The agent was kind and made sure everything was taken care of for me. I would recommend Concord Auto Protect based on my experiences with them. Mark at Concord did a great job of carefully explaining the policy, and went over the policy, for instance that the nav system was covered, but he radio was not. That the motors for the accessories were covered, but the seals and tracks were not. Mark was very helpful by giving me his direct line, and trying to get me the best price.
