Tax Defense Network was terrific to work with. Our advisor, Aaron, was very calm to speak with and assured me I could contact him at any time, via email or phone. He worked with my schedule when we needed to talk on the phone. We owed a large amount of mony. It was a long process but he stuck with it through and through. I felt confident in his ability to resolve our financial problems with the best possible outcome. He was thorough in responding to my questions and getting me the information we needed to complete the process. I am happy with the final outcome.

TDN has clearly established the relationships within the i.r.s. to see a tax resolution through. In my case, taxes needed to be filed for two years of non payment because I had no ability to pay. Certainly every situation is different. I had hoped for a smaller balance of the penalties and interest to be negotiated, but this may have been an unfair expectation on my part. What TND did provide was a buffer between myself and the i.r.s. so I could concentrate on getting myself back in the game with my profession---not an easy thing to do when you're 61! Had I tried to maneuver my way through the jungle myself, I could have jeopardized effort, in fact I know I would have. So, what I can say and what I'm grateful for, is that the dollar to services rendered ratio was more than fair. My issue is resolved, with no worry of liens or other actions. I have to keep up my end of the deal, but I have peace of mind now and its hard to put a price tag on that, especially with 62 approaching....fast!

Ms. Briana K was very helpful and professional. She also has a great sense of humor and also was easy to get in touch with. That was critical because I am in Afghanistan. With all the advertisements these days for companies that offer these type of services, it's often difficult to assess who is good and who just wants your money. I would not hesitate to recommend Tax Defense Network to anyone facing the IRS for which we are ill equipped to fight. The rep Kathi that I dealt with did everything she said she would and did not make false promises as to what to expect. In a tough time, you need good representation.

My tax representative at the Tax Defense Network was DeeDee and she took really good care of me during a very scary situation. DeeDee and her team were able to get me a 10% reduction in my overall tax bill and was able to keep the IRS from putting a lien on my credit. There were days when I was a nervous wreck but DeeDee always kept me calm and often times spent extra time on the phone with me to make sure that I was okay.
I'm very happy with the outcome of my case and I will keep in touch with DeeDee just because she is an incredible human being.

I found myself in what I would describe as an extreme tax situation with the IRS. I contacted Tax defense network and they went right to work on my case. Very professional, and prompt ( in as much as prompt can be when the IRS is involved.) The customer service rep assigned to my case, MS DeeDee Moore was also very helpful and understanding as well as informative. DeeDee kept me on track and provided very detailed information that I could interpret easily. this allowed me to provide the correct information to T.D.N. and kept my case moving toward a resolution with the IRS. I was serviced by Ms.Robin Mulder who was extremely helpful and compassionate in our encounters. Ms. Mulder was always professional with a human touch which is important when dealing with a very stressful situation, as the IRS is not an agency you which to deal with on your own. although my debt has not been canceled I am satisfied that I am at a status where I am not in a state of collection or wage garnishment at this time which is a great relief. I want to thank this organization for their help and hope that when others are in my situation and contact this agency they will be treated with the kindness and professionalism I encountered. At first i got a person who very helpful in sale and information, then I got a lady who was rude and difficult, then I got a very very helpful agent assigned to me. He was to the point clear in his goals and always kept his word. He worked hard kept me on tract and resolved my issues. We who end up in these problems would like to feel it is not our fault or that someone else should feel bad for us, but my agent was honest he let me know how i got in this situation and he found a way out that gave my agency the opportunity to continue to serve the community. I would highly recommend Tax Defense Network to anyone with issues. They are a caring, hard working, honest network of associates who do what they say! Hard to Find these days.

I've never gotten my way. Not when I was in school, or in the army, or working for the sanitation department. Never been lucky. So you cant imagine how great it was when the IRS send me a letter and said, guess what! You're still not lucky! $12000 dollars wasn't exactly laying around my apartment, but that's what the bill was. The Tax Defense Network got me a payment I could afford, miraculously. Gotta give credit where credit is do.

There are very few times when my family has seen me cry. Dealing with the IRS over the last six months, though, they have seen more than enough tears. My daughter found a company, Tax Defense Network, which I was very uncertain of. I took some convincing that they could actually get me in the not collectible program, but it happened. If I had a dollar for every tax “company” I called I could have paid of this freaking tax debt. Tax Defense Network was one of only two companies that actually followed up with me and the ONLY one that presented me with a solution I could afford. I made a lot of demands, and they got me 90% of the way there. Not happy about interest on this debt, but my monthly payment is less than I expected. That evens out and more than justifies my choice to use Tax Defense Network.

The only reason I went with this company was because their in Jacksonville. I don't deal with company's that I can't got to and touch. As it turns out, I never even left my house. I had no idea what was going to happen with my wage levy. It seemed like it was going to go on for the next three or four years. My husband got IRS notices for over a year without telling me. I was the one who finally dealt with the problem when I found out. Tax Defense Network was helpful from day one. They have the knowledge and experience to deal with the IRS. If you are working with a small shop, changes are they will overlook certain pieces of your case. TDN has a huge company and at any given time there are 10 eyes on your case and working FOR you, not FOR the IRS. Thanks to TDN, we got my wage levy lifted and debt is gone.
