It's performing at least, if not better, than I was promised so I'm very happy with it. The only problem that we'vve had with it is with the app. There was a little exclamation mark on the app and when I called them about it or email them about it they said that they were working on the system or something. It went away and then it came back and then it went away again.

They really are a good company I liked working with. Everyone that I ever spoke to was very helpful. I really like the staff that came especially Travis D., he really explained well all of the different panels and things. He was just really helpful and I felt like they would really take care of me and I like the idea that it was also not a big company, it is locally owned, and I like that. It's good equipment and it really cut down my energy cost.

Installation went beautifully. They were so nice, so polite, so helpful and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Nothing was left behind, nothing was out of place. They're local and when I had a problem they were immediately here to fix it. Now, we have another problem that apparently showed up about some of the panels not really producing and we were told in the email that they would get back to us within 72 hours. They didn't do so and we're still waiting.

I went through a couple of quotes or a few quotes with several solar companies. The represented from SunPower walked me through the whole process - they even looked at my usage for the year and I believe prior year to give me a break down how much energy we'd need to produce and how many panels I need. The equipment appears to be installed correctly and it looks smooth on top of the roof. I haven't had any issues with my system others than the time the app was being updated. And even then it was completed at least a couple weeks prior to its projected ending.

After the engineer came out, they came back and installed the job and then prepped for the city permit inspection, and in my case, the inspector came out when they were doing some minor works. Overall, they timed it really well and did an excellent job from installation standpoint. The system is very good; it's reliable and it is easy to use. My first system was purchased with my house and it was from SunPower so I purchased my second system from them to match my first system. There were hiccups, but it was very good overall. They were able to address my issues in a timely manner and answer my questions on on the while on the phone.

It was very good, the guys on the intall crew were really good.They responded to and answered all my questions when I needed things and took care of me. Phone calls and emails are good. The rate they gave me with the tax deduction was good. I haven't had any problems whatsoever with the system and they haven't had to call me with any issues. It's been working all along the last five years. They came to install the panels when they said they were going to come. The men were quite informative, they did the work that they had to do, they put everything on the roof the right way. Every time I've called they answered.

The Crew that performed the installation was excellent. All 25 Panels were installed on my roof (no leaks either!) in 3.5 hours, the panels are creating more KWH's than my home consumes during the daylight hours, I have hundreds of KWH's as credit with PSEGLI.

Good at communication. Kept me informed. I have issues with my homeowners association but they worked with me so that we could overcome the problem and get the solar panels installed. The most important thing that I experienced was honesty. The entire process was explained. Everything they said they were going to do, they did and they did it well. The Solar installation was exactly as they said. I have not received an electric bill since the solar panels were installed last spring. Ambrose Solar We looked at 3 Solar companies for estimates. Ambrose Solar (Sun Power) gave us a competitive estimate and I liked there system the best. For two main reasons one, they use panels with micro inverters as compared to one main one and two, all the components are warranted by Sun Power. So, Ambrose Solar is thier dealer and we will only have to call them if we have any issues in the future.

The sale and design team were professional. I had several design quiestion that we were able to work thru during covid restrictions. More in person consultations and design review would be appreciated. After signing the contract, I also had to get my roof redone, causing a delay in the solar installation. 1 week after installation, our area was hit by tornadoes. I was engaged with volunteer search and rescue, including radio support from my home office. I never lost power and with the confidence of the installed solar and powerwall, was able to concentrate on helping others.

What really sold me was the sales team and the people who install it. It was the right decision as it was seamless. Installation was all on schedule. Everyone showed when they said and they explained everything before they left. I am a little disappointed on the return I am getting for my solar. I thought it would be closed to two hundred dollars a month but it more like fifty. I am selling my home soon and I am still recommending they take over the lease it made such a difference.

When they install the equipment I wish they would have taken a little more care on the clean up of a metal filing and things like that because I have a dog and animals. It went well. Very transparent of what the expectations were and how quickly things moves along, we expected them to be in a certain time frame in getting things installed and we were able to accelerate that process. The cost seems good and the understanding of the energy requirements were spot on.

Their representative was the most knowledgeable of all of the people that I talked to and had come by and visited and he answered all of my questions and I appreciated that. Also the fact that it was all integrated so if I have a problem with one thing, the same company would be able to take care of every aspect of it. I did have a problem with it when it first came online, it was not reading right and in one phone call it was taken care of. They seem to have the best equipment out there, definitely not the cheapest but the best. The financing part went really smooth.

I did a lot of research over a couple of years. I found sunpower offered the fastest equipment and offers services that has been proven over a long period of time. It is the most competitive. I got really good customer service in the beginning. After getting my panels it is a little more difficult getting people. My equipment has never failed to perform as expected. The installation process was very smooth. It was all explained to me and happened as explained. Due to covid they were short staffed but they acted immediately. My bill has dropped.

The gentleman that came to my house did a very good job selling it. I was happy with how he explained things. He did a lot of work for me because I am a little computer challenged. Everytime I've had a question it's always been answered pretty quickly. Install went great, it took a little long but that's because a lot of people are getting to work. We signed the contract and we waited for permits and everything went as smooth as can be. It's been a great experience so far. It's just the best, I know that I shopped around and the warranties by making a manufacturing your own products they have better quality control and so far that reflects in the products overall output. We only had one need to call customer service and it was immediately handled. They told us ahead of time what would happen step by step all the way through the process and it happened exactly as they said. It was expensive but I believe that we're going to get a substantial pay back on that system over the next you know fifteen twenty years so I think it was a very good investment for us. It went very smoothly exactly as expected and was done in no time. My questions are always answered promptly and I know when I need some information I can get it very quickly and easily.

I think it's doing a fine job. The installation process was fantastic and when they came they had a plan and we had a discussion as to my thoughts on the plan and we came to a compromise and they were more than happy to to listen to to my needs and desires. I've had it for about a year. and I haven't had any problems. I think it's a company that's worth while dealing with this and I like their rebates like there is standard for customers and hopefully I can continue to to recommend other people to some fellow and for some benefits for some rebates.

I'm quite happy with it. Installation was very smooth, they came on Friday they started they put up the steel rails but they couldn't do anything else and they work on some electricity and then it came on Monday and Tuesday and they finished on Tuesday and they connected me and it worked. I was very, very happy with them. I used aim power which is a local company and they were just superb in every way. They made commitments when they would come and they came on time they did everything professionally it was a pleasure working with them.

They answered my phone calls and answered all my questions. Salesman and electricians were all very good to work with, the electricians were awesome. The only issue I had is when they buried the wire underground, to me looks like crap but it doesn't affect function or anything. SO far it is producing very well. Every salesman and electrician and installer was very knowledgeable and did good work.

The manager that I worked with saw the project from the beginning to end and if he wasn't available at the time he got right back to me. It was very convenient the way he just really controls everything witout too much interventions and he took care of whatever difficulties there were. They did a good job. They told me it might take two days, was completed in one day and the crew was fantastic and it was up and running. They were a little bit pricey compared to some of the others but with the rebate I guess that was ultimately comparable. At every step I received information confirmation emails and told me exactly what was going on with the delays were if there were some from the city, so on and so forth.

I highly recommend SunPower to people was looking for a solar panel installation. From start to finish they were very helpful, they answered all my questions and they were very helpful in any concern that I had. They've been making decent output. It went smoothly, the installation took less than about 5 to 6 hours. The guy was very professional and did a very good job.

Any questions I had they were always there and if they don't answer they always give me a call back within a reasonable amount of time. It was fairly simple, more than anything it was just waiting for approval for the permit and all that, everything was pretty straightforward. I haven't had any issues with it. Overall great experience with the team and the equipment.

I liked the way they came out and explained it to me in my initial dealing with them. They worked with me on the cost. I've had it for over a year now and we've really liked it. We have had no problems. I wish I would have done it a long time ago. The staff that installed it was nice and respectful and polite. They did a good job. They even cleaned up after themselves. We haven't needed much customer service but when we do they are right on it.

I would totally recommend Sun Power to anyone interest in solar. They are very friendly and very informative. They seem very customer based. They always made sure I knew what was going on. No one came on site without speaking to me on some level to keep me informed. The claims they make about their product have come true as my bill down to zero and they are proving me with a credit.

They're a big company with a lot of financial backing. The consultant was fantastic. She was easy to understand and explained things better than other sellers. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on. If there was an issue, they fixed it right it away. We had a problem with the inspection and they took care of resolving it and getting it reinspected. It was very organized. It works like it is supposed to. We are getting the power we are supposed to.

We're very pleased with every aspect of what sunpower did. They did what we wanted to do. Customer service is very professional and excellent. Our roof is complicated because it is covered with stones. There were lots of things that needed to be picked up and put back into place and the results were superb. They really worked with us more that expected. It has a reputation for being top quality.

Sometimes it takes a little longer for someone to get back to me when I have a question about something but other than that they have been really great. They are very personable and helpful. I like that I can watch how much energy I am getting from the panels on the app. They were very efficient getting it installed. I am looking forward to years of saving with them.

Its succeeding my expectations right now with how much power I am producing. Installation was kind of slow, the parts that were promised could be in quicker and just kind of took a little extra time to get it all set up. I am having a hard time getting a hold of my sales rep who promised me some incentive and he's not returning my emails or anything like that so that's kind of disheartening to me right now. Before he was right on top of things and now I've spent three emails to many has no response to me.

SunPower delivers what it promises. I'm getting the KwH I expected and have had no issues with the panels of the inter-connect with the utility company. Since the panels have been operational just under 3 months it's hard to tell my exact savings, but so far I've paid less than 15% of what I would have paid without solar panels. The panels look good on my roof. If you want to track your savings SunPower has a great app and website, and downloadable spreadsheets showing the solar power produced and your usage which nets out to what you either imported or exported from/to the utility company.
