Ask for Jordan!!! I couldn’t sleep owing the IRS for over 3 years, the debt was over 50 thousand dollars and I had no ability to pay it. When the debt came originally I had just had a baby so you can imagine how afraid I was that I wouldn’t be able to move on and have a successful family. Jordan and The Tax Defense Network changed all of that. After working together with them diligently, unbelievably they were able to prove that my entire debt was uncollectible. Norin is the consummate professional; always. I don't know how she puts up with me, but she does! While it is true that I got myself into Federal & State arrears, she is detangling the web of nightmares.
I have great respect and appreciation for how she takes the time to explain, "How things work,".

The IRS had claimed that I owe taxes for nine years on my retirement plan. However I was head of the union and I remember negotiating tax free players retirement for all the prison guards in California which I was part of their union. However I had to find the statute that was written and give it to the attorneys and then they ran with it and fight my case. The attorneys were very patient and kind they always called me back and my case was resolved and I owe nothing for my retirement

Sara was amazing to work with-the process took a while because the other party would not agree to the offer we were trying to make, but Sara made sure to keep in constant contact with me to update me on any status through it all. In the end, they were able to reach an agreement and the other party took the first offer we made. If you need someone to help with tax issues, Sara is the person for you-also, it's great to work with someone who is not only good at her job, but very kind and willing to listen to what's going on! In the beginning I had a great experience with the company. But as I received a tax analyst she was helping me with all I needed. Once a month passed by the tax analyst stopped answering my calls and email. I even decided to make phone call appointments which she was supposed to call me which she never did. I then tried to reach out but no luck she was to busy for a paying customer. I then decided to reach out to the tax analyst supervisor things changed. I then received a new tax analyst Katelyn W and the issue was resolved in 2.5 weeks. After she took my case I was taken care of very well and. I was very happy with the service I received. Any time I emailed or called I was always answered and all the questions were answered. If you do work with them Katelyn W would be a great tax analyst for anyone. She does her job great I am very happy I got to her hands.

Tiffany W was very honest and ethical. My initial advisors were misleading but when I was put in contact with Tiffany she advised me with my best options. Even more impressive, I was already on the right track so she gave me some guidance and didn’t charge me anything further.
I would refer Tiffany to friends and family for assisting in any applicable matters. She is vastly knowledge and elite in this field.
(This is not reflective on Tiffany, but the company did fast talk me into the contract when they should have done more discovery with me to know I was already at my best solution) Tiffany gave me honest advise. Upon our conversation I realized I was doing all I could and the preliminary advisors were uneducated on the perimeters of my loan and could not help me.

I had let many years of tax returns go unfiled. The IRS was coming after me saying I owed over 45,000. There was no possible way I could pay that. I was very slow in getting the information needed to my representative, but with Diana's patience and another letter from the IRS, I got going again.
The IRS finally decided that I was not able to pay with my current income. While this doesn't completely wipe off my debt, it does mean they won't come after what few assets I have unless my situation changes.

I had a business (corporate) employment tax liability of over $200,000 which was eventually settled for 20% of the total. The IRS at one point cut a deal and 'closed the file' after setting up an installment plan, but later re-opened my case and came after me harder (assessing me personally, filing a lien on me). TDN had originally charged me a fixed fee retainer (it was substantially larger than the 'typical' $3,000 fee). When the IRS re-opened my file, TDN did not ask me for more money, and I never paid them more than the original retainer over the course of three years. During that three years, I was shifted around to 3 different lawyers. They never asked my permission, and never said why, but all of them were pleasant to work with. Although, reaching any of them by phone was difficult - email worked best. I was disappointed that the tax debt was never negotiated down - it was the quirks of 'trust fund liability' that got me down to an acceptable settlement level. I ended up paying a significant chunk of change even at 20% - thankfully I had the capacity to make the payment. But overall, perhaps the best assistance was TDN's help in navigating the system, strategizing my tax situation (present and future), and interfacing with the revenue officer. At least it's all behind me now, which was the main goal.

Only issue I had was initially when made contact with them I seemed to be bounced around to several people. Once Dianna was assigned to my case she was the only one I had to have any contact with.
