Very happy with my warranty plan and the amount of perks it came with. The value the plan offers is great and I have not had a single problem with anything. The price for the plan was competitive and a no brainer on having some sort of warranty in place for my car versus nothing. I have only spoke with the customer service a handful of times so far and it has been a smooth conversation every time.

I have been a customer of Concord Auto Protect for well over a year now and I have never had any problems with the warranty. I have had repairs in the past and they have been covered by them. Not much to say because the process was very easy and quick, they handled most of the discussion with my mechanic and minimal effort was needed from me. The agents I have dealt with have been honest and patient with me always which is nice. I have not had a bad experience to this day with Concords warranty plan. I think the plan is fairly priced for what my car is covered for and not.

My experience with getting my car repaired last week was pretty good from calling them to seeing if its covered and so on. I was happy to find out the repair was covered without any problems. They were in contact with my mechanic and took care of everything for me. I know my friend uses another warranty company and will be switching to Concord after seeing how easy everything has been for me. I will be purchasing another plan from them for my sons car in the future when my budget allows me to.

Pretty simple process for a claim for the repairs that my Mercedes Benz cls550 needed. There was no cost out of pocket and they took care of me the entire time and made sure I was 100% happy with the situation before and after the repairs. They even followed up with me a little while after asking if they can improve on anything and how I would rate my experience. Just a great company todo business with and its a pretty easy process for claims if you know what you're covered for and not.

I renewed my warranty plan this week and it went pretty smooth. I decided to renew because the price is good and the repair I had in the past was approved. I can not think of anything negative to say because the warranty plan has done what it said it would. I have not ran into any problems yet with filing a claim or calling them with any questions that may come up through out the warranty period. The value Concord provides is well worth the money.

Using Concords warranty has been an easy experience so far. When I had a repair that had todo with the engine I was concerned it would not be covered. But to my surprise Concord had no issue with covering the entire repair at my local dealership. The price of the repair in total was near the cost of the warranty plan so it has proved its value already.

The warranty policy I purchased was the Premium plan for my car. It has been a live saver when it comes to repairs and I even used it for road side assistance at 1am. Personally I have not ran into any issues using my warranty plan and the customer service has always been great. I went through the claim process twice and it has been painless and both times my car was repaired. For the price I paid for the warranty it was worth every dollar.

It has been an easy process using Concord Auto Protects claim process. They really do care about the customer and wanna make sure you're happy. The agent went out of his way to make sure my claim was swiftly taken care of and I would be informed right away because this is my only car. Now my BMW is not brand new so a warranty was a must for my peace of mind and especially for the amount of money I paid for the car. Anytime I have had a claim I was able to get in touch with them super quickly. Claim wise the cost of the warranty was worth it and paid for its self already. I have another friend that purchased a warranty plan from Concord also and has had no issues either. I also like how I can understand what I am covered for and not covered for.

The situation ended up working out because I used the towing feature to get it towed to my local GM dealer. The item that caused the no start situation was on recall and was covered by GM for free. So in the end it all worked out and I never even had to contact Concord about a claim for a repair.

I purchased the Advanced plan and needed the roadside assistance which was a unfortunate situation but Concord did indeed help me out. I had the car towed to my mechanic and it turned out to be something small which only let the vehicle crank but not start. So my mechanic made an estimate for me and reached out to Concord for me so it would save me time. The repair was approved almost instantly and my car is now fully fixed. I could not of asked for anything more from Concord and their amazing staff. When I was in a time of need they pulled through and had me covered.

Concord Auto Protect was fantastic handling my claim I had through them for my cars repair. I was without a car because of the repair but Concord was able to provide a rental which was awesome and helped me out so much. The claim was easily approved, and I was able to have the dealership start the repairs the same day. The customer service agent Micheal was amazing with helping me and making sure everything was handled for me. Its very rare to have customer service like this these days, but Concord has proven they are the best to me.

My warranty claim was processed with any time to waste. I have a 2017 BMW 5 series which was having air conditioning issues and timing is not great as its summer. So, I brought the car into my local BMW dealership here in the Tampa area and had them figure the issue out. I am thankful i found a warranty company that actually cares and wants to always make sure the customer is happy. I noticed people complain about certain repairs not being covered from them and other various companies but people need to read and fully understand what they are covered for rather just assume things. Thats just my advice and will recommend Concord to family.

So what made Concord different from our old warranty provider was being 24/7 and little to no wait time on the phone. We would wait easily 25-40 minutes with our other provider, but concord was pretty much instant always.
