After several attempts to replace my assigned agent from the Tax Defense Network, and a year and a half later, I finally got them to replace the agent. The original agent, I won't post her name for fear of legal action, but her name has something to due with transporting a casket. And she lives in Deland. If you hire the Tax Defense network and get assigned to this person, I recommend you object or find another firm. The replacement, Linda S, wrapped this up with the IRS in record time getting me placed in the IRS to a non-collectible status. Linda has the aggressive demeanor needed to get you out of an IRS jam. I highly recommend Linga S. Any rating below five star are aimed at the Tax Defense Network's ignoring my multiple requests to replace the original agent.

What is there to say? These guys are incredible. From the very 1st phone call until you get your last email, you are put at ease. They will explain to you, the options you have to work with and guide you thru the process. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was assigned Mrs Danielle Z, and she was amazing. She would answer all my questions with an honest answer and no sugar coating. She was very attentive, caring and did I say knowledgeable? This woman knows her stuff!!! There are other companies out there that promise you the world, and leave you hanging dry. I highly recommend you guys give Defense tax nerwork a try. You will jot regret it

This is our second time we have worked with Tax Defense. They were able to get us an amazing settlement the first time but then the IRS initiated an another audit when our house was paid off. We are always overwhelmed and anxious with any proceedings with the IRS and so we jumped right back in with tax defense network. From the very beginning they were helpful and helped us to be hopeful. They furnished information that the IRS wanted in a very timely manner and would ask for information at point in time that it was necessary. Very hard to be patient when you feel like your life is collapsing but they took over our IRS challenge with expertise and commitment to us. Tracy M was on the front line and did a real good job and keeping us informed and asking for information when they needed it. I can't say enough for Tax Defense. They got our case settled for even less than we were paying before. The IRS had calculated our tax debt at over $200,000 and they were able to settle it for $161 per month for the next three years I believe. They are so honest and upfront in every way but they perform miracles. I greatly recommend their services to anyone who is struggling with the IRS. We couldn't have done it alone. Danielle was Great. She kept in touch with me weekly and If I ever had something to submit or a question she got right back with me . I was always aware of what was going on with my case. Danielle was really good at explaining everything to me to where I could understand it. And that's really important. To actually know what and where your progress is. Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all you’ve been doing to help me with my tax situation. I never intended to fall behind in my taxes, and the longer I was behind, the harder it was to ask for help. Discussing back taxes is difficult and embarrassing, but you made me feel comfortable and relaxed. After our first conversation, I felt a huge weight lifted from my shoulders. I think I had my first good night’s sleep in years. The process has been easy and straightforward; so much better an experience than I feared before I reached out for help. My biggest regret is that I didn’t do this 3 years ago.

We owed back taxes for several years and it was a big mess. We received letters they were going to garnish your wages for back taxes. We owed well over 80,000. We hired Tax Defense and they did an amazing job they were able to stop the garnishment and put us in the "non collectible status" Heather H always stayed in contact with us, kept us updated on everything that was going on. If there was something we didn't understand she took her time and explained everything to us and always willing to go above and beyond. We will definitely be using Tax Defense for the next couple years since they know our situation and we know that everything will be done right. Thanks again Tax Defense and Heather H you guys rock!

I actually found this group on the IRS website and they had been given the highest rating by the IRS. That alone spoke volumes to me. I certainly don't regret picking up the phone and calling them. It was the best decision I've made in a long time LOL
I am immensely pleased with the service I received from the folks at Tax Defense Network. Kent M was assigned to my case. He was professional, understanding, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me up to date and informed every step of the way. The best part was, I felt I had someone on my side looking out for my interests. It was a huge relief knowing I no longer had to look over my shoulder waiting for the IRS to catch up to me. No more worrying about having my wages garnished. Just knowing they understood my situation and was assured they could help me take care of my problem was unexpected but definitely appreciated. Even though they seemed a bit pricey compared to other places, the fact of knowing I had a team of knowledgeable professionals on my side working to help me solve my issues was a huge weight off back and worth every penny. I found Tax Defense Network on line after a disastrous experience with what I was told was the top tax company to help with overdue taxes. From the start everything was different. Time was given to me to explain all the procedures and processes; they were upfront about everything and answered all my questions and concerns. They were definitely much more affordable than the other company and offered time payments to pay their services which is a great help when you are in trouble. I had one person, Haydee S, that I dealt with and that was wonderful, always available and if did not have the answer, found out and called me back as soon as possible. I feel that I have been the worst client in the history of Tax Defense Network. Yet, David B and Catharine O have been, well let’s say, they’ve been like family to me.
They have listened to me cry and they have cared and nurtured me when I needed it. These two people have gone far and beyond the call of duty. I am so blessed to have been matched up with them. There are not enough words in this dictionary to sing their praise.
I am so grateful for all of the help, especially emotional, like I said I am forever grateful for David B and Catharine O.
I love these two people. They have helped me through some of my darkest hours and I feel that once all of my tax issues are over, I will still want to call them and I will still want to say hello to them, And let them know that they, and their families are in my thoughts and prayers. I started this journey many years ago. Never knowing where it would take me. I lost my business a year ago because the two girls that worked for me ended up stealing the clients I had. But because of my failing health I could not fight back end it has really put me through the ringer and I am a mess. Again and again there are not enough words to sing the praises of David and Catherine. I will always keep them in my thoughts and my prayers and wish them every success they deserve. Because they deserve everything.
If there are things that are Miss spelled or things that don’t sound right it’s because I’m tearful writing this and my eyes hurt.

I reached out to TDN at a very stressful and desperate time in my life related to falling behind on my taxes. I didn't know what to do so my friend gave me their number, I called and spoke with them and the process started. My case was assigned to Lori F who from the start went above and beyond to help me with this matter. She worked so hard to help me and in the end the resolution was unbelievable and better than i had ever hoped and prayed for. She saved me. I was very skeptical to spend the money on Tax Defense Network. I wasn't very satisfied in the beginning, as with any service, you have to find the best match for you and find someone who meets your needs. The IRS had made a mistake and was sending me threatening letters to cancel our payment agreement, I called and talked to Stephanie who has been my analyst since i joined Tax Defense Network over a year ago, She immediately got to work and reassured me that she would take care of it and find out what happened. Stephanie told me go about my day to day while she took care of it and would be in touch as soon as she had a resolution. Several weeks later, Stephanie called me with great news, it was a issue on the IRS's end as we thought and she even got me lower payments. Everyone was very pleasant. After the loss of my father, I had to call and I got a bit upset due to things happening with car and finances. I kinda went left field. The young lady calmed me down and worked out things for me. Then once my worker Ms. Stephanie T found out, she worked diligently to make things work to give me a peace of mind. She even called once and said she just wanted to hear my voice and check on me. Saying these things meant alot. Asking if I even felt like talking about my case, understanding my loss, my feelings. My IRS Federal tax problems arose as a result of several years where I failed to filed. I was the sole proprietor and ran a small LLC during that time and had paid all my state income taxes as well as the payroll taxes from my 2 employees. Foolishly, I put off filing at the time because I new that I wouldn't owe any taxes once all the accounting was done. Well, I didn't get the accounting done sufficiently to file and I let that happen over 3 consecutive years. 10 years later that IRS brought this to my attention and with a twist I had not understood well enough at the time: I had sold a couple homes during those years. Well, since I didn't file and therefore there were no documents with the IRS to show otherwise, the proceeds from those sales were all considered to be income - income I had failed to pay taxes on from the IRS perspective which had also accrued hundreds of thousands of dollars in penalties. I found the Tax Defense Network by searching on the internet. I called them and they helped me understand what had happened, what it meant, and the several options they could help me with in fixing things. It was very complicated and I worked with them for about 2 years to get it all worked out. We had dozens and dozens of calls - maybe more than 100 - in addition to even more emails...all of which we clear and professional and incredibly helpful. Throughout the whole process, Carson M answered my questions, made me smarter, helped me see the pros/cons of each decision as well as pointing out potential problems/opportunities I could not have foreseen on my own. I cannot say enough about Carson's ability to both inform, clarify, reassure and - critically - do all the of the paperwork and documentation and communication and negotiation required to work out a favorable solution with the IRS. Super smart and equally patient, Carson has helped me get through this while staying sane and avoiding financial ruin. I rarely make recommendations but would tell anyone to absolutely contact Carson and the Tax Defense Network BEFORE speaking with one of the many Tax law firms from whom you're getting frightening mail. Carson and the people at TDN impressed me with their integrity and tireless commitment to my problems. They exceeded my expectations over and over again until I was free. Always answered my calls. I found Tax Defense online because I was 8 years behind in my tax returns due to someone stealing my identity. This person used my social security number to work. The IRS did not know about the identity theft. They said that I owed over 25k in my back taxes. It kept getting higher every year that I didn't address my tax problems. I explained everything to Linda S at Tax Defense and she got right on it. Linda and her team handled everything for me. I didn't have to deal with the IRS once. Not only did they get my 25k tax debt eliminated, I also have a refund due to me, which is unexpected. I started with a rather large debt..to IRS.. I was a subcontractor.and 1 of the companies I sub from used my information I was was a victim of identity theft...
I used a CPA to prove from checks and 1099 ECT that I was a victim... The CPA was assured i would get credited for this amount...IRS didn't accept this...
Next I got a lawyer..the IRS had sent my work letters to garnish my wages...well the lawyer stopped the garnishment...but I was going to have to pay more than I could afford.. with the identity theft that added 140000$ to what I actually owed...the lawyer charged me for trying to fight the identity theft. and the lawyer was actually a waist of time.. except for stopping the garnishment....
A friend at work..had told me a lawyer or most people that deal with the IRS. won't actually challenge them or battle with them...last thing they want is the IRS on them....so I tried handling my case...on my own...DONT DO THAT.... They are tricky ....and it's not up to them to try to help you... You have to know the laws to even start with the IRS.........
Using my friends advise. I called Tax Defense..... My introduction to them they were very interested..and could help me... So here we go... I signed for them to represent me... My case went thru 5 steps ..as my case got involved it went to different case workers ...that are Pristine in what they do... It took about a year...but I had no more letters from the IRS ..and was definitely less stressed....at times updates were perhaps 2-4 months apart... Waiting on IRS to reply ....or this is our next step...Tax Defense kept me up to date ...on what was going on.... I spoke with a few of there team before my case went to closing.... Then there closing Artist ...as I say ... Had called me and sent email on my final ...which is 0 balance owed and lien on Home removed... Well 4 months later evidently the IRS didn't remove my lien on my Home...Tax Defense immediately reopened my case and got the lien removed.....
I am Very Pleased with my out come....Very Pleased.... RELIEVED.... Tax Defense... Is THE BEST .... Long Story short...... By the way my debt to the IRS was 175000 ...so much interest that I could of never paid it off... The IRS had garnished my tax return since 2007. which I felt had MORE than paid them.....

My review is really more specifically of our (my wife and I) experience with Tammy G, the professional to whom we were fortunately assigned via Tax Defense Network, rather than Tax Defense Network as an organization, in general. It's difficult to really imagine what our process could've been like with a different professional, and even more so to imagine a different professional being more kind, capable and diligent than Tammy has been. She was empathetic to our plight, and more often than not relatively immediately responsive and communicative in regard to our questions and needs. For reasons too complicated to document here, there was a moment during our advocacy process at which we thought we might be placed otherwise, and we were so relieved when that didn't happen. Tammy was amazing from day one, and continued to be available and helpful at every turn. I sincerely don't know what we would have done without her. First time ever owning the IRS a large amount of money. I was panic stricken and didn't know what to do. I saw a TV commercial for TDN. I was immediately put in contact with a wonderful agent (my apologies I have forgotten her name) and she thoroughly discussed what TDN does. I was assigned to Stephanie T, who was awesome! We did have some issues getting documents from my accountant, so the case took way longer than it should have. I originally had a payment plan with the IRS and was faithfully making payments. In December I went into the hospital and had emergency open heart surgery. While in the hospital the payment date came and went so I missed it. The day after Christmas I got the letter that the IRS was going to do what they enjoy doing which is come after my wages and assets. This happened about the time the government shutdown which included the IRS. Sick and desperate I did not know where to turn so I found Money Solver. They took it from there and worked out a payment plan I could live with. Everyone one I worked with especially Corrie C were courteous and competent. I am now back on track in dealing with that beast called the IRS.

When my husband and I initially contacted Tax Defense Network We were very skeptical and extremely concerned about letting total strangers handle our excessive tax debt and be allowed into our personal expenses and business.

In the beginning when we first called to speak to someone to get things started, it seemed like everybody was very prompt and interested in the the way they got back to us. We went through several people and it was very hard to get any answers and if we wanted any information we had to call their supervisor to get answers. If you look at our history of how long we have been dealing with the company it would seemed that we would be much further along in the process. It wasn't until we had the pleasure of working with Joanne R, from the beginning she explained who she was and what she could do and followed through with on her promise. She would tell us that she would get back to us in two days with updated information and she did just that . when we would call her and leave a message she would get back to us very promptly. She would find out what our concerns were and give us the any information that she had on hand and followed up with us on the same day. OK people I will be completely honest. Before making this phone call and asking for help I was in a disarray with the IRS, they have the ability to make you feel lost confused and useless . TDN or Tax Defense Network helped me though a financial difficult at a time I was having problems making my Federal and State taxes payments. Their case managers, tax specialist and even the person answering their phones have always been polite and knowledgeable in all aspects of troubled tax accounts. What is more, every one I've spoken with at TDN was sympathetic to my situation and dealt with me very respectfully. This made the whole process far more comfortable. Just this morning I spoke with a new contact at TDN, John Foss for the first time. Just like all the others, John made me glad I called TDN this morning I never dealt with another tax organization in the past. At this time I would not go to any other company for tax advice unless major changes in the culture at TDN’s breakdown. I feel here is what makes the deference in a well-run organization whether they provides tax related services, designs software or sell sandwiches. I call companies like TDN ‘Wawa run organizations’ because Wawa does make sandwiches and serves gas. Everything these two companies do they shoot for the 'ideal' level.

Starting out everyone I talked to was polite and patient with my complete ignorance of tax matters. It does take a while between communications with the people assigned to my case and I was switched between representatives a couple times, which can be aggravating. However in the end tax defense network dropped my tax liability from just over $40,000 to $4,000 total! What is more impressive is they did it while staying polite and patient with me, and did exactly what they promised without any other fees. Skeptical by nature I thought for sure the advertisements were mostly oversold, I will say that now I believe them fully. After all, any organization that can save a regular middle class person $36,000 should be trusted.

My situation, I believe was a very unusual one, and Ms Annette H worked with me for "two years" until the time was right to negotiate with the IRS. I believe that most companies would have simply taken their fee and made a slam dunk settlement.

I don't usually write positive reviews but for Tax Defense Network, I have no negative experiences, and NO I am not an employee or relative of one. My problem came an inability to pay taxes for a number of years. I was forced to retire for physical reasons requiring several surgeries and losing my job in the meantime. I am beyond the preferred hiring age and was unable to continue in my field physically. My wife had lost her job shortly after and our income was pretty much from Social Security. We had purchased rental 4 rental properties using our retirement and savings thinking they would provide as we bought them under the FLETC (Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers) program and had the fully furnished. and ready to occupy. The government paid $2,100.00/mo rent for each and guaranteed for any damages. Sadly that program ended about a year later but we still had mortgages. The units were unoccupied for almost a year, we ended up having to file bankruptcy to avoid foreclosure and sold all the furnishings in yard sales for about 10 cents on the dollar just to live. Letter after letter from the IRS and even called the number on the letter but was not happy with the person at the other end. I'm not sure how I learned about Tax Defense Network (TDN), but I'm sure glad I called. It turned out to be the best decision I ever made besides my wife and children. I was moved from person to person and specialty too specialty but EVERYTHING that I was promised came to pass. I was quite nervous as I kept getting IRS letters. I was assured by TDN that was normal and that they were in negotiations with the IRS and not to worry. It took awhile because of the mess I had gotten myself into but the result was very satisfactory and TDN sent me a letter explaining what the terms of the disposition were and any correspondence from the IRS on this matter should be referred to TDN. The fees for what TDN accomplished were quite reasonable and I have to say, I'm a happy camper.

Had a problem with taxes, had an unexpected illness which left me out of work for months, so changed tax bracket to bring home all money to fix and catch up all me bills. Didn't file for some years, when I decided I needed to try and get them all done. The amount I owed before penalties and late fees and penalties for not paying penalties made my tax quadruple to a large amount of money. I saw an pop up on my phone for tax defense, so I called and started the ball roll to help me with this problem. They worked for me until my situation was complete. Look no further! Save yourself a lot of stress and money! Due to unfortunate circumstances, I found myself in serious tax trouble. I had heard about another company from mass advertising (Optimataxrelief) so in a panic I called. They charged me 500 dollars just to get started and get my free master tax file. A month later I received a call letting me know that they had gathered the information necessary to move forward with my case. Then they hit me with the whole “it’s gonna cost you 9600 more to move forward.” No expectation of what the possible outcome will look like other than we will file and see what happens. 500 down the drain for something I could have got for free? On top of that, they gave me literally 72 hours to sign or else they would drop me.
I then started researching other companies. I liked the reviews for Tax Defense Network. That’s what I needed! TAX DEFENSE! Someone on my side, to fight for ME. So I called. Boy am I glad I did! I met Jerry J who is amazing! He really took the time to understand my situation and my budget concerns. We formulated a plan and found a price I was comfortable paying as well as a payment plan that works for me. He took the time to really explain the tax laws and make sure I understood them. I am a sales person for the last 20 years so needless to say I can tell when I’m being sold. It wasn’t like that with Jerry J. He really cares and that is worth his weight in gold. He also worked out some stuff with my student loans when he found out I was having issues with them too! All for about half the price! I am so relieved and grateful that I found Tax Defense Network and Jerry J! Those other guys are feeding on the misfortune of good people in bad situations. Don’t waste your money. Ask for Jerry J!

I had the IRS making threats to take my home, empty my bank account, and if they could take my children (that bad) but with the money solver they calmed my anxiety by walking through the steps of the IRS and worked with me. The initial cost for their program made me a little uneasy and thinking it could be a scam BUT they are true to the test. I owed over 25k and the cost of the service and the fact they were there every time I got one of those IRS letters plus they helped me with payments for that service.
Patients is key for those who don't know the practices of the government and I applaud Tyrone for his patients with me and tenacity to get the debt reduced significantly.

I contacted Tax Defense Network because of back taxes owed from a previous marriage. I got the opportunity to work with Linda S., one of their partner tax attorneys. I've been notified that penalties will not be charged for a specific tax year but there is no change in the amount of my installment payment agreement. I do have my IRS letter stating such, so I assume that this is true. My problems with the IRS only started after I retired from my profession. Prior to that all taxes were filed through the years and no penalties earned. Initially I felt like "a criminal" because I had trouble understanding and navigating through all of the IRS correspondence which I felt was so negative and accusing. I've never had any problems accepting responsibility for my financial issues, but the fact that I didn't quite understand what was going on with these back taxes and penalties made things much worse for me.
I was initially contacted by the Tax Defense Network on the day that I called them. The initial contact was with John, a senior tax consultant He was extremely helpful in getting me to calm down and feel like my whole financial situation was not as earth shattering as I thought. At some other time, I was assisted and advised by Whitney who was reassuring and helped me to understand what I was dealing with and assisted in filing taxes. My final contact person was Deanna (Dena) B, Tax Analyst who again walked me through all the steps needed to get the feds off my back!!! Dena was extremely professional, understanding and non- judgmental while assisting me. I was able to fully understand my IRS issues completely with her assistance and I now realize the errors that I made . With Dena's assistance I now have a solid plan going forward for how I will meet my tax debt responsibilities with the IRS. Ms. B was instrumental in assisting me to gain full understanding of my IRS issues and helping me to regain some peace of mind and positive hope as I begin my journey to obtaining a clean IRS slate. I was a little concerned about the fees that I took on with TDN, but now realize that the help that I received from Tax Defense Network for me is priceless. Dena B is the kind of person you hope and pray to deal with. She made the whole experience positive and worthwhile for me. To be assisted by someone that could anticipate what I felt I needed was really wonderful. She provided the support and hand holding that I needed at times and went above and beyond when I needed that extra reassurance. She is a valuable member of your agency that helps to uphold your reputation in this field. For me, this experience with your company and employees has restored my faith in the fact that there are really people out there who care. I understand that this is the business world and that the agency benefits from my business, but I can honestly say that I reaped a lot of benefits.

I called Tax Defense Network AFTER contacting another company that took money from me just look at my case, but wouldn’t disclose the cost of there complete services until I paid for the “evaluation” phase, they then hit me with a cost that was absolutely Ridiculous , I began to research the top rated companies and found Tax defense Network was a top rated company with the BBB.
When I called Tax Defense Network, they were very informational and gave me a complete explanation of what there services included, the process and the complete cost upfront! A cost less than 1/3. They also worked with me on paying this! (Which was a huge help)
My case is a mess and needed immediate attention so they escalated my case and assigned Cody H. to help me. Cody has been awesome, he contacted me very quickly and so far has made the process Very understandable and easy! There has yet to be a time that I haven’t been able to reach him or I get a return call almost immediately.
They have made a bad situation better and after along time of dealing with this I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
