The agent handling my account was changed 5 times. Many of the figures for my expenses were entered incorrectly into your system. Each new agent would change them to the correct figure but the next agent would have the wrong figures again.

They did nothing. Had to pay them 1000 dollars and the did not reduce the tax debt or even get the interest removed. Not did they remove any penalties. They set up a payment plan. That's it. They aren't worth the phone call. A month or so later the IRS sends me a notice on their own saying I had been over billed by 2/3 of my tax debt, but tax defense couldn't figure that out. So I know they literally did nothing.

The first gentleman I spoke with was most helpful but when they reassigned me, the girl was not helpful; she doesn't answer he phone call and I am really upset. I didn't get any tax relief. Not only do I have to pay back almost eighteen thousand dollars I also have to pay money that I was charger higher to this company. I wouldn't recommend them. I don't feel like they really worked on my behalf.

I think they are greedy and just want my money. I wanted help to take care of the last little bit of student loan that I owe before taxes came up so I reached out for help. They did not deliver on what they said they were going to do. I wish they were honest with me and told me they couldn't do it in time. They assured me that I could file my taxes and they would intervene with the people I owe money to. I didn't happen and I am not happy.

I signed up with them because they said they guaranteed and I found that wasn't true, it was the worst decision ever. They don't tell you the truth. From the get go, in their advertisement, they say they can lower how much you owe the government but it is only going to take five or seven years. They don't tell you that you get hurt and you're paying much to them. If you go online or speak to the government, you can get the same set up. This is a scam.

They used three people as my representative over several months. Two of those people left the company. They offered nothing to give me any relief and charged a lot. They informed me the IRS by law can't lower the amount you owe. What a sham they proved to be. I will say, when we determined thy could no longer help me, they did not continue to charge me a fee.

Ineptitude. Kept passing my case around to different agents. Sent my social security over email in the clear unencrypted. I was incapacitated with a medical condition, as so I was told they would come to me. They only sent someone to sign me up, no other visits were made. It was impossible to tell the difference between their ads and official business related emails.

Tax Defense Network doesn't communicate with their customers. They should definitely disclose everything when it comes to what kind of services and how they will actually be able to help instead of misleading you in waiting until you paid a significant amount of money to tell you that there's nothing they can do.

Communication is sometimes pretty tough. I thought my case was resolved and I contacted the IRS and found that it wasn't and so I'm a little unhappy about that because I paid a lot and it is still technically hasn't been resolved. I can't always get a hold of someone, it is difficult getting a response once the resolution is in place.

I had to pay the full amount, they didn't relieve any of my taxes. It seemed like I got bounced between representatives constantly. It felt like a game of tag. I payed $500 a month for them to not get anything lowered, I could have just done it on my own.

I rate them that way because I was ultimately scammed out of $1200. Absolutely nothing was done on my behalf after signing and returning dozens of papers. This is a wrong I will seek to have made right.i do not know if this company is real or not to this day. Their name apparently changed after my first payment of 275 to them. Money Solver started emailing me on their behalf.
