They are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. It went great. They came out in a couple days, had the holes up and another couple days they had the wires run and the panel's on, so it was very quick, very concise. I've been pleased with it so far.

It was difficult. Install was probably the most difficult part. Part of it was not on Sun Power but on local communities trying to get things approved. But I think part of it was not understanding the landscape when the team was going to arrive and when equipment was going to arrive and where I was going to be staged and and so forth. So there was a little bit of lack of collaboration and if I had not had some foresight that could have been a major mess, but we were able to work through that part. The installation itself, once it got going, was done probably in record time compared to other homes that I had heard from him. The guy that the main lead that installed. However, once the install was done, it took forever. Matter of fact, just recently did I actually have things working. So I guess what I'm saying in a nutshell is that last fall when we set all this up, it was determined that I would probably be getting installed sometime March, April and rolling along there and and literally it was just July before things actually got turned on.

There has not been any follow up since it was installed and we had a hookup problem that I had to call them to come fix. Once I instigate communication, then they're on it, but they do not follow up outside of that, no training, no nothing. We were missing a part so solar was not working until that part came, or the app was not working until that part came, and then we had to do some adjustments after that.

I haven't had any issues and it looks great. They were in and out of here in two days. They were here probably six hours each day. It was pretty fast and convenient. Can't really beat it. Anytime I've called with any questions they giving me answers right away.

I don’t usually make very large purchases but this is one of the best and likely most important purchases I have ever made. Electrical bill is basically non-existent since installation.

What I liked about aUn Power is that I was able to reach people at every step of installation. They even helped me find a roofer to install new roof. Not that I needed it but I didn't want to have to take all my panels down shortly after install.

I relied heavely on reviews before choosing SunPower. With the exception of a couple scheduling hiccups and failure to notify me they have delivered as promised. The sales representative was very thorough with her explanation and answers, the installation team was very effecient and did a nice job. Overall great. I'd give it a 4.5 stars. Initial install was great and fast. No problems. Added 6 more panels this year and the system was down for a lot longer than I thought. At least Sunpower made a payment for the initial system because it was so long (about 7 weeks, I expected more like 3-4). Had to come out multiple times to change equipment out.

There was a team that installed the panels. I think it took 2 days at the end. Very organized, smooth, didn't bother me at all. Good communication, I knew when they were coming. The system produces electricity without problems, so that's exactly what I wanted.

We went with Sunpower because their components were higher rated than their competition. However, within a year, our inverter went out. And unfortunately, the SunPower app doesn't alert you when production drops off so I didn't know that we weren't producing electricity for over two months. This was rather disappointing. Time will tell if we have any more disappointments. Fingers crossed that we don't.

I had developed a natural inclination to shoo away such salespeople, fearing a repeat of pushy tactics and disappointment. However, this encounter turned out to be refreshingly different. The SunPower representative I spoke with was remarkably composed and professional, immediately setting a positive tone for our interaction. After some hesitation, I decided to give them a chance, with one clear condition: I did not want a pushy salesperson invading my home. To my delight, my apprehensions soon gave way to genuine appreciation.During our appointment, I was absolutely stunned by the level of professionalism exhibited by our solar consultant. It was a stark contrast to my previous disastrous consultations with other solar companies. He patiently provided us with a comprehensive breakdown of the entire process, far exceeding what we thought we already knew. I did have some issues with the modem inside the system and every time I called they knew what they were doing and they resolved the issue promptly. They were very organized. Install took about a day and everything was well done, professionally done. It was a high quality installation. It works well. I produce more than what I was expecting. We haven't had any problems with it. Our bill has gone down tremendously, so we're very happy with the results. It's starting to get really sunny again and so this summer should be good with the solar. I don't believe it's faulty, I think everything's running perfectly. The rep that came out, he explained everything and told me what was going, what would and be involved. Install went excellent. They were in and out, just like they said in a couple of days. I haven't had any problems with it and it's been a little over a year now. All the reps were excellent. They answered all my questions. It's definitely worth the money.

They did everything they said they were gonna do and came every time they said they were going to come. The project was completed with no problems. I was here while they did the work. I watched what they did and I saw no problems. They were very professional and they knew their job. I would recommend it to to anybody. I'm very happy with them. I haven't had any trouble with it. Last year the system performed very well; it produced 80% of my electricity needs. I like the little Tesla app where I can watch the production of electricity during the day and what I'm using.

The longevity of the system is great, it has the lowest degradation in the market of the PV systems and their brackets are designed well. Very smooth, the representative explained exactly what they were there to do. Going with SunPower came down to the modern equipment and the fact that each panel has its own inverter or something like that. The system actually detected an issue that I didn't know about and sent the crew to come fix it. So I'm very satisfied with their customer service. The instllation went very smoothly and they did it in a day. They did have to come back, but they did that even when I was at home at their expense and very, very professional. Now it's performing as expected, which is very high.

I spoke with the sales person and he was very knowledgeable. Plus, uh, you guys had a 30 minute video- that was very convincing. The guys who installed the system were very knowledgeable and they worked with the local electric company to get us up and running as quickly as possible. When I've had any issues they've been pretty responsive. I can leave a message and I pretty expeditiously get a A callback. The equipment is working really good. I wish I had another battery. The last few days have been sunny days and we've used zero electric company power.

We've been trouble free for 10 years now. Each time I have contacted them with questions, they've had a variety of ways for me to get an answer. Sometimes talking with someone, sometimes simply submitting a question, but they've been very responsive. This is our 11th year and we're just so pleased we went with Sun Power and have a system that meets our needs.

Professional. Made in USA. No none sense - you handle the entire process with the power company for going on grid. My 22 6' 400 watt panels provide enough electricity to handle 90% or more of my use so far. This is in Arizona. We have only paid $158 or so to the power company over the last 11 months (and might recover that small cost from credit over this twelfth month of December . 25 year warranty. I am told the panels continue to work well last the 25 years also - like upwards to 40. Thank you Sun Power! (Stay local and don't go to manufacturing over seas)

It went flawlessly. They showed up one day, they finished it the next day and I think it was two days later I got a phone call and flipped the switch. They create more power with fewer panels than my existing solar panels. I do have a concern though. At some point and during the install, they disconnected the power through my air conditioner and my garage and I don't know how to turn the power back on.

It was seamless. It's the best experience. I'm extremely happy with them. The equipment worked as advertised, especially with my battery. I like the app the Sun Power app, but it does get frustrating sometimes that it goes down for a day and then you don't get the tracking that you're looking for, but overall it's real user friendly. We had a couple of delays that were unfortunate, the panels weren't available, so we had to wait a week and then we had to cancel our inspection with the city and so we had to wait some more time after that. So a couple of delays that were frustrating the overall was good. It's pretty new. It's been very positive overall.

They answered all our questions, their service is impeccable, they were on time and did things right. The quality of the panels were terrific, the installation went fast, easy and complete and then they follow up from sun power was great. They didn't just sell you a product, you were part of the company and they made you feel that you're part of the ownership of it. I highly recommend sun power for their commitment to their customer and their commitment to clean energy

The initial meeting had good content and was professional. He knew what he was talking. It was just a good experience all the way around. I looked at the panels and they look professional and was just a good process. I truly think they're the number one company for people to go with. The whole process went very well. Both the coordinator and the representative that we talked to have remained in communication. We were updated whenever they moved on to the next series of events that occured within the whole project, so we appreciated that all that was being updated while we were being updated. It went smooth. The employees arrived and they weren't contractors, they were employees, which I appreciated, and they installed it fairly quick, got everything prepped for the inspection and everything went well. The quality seems great and no issues or discrepancies with them so far. I am satisfied.

i researched several solar companies, had a few salesmen in the house to hear what they had to offer. Sun power stood out as the best product and actually the most reasonable price, which was a surprise after hearing the info about the panels. Also we were told by our salesman, Sief, that it would take about 3 months to have the job completed, and that was true. Also they had a very reputable company come up here to install the panels. They did a fine job. So are very pleased with Sun Power.

Our SunPower solar panels are well-built panels. We had them installed in July 2022. The contractor installed them in one day. Electrician had everything connected in one day, and set us up with an app for our phone that monitors the solar panel output. After final inspection, we were up and running and immediately saw the cost benefit. Our monthly electric bill dropped almost 85%.

When I got interested in going solar I researched local contractors for the install. SunPower was the panels and hardware that they were supplying. I then did my homework to research SunPower panels. When I had found out how many years they have been producing panels, how the different panels produced and the warranty behind the panels. That is what made up my mind to insist on the contractor installing SunPower equipment on my home.

They were very good about asking for permission before doing anything on my property there was a small issue but they came back and fixed it right away and apologized for the inconvenience.

I'd recommend it very highly if anyone is thinking about solar energy. It works. Extremely smooth, the installers were on time. It took a while for the panels to get here from overseas but when they did they were installed right away and the guys basically finished that in two days. I was very impressed very pleased. When I call them on the phone they answer. It's nice to speak to a human.

It's performing at least, if not better, than I was promised so I'm very happy with it. The only problem that we'vve had with it is with the app. There was a little exclamation mark on the app and when I called them about it or email them about it they said that they were working on the system or something. It went away and then it came back and then it went away again.

They really are a good company I liked working with. Everyone that I ever spoke to was very helpful. I really like the staff that came especially Travis D., he really explained well all of the different panels and things. He was just really helpful and I felt like they would really take care of me and I like the idea that it was also not a big company, it is locally owned, and I like that. It's good equipment and it really cut down my energy cost.
