So Far I am 1 month into the process and my Tax Analyst, Cody Hall has been Top Notch! He is an excellent Communicator and seems to genuinely enjoy his work, as well as care about the Client and their needs. I must say, being a former Realtor for the past decade and attention to detail is the basis of my profession, Cody is right there with me in his knowledge and expertise and attention to detail!
Whatever Cody is making; I say it needs to be doubled!! You dont find many True Customer Service Reps that really go above and beyond, nowadays!

Approximately a year ago I approached Tax Defense Network (TDN) as I had several years of unfilled returns and was in a very bad way with the IRS. Constant calls, letters and a bank levy. I can honestly say that after I retained TDN I began to breath a little easier and feel better as I knew that professionals were representing me and the process of getting my life back in order was underway. I’ve been working with Cody H, who is definitely a valued member of the team, and we stay in constant contact regarding current status and what needs to be done. If you are in a situation with the IRS and need professional representation , don’t hesitate to give TDN a call...you cannot do this on your own...it will be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made!!!

I had a tax question that I couldn't get clarity on after researching it myself. I was skeptical about calling this company as I tend to be pretty cynical these days about anything labeled "free" online (or elsewhere) but decided to just see, as I had nothing to lose by giving a call. I figured I would get a customer service rep who would then tell me how to pay for any real legal advice. But that didn't happen!!! I spoke to two people, both VERY professional and nice and I got my questions answered and the clarification that I had needed on the seemingly conflicting internet info. I am SO beyond happy right now and I guess my faith has been renewed that there are actually good and honest businesses out there wiling to give a free consultation... I honestly thought I might be sitting in a lawyer's office and paying $200 - $400 for this 10 min of advice/clarification. My situation was more on the simple side, BUT I would recommend anyone call this company. My rep John was honest in telling me I am good to go after explaining everything and patiently answering my questions. I am super thankful for this company!

From our first conversation and many after I knew Tomika S was a good person that could feel what I was going through, and wouldn't give up until she had succeeded. I've been working with TDN for the better part of 1 year to resolve my IRS tax issues. I have a large balance covering 6 years of tax returns. I engaged TDN to negotiate an installment agreement that I could afford and comply with. I received a call today from my rep Ms DeeDee M with the exceptionally good news that the IRS has placed my account in 'non-collectible' status. This is without a doubt a far better result than I could have ever expected or hoped for. I could not be more pleased with the service provided by TDN throughout this process.
In particular though I must additionally point out and call attention to my account rep Ms DeeDee M. Throughout the entire process Ms M treated me with the most amazing level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service that I have ever experienced anywhere. She was consistently responsive, kind, understanding, efficient, helpful, calming and informative. I felt, at every point along the way, like I washer most important client. Dealing with the IRS can be enormously stressful and intimidating for an average taxpayer such as myself. Ms M was able to allay my anxiety and instill confidence that she and her team understood and had an excellent handle on my case. When she called me today to advise me of the IRS' decision, she sounded genuinely and sincerely pleased to provide me with such good news. She is a gem of a representative for your company and an absolutely lovely and wonderful person in general. Future clients will be most fortunate to end up with her assigned to their account. Hands down, Noel C. I initially made contact with this company in 2015; however the agents I worked with repeatedly dropped the ball. I finally gave up hope until I received a call from Noel. Her sincerity and commitment to making things right and championing real resolution towards my tax issues surpassed any expectations. I will be totally honest, in the beginning I wasn't so satisfied with the service. But mostly because of he lack of communication between my case worker and I. I cancelled my services because I was so frustrated with the whole process. But I realized I could not file my back taxes on my own. I realized that could not speak on my own behalf with the IRS because they can be very intimidating. I called Tax Defense (now MoneySolver) back and started my services again. Tomika is my new case worker, and she understands all my needs and communicates very well with me. Suzan was my Tax Preparer and she was AMAZING!! She handled ALL of my back tax returns in a timely manner. Most importantly, she made me feel like a friend, not just a client. Every step of the way, she was kind, considerate..even cracked a few jokes. Dealing with the IRS can be a very emotional process. But having a tax preparer like Suzan just made the process so much easier. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you Suzan for going above and beyond for me!!!

Let me start by saying I have owed taxes since 2007! This was mass and IRS. Went to couple others like optima who did nothing but take my money. NOTHING!! But just when I thought all was lost and there was no hope I found this company ( Well they found me ) they were honestly so much better then I could of hoped for. You need not look any farther then this company. My case worker was DeeDee and was awesome, But the whole team was and that's a fact. They handled everything that came up with fast response. There was many things mind you. There customer service was A+++++++. This company is your answer.

I contacted Tax Defense Network about 6 months ago in reference to letters I started receiving from the IRS. I contacted TDN after reviewing several tax debt/assistance companies, I thuroughly checked out several and spoke with several and chose TDN because their were no high pressure/horror stories being mentioned to use scare tactics to get me to hire them. I also received a straight forward evaluation of my current tax situation and was informed of exactly what my options were and what may or may not happen during the resolution. process. I was assigned a very professional Tax Consultant named Michael Roach to handle my case and he was nothing but professional and prompt and on top of every step of the process. He was able to resolve my issue with the IRS and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the results that Michael Roach and TDN produced.

I want to thank the Tax Defense Network for being able to reduce the amount of taxes I owed. I found myself in a quandary due to bad information I received when I had to go on full time disability. As a result I found myself owing an overwhelming amount to the IRS. I contacted Tax Defense Network and they began the process of negotiating on my behalf with the IRS. They were able to reduce the total amount owed and set up a livable payment plan to get me back to a level playing field again. I owe my unending thanks to everyone at Tax Defense Network for all of their hard work in the endeavor. I owed a very large amount in back taxes related to my business and personal income. I had lost all hope of getting this resolved. I just waited for the IRS to knock on my door and arrest me. I could not take the constant fear that kept me awake at night. The IRS then began to levy all of my income. I could not pay employees or the rent for the home I lived in with my 3 children.
I decided to pick up the phone and call Tax Defense Network. My case was assigned to
Mr. Aaron B, he would be the man that saved my life.
Mr. B walked me through the steps of what TDN would do for me and what I needed to do on my end. He stressed the importance that I must stay current on my taxes and I did.
He worked diligently on my case with Daniel J. Petri, Esq. over the next 2 years.
When I would become frustrated at how long the IRS took to review my case, Aaron always calmed me down and kept me positive.
I got a call last week with incredible news. Aaron advised me that the IRS had made a final decision on my case that freed me from the large amount of back taxes. I had entered this thinking how happy I would be if the back taxes were reduced 50%. I never dreamed that TDN and Aaron would negotiate with the IRS to remove 100% of my back taxes.
I know can move forward with my business and life without fear of the IRS.
None of this would have been possible without the help of Aaron B and everyone who worked on my case. I will continue to use TDN for my tax preparations and highly recommend them to anyone that is in fear of the IRS.

Words can never express how grateful I am for the whole team at Tax Defense Network for the amazing job they did in resolving my tax problem. A special thanks to Robin M who was assigned to my case. My case was long and complicated with years of unfilled taxes. I was terrified of facing thousands of dollars in debt, the fear would grip me causing me to go into deep depression. Robin was always there, calming me down and reassuring me that things were going to work out. She would tell me...you just relax and enjoy the holidays and let me deal with this. When she called and told me that she was able to get the very best outcome of a non-payment for me, I had an emotional release that was overwhelming. The releif of pressure and stress was incredible. My interaction is in 2 parts for tax years 2013 & 2014 so I have had quite a bit of communication. IRS is a HUGE bureaucratic nightmare and you need to know when you are in over your head. Then which company out there is not just a rip off. After very careful back round research I decided to contact this company. It certainly wasn't the cheapest nor the most
expensive. I was looking for the best value for my money - in other words the best outcome I could get. --- The cheapest deal will never get you where you want to be --- I followed instructions as I was told and either mailed or faxed information and waited. The big surprise was how SLOW the IRS moves, but TDN kept me informed all along the way and resisted I'm sure telling me what a pain in the ass I am. But I am a quick study and as we cleared 1 calendar year and the 2nd tax year dragged on I got much better and never called or emailed, 2014 has settled in end of Dec 2016 and my outcomes are EXCELLENT couldn't ask for better in my circumstances. my last agent Dave T was great

I was forced to use their service twice, and the level of professionalism displayed by their associates and agents was OUTSTANDING! Scarlett was my assigned agent, and she contacted me several times to let me know the progress of my most recent case. She was always outstanding to deal with! I always felt reassured after talking to their staff. They were able to negotiate two different payment agreements with the IRS on my behalf, both in a timely manner. If I had attempted to do this on my own, there are no guarantees this would have been accomplished, given the sometimes complexity in dealing with the IRS.
While this service is not cheap, they will do payment plans that consist of about $500.00 per month, over a 5-month window. If you can afford this, its money well spent! Never any surprises or hidden fees!
I will not hesitate to use them in the future, if it ever becomes necessary. They are the best out there!!

Thank you tax defense lawyers and Dee Dee, Gloria & I have had IRS debt for more than twenty years now of & on and got really stuck early 2000. The process was painless , stress free and very fast. It is so hard when your wages are not stable and once you get behind and have less taxes taken out on you checks to make ends meet to only be more the 30k hanging over your head is not a good feeling and wondering how long before IRS starts taking away part of your hard earned paychecks. I recently received a notice from the IRS that I owed money from 2014. I called the IRS asking for an explanation, they of course didn't want to explain only wanted me to pay up. I told them I would call them back. I contacted Tax Defense Network (extremely upset as I had never had this happen before) and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jacob. He was EXTREMELY helpful and explained to me what the issue was on my 2014 tax return. He then told me his advise was to either enter into a payment plan, or pay the IRS in full, that I didn't require any service from his company. I am so impressed that he DID give me a free consultation, he was patient and very kind. And I'm VERY impressed he did not try to sign me up for something I didn't need. They were a God send.Mark Giles and his associates worked with me on my tax resolution.Any problems or should I say things I didn't understand Mark or one of his team would talk with me about it.If by chance they didn't have an answer they would check into it and get back with as quickly as possible.
Their financial team helped with payment schedules and if my income got low they worked with me through those times.
Overall I am VERY PLEASED with every aspect of Tax Defense Network's performance.I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with a tax debt problem.

When we colonize deep space the first thing there going to do is set up mailboxes to make sure that the tax notices make there destination. If I lived on Mars, the IRS would have found me. I'm convinced of that. They found me once, shame on me. Tax Defense Network explained that if the tax debt was paid in monthly payments all this noise would stop. And I said BING! We have a winner! Because there's not a snowballs chance I can pay this in once massive block of cash. Payments I can do, and I'm doing it. Great service, good people. Happy with my solution and so is my scalp, since I've stopped pulling out my hair.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the understanding and compassion we received from everyone we spoke to at Tax Defense Network. This has been an incredibly hard year and a half and the IRS problem was the straw that broke the camel's back. Fortunately, we found this company on an internet search (!) and they agreed to give us a free consultation. It was obvious that we needed all the help we could get and they were very meticulous in explaining what needed to be done. Neither my husband nor myself are legal or tax savvy people, but the people we spoke with were explanatory without being condescending. It took over 6 years to get my case resolved & even now I honestly don't know if my tax issue is resolved. Minimal to none communications from the people who were helping me except that 1 monthly email telling me they're still waiting to hear back from the IRS. I received back forms that they requested from me opened but nothing done to them, I requested a copy of the letter from the IRS that my caseworker said he received saying my case is deemed uncollectible, to this day, nothing. It is very disheartening. I'm with limited resources now, working making minimum wage yet I entrusted my IRS issue to your company and I'm basically just left hanging right now. So what do you people suggest I do?

The communication is horrible. They do not explain to you the process a since more than likely this is the first time going thru this but they assume you know I suppose. Messages don't get returned and I ended up feeling like I had been taken by a scam. Once I finally got ahold of a supervisor he was very good about explaining the entire process to me and what to expect. I just wish that had happened in the beginning.

Although the attorney that assisted me was kind, I believe that they ultimately knew that there was nothing that could truly be done to help me and didn't simply explain that to me. Instead, I feel as though I was lead to believe that I was at least going to get some sort of deal with the IRS. In the end, im still in the same predicament, only now, I have an additional bill that I have to pay plus the IRS bill. Simply a waste of my money. I could have made a deal with the IRS by myself and saved myself $5000 that I am now paying this company.

With all of the tax reduction programs out here today ,I don't feel that I've recieved a fare consideration for a reduction program . Ever since my case has been resolved by your agency , I've reciened many calls stating , based on inf I ration I've given these other tax reduction agencies , if they can not reduce my tax liability I would recieve a full refund. Very attractive .

I was told they could assist me with lowering my total Tax Debt. I was led to believe this even after I shared my income. Only at the end was I told that if my income allowed full pay back of the taxes,with penalties and interest, they they could not help me. The general service was always good and responsive but the main reason I paid for their services was not as they advertised. services was not

The representatives assigned to me kept changing- I had 6 or 7 in total- no one stayed they kept moving on. Also, the representatives were only a go-between, not the tax agent who actually needed to take care of my needs and I had to get very curt, almost rude with the representatives in order to talk to the tax agent. I almost demanded a refund.

In the beginning when I first talked to Tax Defense I was under the understanding that my taxes would be taken care of but by the end of everything I found out that I have to wait a few more years before everything will be over and I already knew that after 10 years of each year owed that the IRS would possibly drop everything. So I am still going to have to look over my shoulder for several years.

In the beginning, it was hard to talk to people and have them answer my questions. Every time they would change the person who was on my case. There was one lady there who was so aggressive asking me question after question. I told her I didnt' want to talk to her and I needed someone else. I was frustrated. And Tax Defense Network they told me that they would be able to reduce my debt with the IRS, which was not true. The only thing they helped me do was make payments to the IRS. I was disappointed because that's not what they had told me in the beginning. I wouldn't use their services again...I just want to be done with it.
