year you are with them you have maybe 10 months of coverage depending on how much you drive. They have no respect for customer loyalty and will look for every reason possible to deny any and every repair.

Since purchasing my vehicle I have had endurance send me msgs, letters,and I'm sure they probably called my phone telling me either my coverage is expiring soon or great new rates for my vehicle in my area, Quit :;!!! I don't own a malibu,honda,or a ford , I want to be on commercial for yal keeping it real about how you don't know what your are DOING, please let me help during these trying times, people should know how you got all that personal information but can't get the vehicle right.

It is hard for me to believe this company is still in business! Our experience is complete disappointment and frustration. Instead of wanting to help and provide good customer service when we are dealing with a problem with our pickup, the company wants to delay, deny, obstruct--do anything possible to avoid paying a claim. We only have one vehicle, it has been in the shop for 9 days and we still have no approval to go ahead with repairs. Absolutely disgusted! I would not recommend to anyone and would strongly advise you to warn anyone you know to never purchase a warranty from Endurance.

I was mislead about a certain repair coverage when I was signing up for your insurance...I asled specifically three times about repairs on my brakes..i had my friend listening to the conversation btwn me and your rep..I was told the rotors were covered as well as the labor to fix it...the brake pads would not be covered, which I agreed to..when I took my car in to repair the brakes. The service advisor called you guys and was told that the repair would not be covered..I am very disappointed in your customer svc dept..and your company...

Horrible. Was scammed into purchasing this so called “best” warranty for my vehicle that covers everything even engine repairs. I specifically asked if my car broke down tomorrow would I be covered and was told I absolutely would. Months later I have engine issues and now I’m told that they won’t honor the repairs. Nope Endurance will not get away with this form of scam. They picked the wrong one.

Rude customer service and they absolutely refused to cancel my policy. I should not have to explain other than “I no longer need the service.” Had a representative hang up on me, called back got someone else named renetta and she also refused to cancel policy and preceded to yell on the phone! I was never rude to either of these representatives even after they continued to get rude with not only me, but my mother as well! This company is a scam. Horrible experience, wasted money! They still have not canceled my policy!

Endurance is the worst warranty company in the business. They will go out of their way, with a lot of jibberish just to keep from paying legitimately covered items. Do not waste your money with this deceiving, dishonest company. They do not honor their warranty when it plainly says right in your paperwork that an item covered will not be paid for and they refuse to honor their commitment to arbitration.

One star is still one too many for this rip-off company. They will automatically reject any warranty service on the first try. They will screw you at every chance they have. They have refused warranty service because they said the part wore out! Why and the hell would anyone buy a warranty from this company when they cheat at every chance they get. Even if it says your part is covered in writing they will deny any warranty work. Save your money or find someone else, anyone else because Educance sucks!

Would anyone be interested in joining a class action lawsuit against Endurance? They recently decided to deny my claim stating that I made modifications to my vehicle. They did say they could take more money and still not guarantee coverage. I feel that they use this shady business practice of taking premiums, but when it comes time to pay out they look for a loop hole to not pay the claim.

I urge you NOT to buy this also due to the pressured sales personnel. I called due to the fact I had received a letter in the mail stating the price of extended warranty was going to increase on March 5,2020. I simply called to get information, however, when I said I would need to discuss this with my husband and would need to call back, the manager stated "We can't give away free money. If you don't purchase now, the prices will go up." I said even in the next 3 days? He stated again yes. WALK AWAY!

Endurance denied my claim claiming "continued operation" but my mechanic confirms that there was no indication available (codes, check engine indicators, loss of compression via digital compression diagnosis, bad noises, etc.) That would have led me to believe any damage was being done to my motor until it failed. My truck needs an expensive new motor and has been in the shop for months. Hired an attorney and sent breach of contract notification but they are forcing me to go through arbitration which is drawn out and costly. Shame on you Endurance for not honoring your contract. BUYER BEWARE

I would not recommend this policy to anyone. I found them difficult to work with. They stated in their policy that they would cover something as simple as a horn but when it came time to get it fixed they claimed that the electrical part leading up to the horn was not covered. This part by the way is not a common part that fails like the brakes or the battery.

When calling to them (Vehicle Protection Coordinator Ms. P), I was basically bullied to buy another protection plan. The thing is, my current warranty DID NOT expired. This is a scam that the company is pushing to force people to buy their services. They should be put out of business, and the faster the better for all of us who drive...

I bought this warranty in August. I seemed really great! Bumper to bumper coverage, monthly payments but they recorded the mileage wrong but I didn't know that until I took my car in to get it fixed. Then they refused to fix it. They would not change the mileage and not I can't get a full refund. This place is a joke. I absolutely regret getting this coverage. DON'T DO IT!!!!!

I brought a 2013 Nissan Armada on 25th of March with a warranty from this company exactly 4 months later my differential breaks and this warranty refuses to fix my vehicle every time they ask the technician to do something a they do it they ask them to do some other senseless task now I'm being told I have to come out of pocket because they are looking for a reason to deny my claim so look for a warranty some where else they will take your money but not pay for your vehicle plus Shannon from customer service sucks

Very dodgy service. The immediately transfer you to a repair shop (in this case was Rapid Tune Chadstone) who can easily tell you whether covered or not but they do not, and after leaving my car there for 4 days thinking they have applied for the warranty I was told I was not eligible because not one of the covered items. The engine was heating up, and the warranty says engine and transmission, but because it was heating up from a radiator leakage they said this was not covered! Incredibly disappointing and you are better of without it

One Star because I can't give No stars. They were quick to take my money. When I bought the coverage, I was specifically told that the suspension on my vehicle WAS covered. I was never sent a copy of my contract, but they took my money. When my air suspension had problems, they told me that they DON'T cover the suspension. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!

Before taking my truck to the dealer, I called Endurance and told them that the A/C had gone out. I had purchased their best policy. The Endurance representative told me to take my truck anywhere and Endurance had me covered. Wrong! Did not pay one red cent. In other words, it didn't matter that I checked with them first before the repairs were done.

I have paid for my warranty for over a year. I took my car into the shop on Thursday June 7th before 8AM. It is now Monday afternoon at 2:30 and I have been trying to talk to Customer Service about getting the work authorized as the dealership has diagnosed it and has the parts but Endurance has not authorized my service even though it is covered by my policy. I have been on hold for over an hour and half. I dont think I would call that a brief delay.
