Great customer service every time I have called them. I have had the plan for over two years now and thankfully no repairs. My goal is to not have any repairs and use the warranty converge as a backup plan. So far everything has been great and never ran into any problems. I am sure the claim process will go smoothly just like everything else.

Very easy to deal with the customer service at Concord. They worked quickly to check my claim and to let me know an answer. The claim was fully approved and my car was able to get repaired quickly. The mechanic shop got an answer from Concords staff the next day which is very quick. Overall a great experience!

this is my second policy with concord. on my first vehicle the transmission went out on me, they told me take it to the shop for a diagnosis, the ship said it was bad. Concord told them to fix it and they paid the bill over the phone. glad i had the policy. thanks

Mark at Concord did a great job of carefully explaining the policy, and went over the policy, for instance that the nav system was covered, but he radio was not. That the motors for the accessories were covered, but the seals and tracks were not. Mark was very helpful by giving me his direct line, and trying to get me the best price.
