The paperwork was flawless. It made it very simple to get it all worked out. Installation was done in a day. They did the electrical inside and put the panels on the roof. They cleaned up after us. It is working. It is generating more power since last October. I highly recommend the product.

I like the features of the panels and the central inverter. My rep was very courteous and gave me a lot of details. He was very good at representing the company. I had an issue with a mechanism and they came out and fixed it and made it all good. They handled everything.

Mason was very diligent and always there for us and and then he did a good job. Installation was excellent, there was a small mix up on power company. It's working very well but we've only had it up there for several weeks so it's not too much opportunity for failure yet but look forward to continued success.

They're very responsive, at least so far they've been very responsive. I've only had it now for about three months. Very smooth. I have nothing to compare to but it seems to be doing what I did was you know expected to. I like that panels are 410 when most companies are 380 meaning I have to put less panels on the roof and I get a higher quality system. The installers left everything neat and tidy. They did a great job. Everything has been perfect.

The panels that I got are absolutely fantastic. I'm producing more power than I consumer right now and it will help so much having these credits for when the summer really starts to crank up. The installers that came out were professional and courteous. The sales team was knowledgeable and professional as well. Every concern that I have had so far has been addressed quickly, except for one. The app doesn't work properly. I have emailed about it and thus far only been given lip service as to it being fixed.

It is hard to distinguish between SunPower and Cobalt who installed the system but my Sunpower app says my solar is not working, which I don't think is correct. I think there needs to be more done at the completion of a project to make sure the owner and investor understands the system, how it works, what settings they need to change with PGE and what all of the monitoring information means.

Great experience right from day one. When we had a problem with the app after almost 2 years of usage someone helped me out to fix it. I have a Tesla Powerwall with this and it makes a great pair. Inverter being on the panel means one less piece to find a place for.

they provide a good product with the integrated inverter. This is supposed to improve reliability and I was glad to get this panel. I was a bit disappointed with the app they provide for monitoring the system production. Sunpower customer support did not provide much help. But after I contacted my installer Greenlogic they resolved my issues.

Their panels are super tough/strong/resistant to damage, and they have an amazing warrantee - parts and labor (and even disposal of any defective componants) on all componants except 1 minor piece (which has a 10 year warrantee) for 25 years. And the warrantee is transferable to new owners.

Good quality and workman ship. Has lowered my electric bill to $16.43 a month. This is the lowest I can pay because you have to pay rent for the meter and the cable lines. You do have to add the sunpower service fee mine is ,$83, I'm very happy with the results

So far the system is operating fine. I had one day when the light on the inverter control panel was red instead of cyan. It corrected itself. It occurred before moving into the the new home so I didn't have internet access yet so I couldn't check the status on line. Which is my one complaint, the system doesn't provide a means to see how each panel is doing, it just provides the overall power capability, not at the panel level.

Their customer support is in contact with me from time to time, but I think they could be a little better at that. The installation was done in the summer and it took about two months to be completed when originally they said it'd take 7-10 days. My energy bill was negligent, and now the bill is $0, so it's been a big blessing.

They make the most efficient panels with the lowest deterioration at the time I ordered them. The web portal shows you electric production and usage on 15 minute intervals. They were very helpfull when the system stopp responding and got it resolve in less than one day.
