When I was looking online they had the better rating so I went with them. They have been very responsive in general and when I called with any question they would always answer right away or call me back with the answer. The service itself was ok. They explained everything from me but I don't think I got a lot of relief from it. After it was done I found out that a lot of what they did I could've done myself, especially considering what I paid them.

The original communication with my first agent was horrible. The second agent they assigned to me was mediocre, I had to go to customer care just to get what I needed each time. Still, they negotiated and communicated on my behalf with the IRS. They negotiated to relieve me of some of the penalties and interests that I had. I'm glad I did it.

I went with them since they had the lowest cost and offered me the most lenient terms. At first I thought I had a full tax relief service for penalties abatement and everything, but I found out all I had was the filing service. Sometimes several weeks will go by without any kind of interaction with them. I wasn't always kept up to date on exactly what was going on with the IRS. Right now I'm completely up to date with my filing but I don't feel like they helped me mitigate the fees and penalties.

I had taxes backed up that I needed help with. When I was able to get a hold of them they were helpful. Sometimes though it would take over a month before I got a response or reply from them. Whether it was about them receiving some paperwork or something else, it took them a while to contact me. Because of that, the process that I hoped would only take two or three months ended up taking almost a year to get resolved. I wonder if I would've had better service somewhere else, but I don't know. Poor communication was my big problem with them.

I was listening to a TV. broadcast and they came up. I needed the type of job they did and since I knew they obeyed taxes I decided to go with them. When I first went through I actually went through 3 or 4 different case managers. For the first six or eight months, every time I called they would tell me that that agent no longer worked there and that I had a new one. In the end I got a very good case manager and she took over my case and got me good results. She did an outstanding job.

This could be a lengthy review. I have a varied professional background. I was in an executive leadership position most of my life. All plans must be prepared for a contingency. I have a 2 year journey with Tax Defenseand the IRS. It has been a expected experience. I have always kept a long-term view of my outcome. The unpredictable variable is the IRS decision committee. I hired Tax Defense because of my lack of experience with this government agency. If you have ever been confronted with any government agency, whether professionally or personally, it is always or mostly the same. They have "A Reg" that dictates a path of the decision tree and eventual outcome. The IRS is completely different. They thrive on chaos. More specifically, creating chaos for you. As much as I already knew this I wasn't entirely aware of thier psychosis. I am near the completion of a final decision on my case. I dread to think what this journey would have been without the professional care and guidance of the team at Tax Defense. I have had three case managers over the past 2 years. If you feel a concern over this revealing...don't be. Project management changes in midstream are part of every contingency plan. I have the benefit of experience. I assure you this is not only common, but anticipated. With that, the transfer between each case manager required my involvement, communication, and active participation. With that, these transfers have become more assuring of my decision. I feel my case is being handled with proper care and consideration for the most beneficial outcome for me....the client. IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS I GOT 74k PLACED INTO A NON COLLECTIBLE STATUS! GOD USED BOTH MARIA AND CHRIS TO HELP ME!!! I am forever grateful. When I called and initially spoke with Maria. I was so scared and felt like I had no hope or options. She was so kind and listened to all of my concerns and explained to me how the process would work. The next challenge I had was payment. Although it was affordable it was still more than I had at that moment. Maria was able to work out a monthly plan that I could afford. Next I was contacted by Chris L. Chris was kind and professional. I knew he knew what he was doing and understood the law. He negotiated 74K for me with back taxes and fines and was able to get it placed into a non collectible status. Tax Defense Network is the way to go. Responses are always prompt so you will never wait around anxiously hoping that your case is being worked. It is, and almost immediately! The IRS is definitely NOT what you would call prompt. Our representative, Richard M was awesome! Richard M was in frequent contact with us on the status as things progressed, as well as promptly returning return calls/emails and getting answers to our questions. We had tried dealing with the IRS ourselves but did not have the knowledge necessary to know what options were available and how to proceed. Having utilized the services of Tax Defense Network-Money Solver to prepare and catch up on my tax filings over the past 4 years or so, and being very satisfied with all dealings and contact throughout, I was taken aback and surprised to find that in 2020 I seemed to run into a communications issue with one of the tax analysts working on my 2019 tax filings -- (several weeks passing before ever hearing back or receiving follow-up on my outreach & inquiries as well as extreme delays on finalizing filing details related to my tax balances). I found this highly unusual based on my previous very positive experiences with the company. FORTUNATELY, the issue was IMMEDIATELY resolved when I reached out to manager, Xandy W., who reassigned a new tax analyst to oversee my 2019 tax case. She assigned Heather I., and Wow! Owing the IRS back taxes can be a very scary thing. My first contact with the representative at Tax Defense was great!..the rep put me right at ease. He explained and walked me through their services very clearly, with no pushy sales talk... I also looked into two other companies and felt both prices ( No hidden fees) and service. I felt comfortable. Both my Case Rep Ashley and Tax prepare Janaya was very easy to talk to. They communicated both via E-Mail and phone calls. They took the time to explained every detail, no matter how many questions I had, and let me know on their end when they had communication with the IRS on my behalf or filed. I was sent copies of all relating documents. Also, uploading documents to the system was very easy. All in all, I am very please with my experience. I approached MoneySolver by finding them on the net in 2018. I had a long standing tax balance from fraud against me and mistakes I made back in 2004- 2006. My balance was in excess of over $500,000.00. I hadn't filed my taxes for almost 10 years!!! payroll garnishments, bank account levies, all the above. I cannot tell you how awesome this team is. I had the pleasure of working with Linda S. back in 2018. In so many words, she was a Godsend. This was a problem that clearly affected my life and my ability to earn a living. The held my hand throughout the process. She was diligent, thorough and highly professional. There were many weekends I would be reached out to in order to keep my file moving. She never gave up on me. My issue was extremely complex. She and her team were able to stop my garnishment, negotiate my case and drop by balance by a whopping 82%!!!!!!!!!!! A year into my installment plan and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. My wife and I couldn't be more happier. I highly recommend them and don't look back. This is a highly trustworthy company and are 100% legitimate.

Let me first say, I'll never need Tax Defense Network (TDN) again for the initial services they provided. 1) Because I've learned from the mistake that caused it, and 2) because they did an exceptional job resolving the issue and subsequent issues that followed. The latter being one that lingered for almost 2 years. However, thanks to Katrina C., my issue received the attention it needed and deserved to get it resolved. Not only did she stay on top of things, but she kept me abreast of everything as it happened, up till it was FINALLY resolved. I couldn't be happier with her and the results. I was tired of being terrified to even attempt to fix my tax issues. I got to my breaking point and decided to finally after years of doing nothing to fix my issue. From the very first call to my last email my experience has been very nice and extremely professional. D. Farmer communicated with me every step of the way, he was clear and responded to all my question quickly. As far as my debt he was able to get it to a payable amount and now for the first time in many years I am not dreading tax season knowing that I can file without worrying what is going to happen. My experience with Money Solver has been far better than my expectations. When I first started with them I was in a major accident. Unlike many companies. They understood and I will say Ruth is the greatest representative I could have ever been blessed with. After 7 years and over 100k owed. My balance with the IRS today is zero. Yes zero. What I like about this company is..When I speak to them I always felt like regardless of my personal problems, my debt & the state of my mind I always felt that I was being respected not judged. The first thing that I liked about the business is its reputation. I did quite a bit of research before I chose this company. There are a lot of horror stories out there about companies that promise to help you solve your financial problems. They take your money and never give the help that was promised. My Tax specialist Katrina C was extremely professional and she kept me updated every step of the way. She did exactly what she told me that she was going to do and gave me status updates throughout the process. If and when we came to a little bump in the process, she contacted me to find our which way I wanted to proceed and explained the process and possible pitfalls to my decision. She gave me choices in my decision making process which made it easier for me to make a decision that worked for me and my family. Katrina made a difficult situation for me and my family a little easier. On a scale of one to ten, I would definitely give my tax specialist a ten and would recommend Tax Defense Network/Money solvers to anyone that finds themselves in the type of financial situation that I was in.

I was very skeptical, concerned, and worried. Which company to choose. You hear such horror stories from people how they’ve waited and waited and no response. This year has been bad in many ways but picking star Defense was a bright spot. Everyone was super nice from the very beginning and took the time to explain things to me. They help me set up a payment plan and have stayed in constant communication with me throughout this process. Not even three months later all of my taxes have been filed. I couldn’t recommend a better place to help get peace of mind and get things done. They are top notch.
