My experience with the Tax Defense Network was great because Tracy M facilitated the process. Tracy is very straightforward, direct, and gets straight to the point. Therefore, she makes good use of your time. She is always open to questions and answers them clearly and directly. Dealing with the IRS is nerve-wracking, but I always felt like I was in good hands with Tracy navigating me through this stressful process. My resolution was fair and just, and I am relieved and pleased about that.

dealing with the IRS alone is a nightmare in itself. i hired this company to help me with communicating with the IRS directly. i owed for back taxes which sucks but Rudy Cortez helped me with getting my taxes in order with IRS. on a payment plan now, This company did charge me an arm and a leg but in the end i got what i negotiated. Owing the IRS is definetly mind blowing and i dont ever recommend with dealing with the IRS on your own especially if you owe large amounts and have any tax liens. Always have a company like this one deal with IRS for you. thank you Rudy Cortez

If you would have came to me and had a cup of coffee with me while discussing my issues I would have left a 5 star 😉 But absolutely I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the tax experts at Tax Defense Network. The agent assigned to my case (Annette H) has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. Even after all was completed they still were there for me until I felt that everything was good, no more letters from the IRS they even got me back a refund I was not expecting. They were on point with everything. Def had to take into consideration that they were super busy so at times I had to wait for the call back after leaving a message they did call back at a reasonable time. Of course when you are stressing about taking care of issues with the IRS you tend to get a little frustrated and impatient but they did not and that was key for me. Being subject to wage garnishment and not knowing what steps to take for relief was definitely stressful. Having an agent like Marchell B was very helpful, she was aggressive with making sure that I received the best options available for me and was able to get my debt consolidated. At first I was confused at the purpose of a tax relief agent from Tax Defense Network. Once I started really asking questions and trying to follow Katelyn's plans, she helped me understand why she was making the moves she was. Very pleased with the service provided. Tax Defense walked me thru all the forms and handled all the negotiations. I felt very comfortable and relieved that they were handling everything on my behalf. Tomika S was very professional yet very friendly and courteous at all times and helped ease all my anxieties. Only thing that was a bit unsettling was that there were at least 4 representative changes so I had to repeat and resend some information several time. Money Solver was very responsive to our situation. Siedah L handled our case very well. She had solved a garnishment issue very rapidly. Worked with the IRS on a solution for my back taxes. Communicated with us very well and had always answered our questions and returned our phone calls promptly. Money Solver even worked out a payment plan for their services that we could afford on our fixed income. We highly recommend their services. We have even recommended them to our grandson to help him with his college loans.

I contacted Tax Defense with a problem that had ballooned out proportion until I no longer had any faith in my CPA to resolve. Tax Defense took my issue and in days presented a plan that I felt comfortable with yet still skeptical that it could be carried out. Not only did they cost far less than my CPA was charging they resolved my issue unbelievably well and quickly. Norin is the consummate professional; always. I don't know how she puts up with me, but she does! While it is true that I got myself into Federal & State arrears, she is detangling the web of nightmares.
