The consultant was wonderful and did a good job. I just felt very good about it. I can say they did a very thorough job, and were very clear in their explanations. They made sure that I knew exactly what they were doing and what I was doing. Plus, they were approved by the Business Bureau, and they give me a lot of really good information, prior to signing a contract with them.

I owe more money than when I started! I owed $7,100 in taxes. Now I owe $500 more for interest on my taxes AND I am making payments for the $2,500 service fee! I DO NOT recommend using Tax Defense Network. The people are nice and professional, but they did not help to lower my bill and now I owe more.

All those I worked with were attentive to me on the phone. They worked with the IRS to make it so I owed nothing unless my finances change. At retirement with only Social Security. That is not likely to happen. Now to deal with California . We'll see

I'm still waiting for more answers about the amended taxes That the IRS claimed they never received back in 2013. I sent you guys copies of them to resubmit but haven't heard anything on this. Last contact with me was May 21st. I received papers from the IRS stating I still own for 2013 and it's wrong! They have been taking my tax returns for 3 years now and shouldn't because I don't own them!! Please contact me on this! I've called and sent many emails for updates and no one is responding back!

They are nothing special. I got be on a payment plan but the issue I'm having right now is that everything was resolved for thirteen hundred fifty dollars but basically nothing went through. I just wish that they would have told me up front what it would have been. I guess was disappointed. the person assured me that everything would be okay that that interested penalties would be waived but they were not so.

Well I think that all tax people they advertise that they can do a lot more that they really can't. They advertise that they could literally wipe your taxes away and that didn't even come close to happening. I could reach them if I needed to.

The service is great and excellent but sometimes it takes a while to get to you. I sent some paperwork off through fax and we haven't heard anything back from them and it's been over two weeks. They're great and they explain everything and make sure to give you the information but it takes a while.
