The only positive thing I have to say about Tax Defense Network is Corrie C and Dave T I began working TDN 18-19 months ago maybe more,by Giving them all records I had plus power of attorney In return I got promise after promise that I was going to be OK we had plenty of time…(and a huge fee that changed several times and no guarantee of what my options were) ended up I got my social security garnished ,multiple threats to take my property … I had 6 different personal tax professionals All of which sang a different tune and gave me different excuses I was frantic I didn't know what to do Or what to expect next. About 5 or 6 months ago Corrie came into the picture... After my horrible experience thus far I didn't trust her either and wasn't very pleasant to work with I'm sure She had Dave T give me a call which was wonderful he explained everything to make what they had and had not done and what I might be able to expect and what they were trying to do From that point on I felt like I might be in good hands I still don't trust the company very much because it'll be a long time before my IRS issues resolve and anything can happen as we know, So for now I'm cautiously OK with what's happening and I thank Corrie and Dave for that!

karl s was tops. he was especially helpful when the irs tried to back door me when after they received a payment and i had followed their directions for the specified tax year. the irs dropped me off the payment plan even though they had received the payment. i did have to pay a reduced additional fee to tax defense network but they reduced my monthly payment by 4/5ths.

I was very skeptical in the beginning. There were times when I felt I was being taken advantage. I became more worried as I was transferred from Tax Analyst to Tax Analyst. I know I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with but John J. was very patient with me. John always answered my questions and I had plenty of questions, in a timely manner. Let me start off by saying that I am fresh and new with The Tax Defense Network as of this week. I'm truly just getting started and I am truly excited to see what they can do to help me get put or the hole that I slipped into with the IRS. I started off talking with Sara S and she was very warm and easy to talk to. She made me feel right at home. Tax Defense Network has completed My Taxes for the last two years. Both years were very complicated with no 1099s from the broker only monthly statements. This was tedious and very time consuming. Mason D. completed this task in an out standing manner. Along with the same problems as last year Mason D. contended with a junk silver trade that could not be reconciled with the buys. It’s really scary trying to deal with tax issues directly with the IRS. And it’s even scarier to have to call one of these type of businesses to represent you however my first initial call the person I spoke with was so understanding I cried. Then I was introduced To the person who is going to represent me Ms M, she was probably one of the most wonderful people I could ever meet in my lifetime she did an awesome job and now my issues have basically been resolved sometimes you got to take a risk and just believe I did and it worked for me thank you.

I would not have given TDN a 5 star rating if not for Maxwell W. I did not have a pleasant experience the first go around with them as the other specialist could not resolve issues. When Max took it over everything changed. Progress was made right from the start, I was kept in the loop regularly and a final resolution was made in just a matter of weeks. The payment plan TDN worked out with the IRS fits into my budget so I will not lose my house or fail to pay other bills. Thank you Max.

2018 is my second year working with TDN. Year one was a bit tough, as the paperwork was wrong on a couple items. You simply need to watch and read everything that they generate to be sure its correct. It seemed like they cut and pasted much of my document content, and that's where they messed up. Also left out one year's worth of back taxes that were to be in the settlement. Year two started out tough as well. After an initial contact, with prompt response, once I was assigned to a tax specialist, I was left in the wilderness for several weeks. Emails, phone calls to my rep went unanswered. Only after I wrote to the company's 'we want to be the best possible, so contact us if there's a problem' dept. did they pick up their game. After that my new rep, Corrie C, was excellent. She kept up and on the case till the new settlement was in place. Great job, Corrie. Lastly, their initial fee for year one is steep, but year two is quite reasonable, as they have all my info on file. Shouldn't have been a year two - it was my fault. But all is in place now.

My experience with Tax Defense Network has been excellent. All information pertaining to what could’be done about my tax situation was explained and later the process. I recently received a call from my representative stating that they were submitting my case for review and would later be in touch with the me ragarding the end result. I appreciate all the work put into getting my case reconciled but most of all I appreciate Tax Defense for their help. No matter the out come, I feel I have done my best to get the amount owed lower if not cancelled. Thank you.
