I trust endurance like I trust having on white pants with diarrhea. They voided my warranty claiming my tires were oversized by 4% . This has nothing to do with the torque converter that went bad in my 2016 f150. Then they stuck me with the diagnosis bill. Use them if you wish and get screwed later...

If i can give Endurance no stars I will!!!! this was a nightmare dealing with these crooks. I paid them over 3000 dollars for that warranty,and everytime my car went in the shop they denied me and said they can't fix it due to normal wear and tear. God is my witness, I never dealt with a warranty this bad!!!!!

I'm very upset! I pay my monthly payment yet my car breaks down, I look at my contract it states the part is covered under my policy, and I get a call from the mechanic that they reach endurance and they denied the claim. Not a honest company

They sell you a service but no service is rendered! They sent out a inspector, that could not find the dipstick, looked at the oil and told me I drove the car too hard. They denied the claim, no questions asked....... hung up on me after they told me they were on my side.?????? DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!

I submitted my info for a quote on their website for my new vehicle requesting them to email. They didn't, i got a call instead and was put through high pressure salesperson (may as well be robots)and manager after manager. I could say they try to bully and guilt you into signing up. Due to that i didn't buy their warranty.

Watch your money. When they actually have to pay out they are slow to pay out and drag their feet. Multiple national dealers agree on what needs to be done and they refuse to fix it. It is covered under the warranty and still fighting it.

I've received several notices from Endurance regarding their price increases, including a Customer Code number. They state their service contract designed "specifically for my vehicle". The trouble is: I don't even own a vehicle. Can you say "SCAM"!!
