Super happy that my repair was covered by the warranty plan through Concord Auto Protect. The staff went really above and beyond for me to handle my claim within 24 hours. They notified my mechanic to approve the repair and everything was taken care of. The cost of the Audi parts were not cheap either and the amount of money saved is great for me. The purchase of the warranty plan was a great one and I would recommend others to also get warranty only through Concord.

Just signed up and my experience was pleasant and easy. Abe was my agent and didn't pounce on me every day to sign up every day while he waited for me to make a decision. I checked several other warranty companies, and they would not leave me alone to make a decision. I haven't used the service and honestly hope not to but will write another review if I do.

I have had Concords warranty plan for over one years already. I have dealt with their customer service for my repairs with my Lexus recently. The repairs were all covered within the plan and the amount of money I saved was well worth the purchase. The agent was always there when i needed him and no wait time phone call wise to speak with someone. A+ company and great warranty plans.

The agent I spoke with was great with assisting me with anything I needed. I had multiple questions about the warranty plan and what it covers on my Lexus, the agent took his time with me and was not rushing me at all. I felt comfortable speaking to him and he understood my needs and what I am looking for in a warranty plan. He was able to match me up with the perfect plan while being affordable.

I just bought the plan from my car warranty through Concord yesterday morning. The selling point was all the extra perks on top of the repairs being covered such as 24/7 road side service and how the plan is transferable to a new car if I purchase one. Everything seems great and for the price it was fair, I could not find any negatives about the plan. I did look into other companies and it was hard to commit to another one when the price was higher and coverage was similar.

Easily the best car warranty there is, I have reached out to multiple companies and Concord is the best option I found. Most of the companies I called all offered the same amount of coverage but the difference was how the customer service agent was either pushy or didn't care about our questions not at Concord thou. I could not be happier with my purchase of the warranty plan and the company I picked. The agent I worked with was great at assisting me with anything I needed.

One of my friends recommended me to check out Concord for a warranty plan while looking into other companies also. I did in fact end up buying a warranty plan from Concord Auto Protect last week because the price was great and coverage was more than enough for me. I trust that the plan will assist me if I ever have a repair needed in the future, I think it was worth purchasing in that perspective. The friend that had the plan prior to me did in fact have multiple repairs that were done and covered by them.

Beyond happy with everything Concord has done for me. I had one part that needed to be fix which thankfully was not a major repair. Regardless Concord was there and covered it without a single problem. There was no time wasted within 24 hours my mechanic said it was taken care of. The cost of the plan was well worth it knowing I am covered for repairs and other great perks of the plan as well.

The customer service has been simply amazing anything from answering my questions to fixing a small error they were always there for me. The pricing of the plans all were fair and I think for what they offer is worth it. When I was checking out other companies prior to going with Concord it was made well known the customer service agents at Concord are better. I would recommend any plan from Concord, I do believe they are an honest company to use versus some other questionable ones.

When I purchased the plan months ago the staff was not pushy towards me buying the plan. The agent I spoke with was professional and helpful in any way he could of been. The price of the plan was within my budget and more competitively priced then other planes I looked at. No repairs have been needed so I have not tried out the claim process yet, but I am sure when the day comes it will go smoothly.

We purchased the largest warranty plan concord offers to help give us the most coverage possible for our large purchase of a vehicle. The coverage has been excellent and we have had zero problems with it when we have used it. There has been two separate times where a repair was needed and it was paid for by Concord. The other time we used our coverage was for a dead battery situation which also ended up in our favor. Overall the plan has been great for us and I think we have been getting our moneys worth from it. The service agent we dealt with was helpful and kind during the multiple conversations.

I own a 2016 BMW M5 and had a large repair that was needed which was estimated to cost well over 4k. I contacted Concord Auto Protect right away with the estimate and had the opportunity to file the claim at the same time as speaking with them. Within 3 days I had answer and was able to proceed with the repair. I do understand the time that was needed because they did have to contact my local BMW dealer where the car I was and discuss the repair with them. I am thankful I purchase the plan when I did and could not be happier with how everything worked out for me so far. The value the plan has given me has been worth every dollar for the security of knowing I'm covered with repairs.

I purchased the warranty plan from concord auto protect for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee because I wanted something for peace of mind. I think the plan does an excellent job covering my Jeep and all the aspects of the vehicle. The pricing was competitive and easily beat the other two companies I looked at. Last thing to mention was the customer service agent was friendly and took his time going through the entire plan with me to make sure I understand everything and even answered all my questions "There was multiple questions". For the agent to sit there and answer question after question without becoming annoyed was awesome unlike another popular company I called. Concord has treated me great and I am happy with my purchase.

The staff at Concord have been amazing with everything I have needed from them with the sign up process to claims. I would recommend them to friends and family without a second thought. The amount of coverage I get for the price is excellent and easily worth the affordable price. I know I did some research and checked other companies prices but Concord offered the best deal for price to coverage. I personally think it's hard to go with another company because the customer service is not as good and they wanna charge more money for less coverage. I know for a fact that they pay out in claims because my friend got his repairs covered, so I feel confident in them covering mine also.

I purchased the advanced plan from concord about three weeks ago. Now with concord the price was right within my budget and also more competitively priced than other companies I called up as well. I like the plan because it covers enough vehicle repair wise for me to be stress free plus the extras such as 24 hour roadside service and rental car was pretty nice bonuses. I like how the agent was not pushy and gave me more then enough time to think it over and make the purchase. Another company I phoned up was pushy and wanted an answer right away versus allowing me to think over such a long term purchase. Overall no complaints about concord and the staff here.

I purchased a warranty plan through Concord Auto Protect not too long ago for my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and it was easy todo so. The agent at Concord helped me through the entire signing up process and was helpful when answering my questions that came up. I feel confident in the plan and feel like it was worth the money for a few reasons. The main reason I feel its worth the money is knowing if almost anything goes wrong I’m covered, its good peace of mind. I would without a doubt recommend and stand by Concord as being the best warranty company for my needs. I did speak with other companies before my purchase but some were simply too pushy or not offering enough coverage for the big price tag attached. So I will be staying with Concord for long term wise without a single doubt.

I purchased the premium plan from concord auto protect for my 2019 Mercedes Benz E450 right after purchasing the vehicle. I have had Concords plan on a past vehicle and it was worth the money because of the repairs that were taken care of before. With the current plan I feel more comfortable knowing I have something as protection when it comes to repairs on an expensive vehicle. Also, as a bonus I like how they offer 24-hour roadside and a rental car as well. I think the plan covers a nice variety of items on my car and the price of the plan is affordable for what I am getting. The agent that assisted me with getting the plan was helpful with explaining everything in detail for me and answering all questions that I had at the moment.

I purchased the premium plan for my 2018 BMW M3 when I bought the car a few weeks ago. I found out about Concord and the warranty services they offer because the employee at the dealership recommends them and highly recommended a warranty plan for the M3. It’s a great peace of mind knowing I have a warranty on the car now because of how pricey the car was to purchase from the start. Also, when asking staff about the plan I was given lengthy and clear answers and it gave me no doubt in my head that the staff know what they are talking about. I would recommend Concord for the great customer service they have and competitively priced plans they offer.

I purchased the car warranty for my Audi through Concord. I felt more comfortable with Concord because of the honesty the customer service had with me and the no pressure sale mentality. Other companies I called kept calling me and pushing me to buy a car warranty. Concord on the other hand gave me a fair amount of time and also reached out to see if I have other questions which turned out great for me. Because I did have a few questions I forgot about and even ended up making my choice right there and then after speaking with them more. I understand every car warranty company has good and bad reviews but to me I went with my gut feeling which turned out to be trusting them.

Everything turned out great in the long run after being a customer of Concord Auto Protect for over a year already. I own a 2019 Acura RDX that was having some transmission issues such as shifting and then acceleration at speeds. I brought the suv into a local transmission shop which they were able to diagnosis and find the issue. I called up Concord and explained everything and put them in touch with the shop. Then the shop called me to pick a date out to get the repair done because Concord fully covered the costs, which happened the same day I called Concord. The customer service agent at Concord Auto Protect wasted little to no time to make I was taken care of and my Acura will be fully back on the road right away. Thank you guys so much for a painless claim and one of the best customer service interactions I have ever had.

I have been a customer of Concord for many years and cannot complain about anything. The customer service agents are always fantastic when it comes to claims or answering any concerns I have about my plan. I had a claim for my heating system on my car which was fully covered by them without any issues. The plan over the years has paid for itself and I have zero doubts I will purchase another one on my next car. I think it’s worth every dollar knowing my cars covered for repairs and stuff that my normal auto insurance would not cover. The plan I purchased was the Premium plan from them. The terms and conditions were easy to comprehend.

My experience with Concord Auto Protect has been great thus far. Now I looked into many car warranty companies and almost all have there positive and negative reviews, as expected. But with Concord I felt more comfortable realizing some people were not being realistic after doing further research. The car warranty plans terms are easy to understand and clear as they can be for my self. I fully understand with my plan what I am covered and not, the customer service agent Michael did an excellent job explaining that. He has always been easy to reach any time and any day for any reason he has been there for me. Out of all the companies I contacted and have tried over the years so far Concord is the best value for the money.

I purchased a warranty plan from Concord Auto Protect about 7-8 months ago and it has paid for its self so far. It was the premium plan which Im happy I went with in the long run. My cars fuel system was having issues to the point the car was no longer able to run properly. I had it towed to the local mechanic shop I have been going to for years and they figured out the issue and gave me an estimate for labor & parts. I had them contact Concord and explain all of this to them as well and Concord approved me right on the spot and gave them a card over the phone without a single issue. The repair was fully paid for and I am back on the road because of Concord. The warranty saved me and I could not be happier with it.

I found Concord Auto Project on line as I was in the process of purchasing a used car. Not being familiar with this type of insurance, I researched my options and found Concord's customer service review outstanding. I compared Concord to Endurance and found Concord to be preferable on all fronts.
I worked with Robert C. and found him very helpful in explaining the premium coverage plan. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn't mind my inquisitive questions. I was most impressed that he called me when he said he would call. Very good follow-up. So far I am most impressed! Hope my car doesn't need to use too many repairs over the next 5 years or 75K miles- but if it does, I feel like I am in good hands.

Although I ended up purchasing an extended warranty from the dealer, due to my own procrastination in researching other available options, I did have a great experience during the quoting process with Concord.
My representative, Morris, was extremely helpful and friendly from the first call. He quickly sent over the quote as promised and followed up to make sure I received it and to answer any questions.
My favorite part of the experience with Concord, due to Morris’ “I’m here for you.” style, was there was never any pressure to make a decision to buy. His salesmanship and customer service was just what I needed as car buying can be stressful enough on its own.
In hindsight, I should have researched my extended warranty options further in advance of my purchase. I hope Morris and Concord continue this approach with all of their customers. Morris, I’ll see you on my next purchase!

this is my second policy with concord. on my first vehicle the transmission went out on me, they told me take it to the shop for a diagnosis, the ship said it was bad. Concord told them to fix it and they paid the bill over the phone. glad i had the policy. thanks

Love how the customer service was quick and made sure my claim was taken care of the same day. Granted they had all the information from my mechanic ahead of time which made the claim process quicker for me. The value the plan has provided me has been great and I love all the extras included with it. Its hard to find a better priced warranty plan with this much coverage.

I had purchased the premium plan from Concord Auto Protect months ago and with my luck I needed a repair on my car which involved my fuel system. As a shot in the dark I had my mechanic shop contact Concord and see if the plan would cover anything in the repair or not. To my surprised a substantial amount was covered which saved me a lot of money. The warranty plan worked as it was expose to and I could not be happier with the outcome. My vehicle has been back on the road since then without a single issue thankfully.

I so far used the towing feature out of my warranty plan because my car had an electrical issue which caused it to stop working all together. The tow and repair were fully covered by the plan which was so amazing and saved me. The staff at Concord made the entire process easy as possible for me and my mechanic shop. Claim was covered without a single hiccup. I went to my local mechanic and they worked with Concord and within the same day it was approved. The pricing is also competitive and it is easy to understand all the different packages they offer. So far the warranty plan has been excellent. I only had one small repair and it was completely covered by the plan. The plan has everything I ever wanted and the cost of the plan was cheaper then another one I was looking at. Not much else to speak on, the terms were easy to understand and everything made sense to me on what's covered and so on. Very excited to see how the warranty works out long term wise. Just bought it last week and could not be happier so far. The agent was super nice and helpful with assisting me anyway that was needed questions wise about the plan. I think the plan was priced right for what's covered on my car now. We have been with Concord for a little over a year or so and since the start they have been professional and straight forward with my wife and I. My wife has had two separate repairs needed and both were approved with out any hassles. I have the premium plan warranty through concord auto protect. The plan did in fact cover my transmission on my car which was by far not cheap. I was amazed and happy it was covered by them, I know it saved me alot of money already. I would hands down recommend the warranty plan to anyone.
