I would recommend Concord Auto Protect to friends and family for a few reasons. They treated me great from the start to now and always have been kind towards me. Anytime I have had a claim I was able to get in touch with them super quickly. Claim wise the cost of the warranty was worth it and paid for its self already. I have another friend that purchased a warranty plan from Concord also and has had no issues either. I also like how I can understand what I am covered for and not covered for.

It has been a painless experience using Concords auto warranty program for my car. From the day I signed up many months ago to claims and everything else it has been smooth sailing. They always seem honest and never pushy, even when I had a claim they were quick with everything. My old car warranty company I had would find any reason not to cover the repair. But not Concord, they fully covered everything and a car rental even. Its safe to say I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Concord.

I purchased the Advanced warranty plan through Concord Auto Protect a few weeks back already. The situation ended up working out because I used the towing feature to get it towed to my local GM dealer. The item that caused the no start situation was on recall and was covered by GM for free. So in the end it all worked out and I never even had to contact Concord about a claim for a repair.

I purchased the Advanced plan and needed the roadside assistance which was a unfortunate situation but Concord did indeed help me out. I had the car towed to my mechanic and it turned out to be something small which only let the vehicle crank but not start. So my mechanic made an estimate for me and reached out to Concord for me so it would save me time. The repair was approved almost instantly and my car is now fully fixed. I could not of asked for anything more from Concord and their amazing staff. When I was in a time of need they pulled through and had me covered.

They seem like pretty honest and nice people, every time I call I am helped quickly and the agent is always knowledgeable about the warranty. Whatever they say they will do gets done, I never have to chase them for anything. They said they will call me back and they actually did, which is rare with many companies today.

Concord Auto Protect was fantastic handling my claim I had through them for my cars repair. I was without a car because of the repair but Concord was able to provide a rental which was awesome and helped me out so much. The claim was easily approved, and I was able to have the dealership start the repairs the same day. The customer service agent Micheal was amazing with helping me and making sure everything was handled for me. Its very rare to have customer service like this these days, but Concord has proven they are the best to me.

Very honest car warranty company. I had a claim for my Volvo which was approved right away. Which is amazing for me because its beyond hot outside and its the worst timing for my AC in my car to die. My warranty claim was processed with any time to waste. I have a 2017 BMW 5 series which was having air conditioning issues and timing is not great as its summer. So, I brought the car into my local BMW dealership here in the Tampa area and had them figure the issue out. The main reason is the staff always makes it apparent that customer service is important to them and being there when calling also. My Husband and I have been happy with the plan and will continue to update the review as time goes on. If and when repairs happen, we will see how it goes as well. The last reason we like the plan is the price was the best around versus some other companies we checked out prior to this.

Been a long-term customer with Concord with over two separate plans purchased from them over the years. I have nothing but good things to say, I had minimal repairs but when they did come up it was covered without a hiccup. I am thankful i found a warranty company that actually cares and wants to always make sure the customer is happy. I noticed people complain about certain repairs not being covered from them and other various companies but people need to read and fully understand what they are covered for rather just assume things. Thats just my advice and will recommend Concord to family.

So what made Concord different from our old warranty provider was being 24/7 and little to no wait time on the phone. We would wait easily 25-40 minutes with our other provider, but concord was pretty much instant always.

I purchased the warranty about 5 months ago around the time I bought my jeep from the dealer. I asked the dealer there opinion about what warranty company I should contact and Concord was highly recommended, So I gave them a call the same day. I was assisted promptly and was given multiple options to pick from which is nice. I went with the "Premium" plan and I feel alot better knowing I'm covered by a warranty on my jeep now. Concord auto warranty has outstanding customer service. I had to get an unexpected transmission repair for my Ford mustang and they covered it. Got the work done at my Ford dealership . If I did not have this policy I would have paid at least $4k on this repair .Concord auto warranty plans are truly phenomenal! If I decide to buy a new or used vehicle, I’m definitely getting the 5 year warranty policy with Concord.

Our family has had Concords auto warranty plan for a while now so we have expeirenced the claim side of things and customer service as well. No company is ever 100% perfect BUT concord did honor the repairs and did not give us any issues about it. Timing was not the best because it was near a holiday but it was quicker then we expected it would be. Overall we can not complain because we got our moneys worth with the plan, so yes it was worth every dollar for us.

I have been using Concord for two cars so far and I have had multiple claims and almost all of them were covered. The one claim that was not covered was understandable but they will covered the others. I think value wise its pretty solid depending on your situation. The best part is how easy the claim process was & how the staff took care of it quickly.

So when I purchased the plan the customer service was pretty nice as you would expect and made the process easy, no complaints really. Now the part that actually impressed me was when I had a repair that was needed and it was actually covered by them. I was actually pretty surprised it was covered without any problems which is amazing for me. The repair was not a cheap one by any means but Concord stepped up and took care of it. They earned my recommendation and long term business.

The thing I liked the most is that our salesperson was not pushy in any way, He thoroughly went through every aspect of the policy and the gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. So far everything seems to be on track. We will see how it goes when the rubber meets the road and we have to file a claim. Judging by my experience so far I think this is the type of company that will do what they say they will do.

I talked to other companies in the past and they would always just try to make a sale without answering all my questions and making sure I was 100% ready to purchase a plan. I have been a Concord customer for some time now and we are treated good. I like how the customer service is actually helpful and will actually resolve any problem the first time around and make sure you're happy. I also like when I called I was able to talk to someone right away that clearly spoke fluent English which is rare compared to other companies these days. Overall I am very happy with Concord & the staff that work there, I would easily recommend them to everyone I know.

I found Concord Auto Protect through an internet search for extended warranties. Concord had the best reviews by far. Steve W was the agent I first spoke with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. He quickly provided a quote. I called after the policy was in effect to update contact information. The phones are answered promptly and the agents were always very helpful. Previously I had coverage with a competitor. In comparison I am very impressed with the easy access to an agent and customer service so far. Concord Auto Protect has been very impressive so far.
