I purchased an extended warranty for our 2019 Nissan Murano for $1750, traded car in a few months later ,called to cancel extended warranty and get a refund was told they were keeping$500 and would refund $1250. Well, over a year later and numerous phone calls , still haven't got a refund. I used to think Concord was the best , not anymore

Terrible communications from the start. Cancelled my policy within the first 30 days, and 5 phone calls and multiple e-mails later, I am still waiting for my full refund. I have been told multiple times that it is processing, still nothing. Maybe this will get someones attention and get things moving. Beware!

Worst company in this industry. Do not give them your money. They deny claims for false reasons and will not cancel your policy or refund your policy when you request it. They just take your money and pretend to be legitimate. Never again.
