For the most part, I was satisfied with the updates they gave me. I didn't save any money because of a bill that I owed, but I'm happy I did that. The consultant did an okay service, but I thought I wouldn't be receiving anymore letters from the IRS. I think that was both a miscommunication and misunderstanding.

This could be a lengthy review. I have a varied professional background. I was in an executive leadership position most of my life. All plans must be prepared for a contingency. I have a 2 year journey with Tax Defenseand the IRS. It has been a expected experience. I have always kept a long-term view of my outcome. The unpredictable variable is the IRS decision committee. I hired Tax Defense because of my lack of experience with this government agency. If you have ever been confronted with any government agency, whether professionally or personally, it is always or mostly the same. They have "A Reg" that dictates a path of the decision tree and eventual outcome. The IRS is completely different. They thrive on chaos. More specifically, creating chaos for you.
As much as I already knew this I wasn't entirely aware of thier psychosis.
I am near the completion of a final decision on my case. I dread to think what this journey would have been without the professional care and guidance of the team at Tax Defense.
I have had three case managers over the past 2 years. If you feel a concern over this revealing...don't be. Project management changes in midstream are part of every contingency plan. I have the benefit of experience. I assure you this is not only common, but anticipated. With that, the transfer between each case manager required my involvement, communication, and active participation. With that, these transfers have become more assuring of my decision. I feel my case is being handled with proper care and consideration for the most beneficial outcome for me....the client.

IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS I GOT 74k PLACED INTO A NON COLLECTIBLE STATUS! GOD USED BOTH MARIA AND CHRIS TO HELP ME!!! I am forever grateful. When I called and initially spoke with Maria. I was so scared and felt like I had no hope or options. She was so kind and listened to all of my concerns and explained to me how the process would work. The next challenge I had was payment. Although it was affordable it was still more than I had at that moment. Maria was able to work out a monthly plan that I could afford. Next I was contacted by Chris L. Chris was kind and professional. I knew he knew what he was doing and understood the law. He negotiated 74K for me with back taxes and fines and was able to get it placed into a non collectible status. Tax Defense Network is the way to go. I will refer them to anyone I know with a tax debt issue.

I couldn't be happier with the service I am receiving from the tax experts at Tax Defense Network. The agent assigned to my case (Annette H) has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. Responses are always prompt so you will never wait around anxiously hoping that your case is being worked. It is, and almost immediately! Everything was handled timely and efficiently from beginning to end and I am continuing to use their services from here forward. Trust me, hire this company and request Annette! The IRS is definitely NOT what you would call prompt. Therefore, it is nice to know that you aren’t waiting on your tax professional on top of that timeline response timeline from them and that they are getting the ball moving quickly. I would recommend them and Annette to anyone needing their services, whether your case is complicated or simple. They are absolutely amazing!

I called Tax Defense on January 21/2022 and spoke with Scott who was very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done to help me with my tax issues. I was forward to a Tax Specialist name Jawanda who went above and beyond to assure me that my issues with my taxes was a priority to them and would be taken care. I did not think within a month time I would have everything done. These people are very Professional & Experience with the IRS. When I got a letter from the IRS stating that I owed 4x's the amount that I make... coming from a very messy divorce and as a single mom of 4 my heart dropped. They were fast, educating, specific on what they needed (there was no guessing you had the right paper). Always keeping me abreast and taking the lead to assist in getting the best resolution for my case they worked swiftly. As good as they were at their business, they treat you respectfully with a down to earth touch. Your not just a client, your an individual.
Can not stress. I'm so very grateful for their diligence and hard work!!

I'm so glad we contacted & worked with TDN! They quickly obtained the needed information to work on our case and were able to get us approved for Non-Collectible Status. Our representative, Richard M was awesome! Richard M was in frequent contact with us on the status as things progressed, as well as promptly returning return calls/emails and getting answers to our questions. We had tried dealing with the IRS ourselves but did not have the knowledge necessary to know what options were available and how to proceed. Richard M actually took over our case from another representative that left TDN. He quickly brought himself up to speed with the details and stayed current with updates to make sure things were resolved quickly. I highly recommend TDN services!

I rarely (if ever) write reviews, but in this case I'm quite happy to do so.
Having utilized the services of Tax Defense Network-Money Solver to prepare and catch up on my tax filings over the past 4 years or so, and being very satisfied with all dealings and contact throughout, I was taken aback and surprised to find that in 2020 I seemed to run into a communications issue with one of the tax analysts working on my 2019 tax filings -- (several weeks passing before ever hearing back or receiving follow-up on my outreach & inquiries as well as extreme delays on finalizing filing details related to my tax balances). I found this highly unusual based on my previous very positive experiences with the company. FORTUNATELY, the issue was IMMEDIATELY resolved when I reached out to manager, Xandy W., who reassigned a new tax analyst to oversee my 2019 tax case. She assigned Heather I., and Wow! What a difference! I am so pleased!
Heather I. came aboard and jumped right in with expertise, stellar communication, and achieved outstanding results quickly!

He was very professional and always contacted me with up-to-date information regarding my IRS case. Owing the IRS back taxes can be a very scary thing. My first contact with the representative at Tax Defense was great!..the rep put me right at ease. He explained and walked me through their services very clearly, with no pushy sales talk... I also looked into two other companies and felt both prices ( No hidden fees) and service. I felt comfortable.
Both my Case Rep Ashley and Tax prepare Janaya was very easy to talk to. They communicated both via E-Mail and phone calls. They took the time to explained every detail, no matter how many questions I had, and let me know on their end when they had communication with the IRS on my behalf or filed. I was sent copies of all relating documents.
Also, uploading documents to the system was very easy.
All in all, I am very please with my experience. I would highly recommend Tax Defence Network.

I approached MoneySolver by finding them on the net in 2018. I had a long standing tax balance from fraud against me and mistakes I made back in 2004- 2006. My balance was in excess of over $500,000.00. I hadn't filed my taxes for almost 10 years!!! payroll garnishments, bank account levies, all the above.
I cannot tell you how awesome this team is. I had the pleasure of working with Linda S. back in 2018. In so many words, she was a Godsend. This was a problem that clearly affected my life and my ability to earn a living. The held my hand throughout the process. She was diligent, thorough and highly professional. There were many weekends I would be reached out to in order to keep my file moving. She never gave up on me. My issue was extremely complex. She and her team were able to stop my garnishment, negotiate my case and drop by balance by a whopping 82%!!!!!!!!!!!
A year into my installment plan and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. My wife and I couldn't be more happier.
I highly recommend them and don't look back. This is a highly trustworthy company and are 100% legitimate.

We have had a great experience with Tax Defense Network. We love knowing that the option of the monthly payments is always there if it is needed ! The process of having our taxes prepared is now quick and efficient and the worry is gone . Our representative Annette Hoffstatter is awesome . We really cannot say enough about her . From the very 1 st day we spoke ( approx 3 years ago ) she put our minds at ease from that call. She worked with the IRS on our behalf and the outcome is something that we can handle and not as bad as we thought it would be . Let me first say, I'll never need Tax Defense Network (TDN) again for the initial services they provided. 1) Because I've learned from the mistake that caused it, and 2) because they did an exceptional job resolving the issue and subsequent issues that followed. The latter being one that lingered for almost 2 years. However, thanks to Katrina C., my issue received the attention it needed and deserved to get it resolved. Not only did she stay on top of things, but she kept me abreast of everything as it happened, up till it was FINALLY resolved. I couldn't be happier with her and the results.
TDN also does my taxes and have for the last 6 years. They will always do my Taxes from here out.

I was tired of being terrified to even attempt to fix my tax issues. I got to my breaking point and decided to finally after years of doing nothing to fix my issue. From the very first call to my last email my experience has been very nice and extremely professional. D. Farmer communicated with me every step of the way, he was clear and responded to all my question quickly. As far as my debt he was able to get it to a payable amount and now for the first time in many years I am not dreading tax season knowing that I can file without worrying what is going to happen. That in itself is the best feeling in the world. If you are not sure and you have read a bad review give them a call they are very up front and honest and will not sell you a bad deal.

They understood and I will say Ruth is the greatest representative I could have ever been blessed with. After 7 years and over 100k owed. My balance with the IRS today is zero. Yes zero. The first thing that I liked about the business is its reputation. I did quite a bit of research before I chose this company. There are a lot of horror stories out there about companies that promise to help you solve your financial problems. They take your money and never give the help that was promised. My Tax specialist Katrina C was extremely professional and she kept me updated every step of the way. She did exactly what she told me that she was going to do and gave me status updates throughout the process. If and when we came to a little bump in the process, she contacted me to find our which way I wanted to proceed and explained the process and possible pitfalls to my decision. She gave me choices in my decision making process which made it easier for me to make a decision that worked for me and my family. Katrina made a difficult situation for me and my family a little easier. On a scale of one to ten, I would definitely give my tax specialist a ten and would recommend Tax Defense Network/Money solvers to anyone that finds themselves in the type of financial situation that I was in.

I was very skeptical, concerned, and worried. Which company to choose. You hear such horror stories from people how they’ve waited and waited and no response. This year has been bad in many ways but picking star Defense was a bright spot. Everyone was super nice from the very beginning and took the time to explain things to me. They help me set up a payment plan and have stayed in constant communication with me throughout this process. Not even three months later all of my taxes have been filed. I couldn’t recommend a better place to help get peace of mind and get things done. They are top notch.

After several attempts to replace my assigned agent from the Tax Defense Network, and a year and a half later, I finally got them to replace the agent. The original agent, I won't post her name for fear of legal action, but her name has something to due with transporting a casket. And she lives in Deland. If you hire the Tax Defense network and get assigned to this person, I recommend you object or find another firm. The replacement, Linda S, wrapped this up with the IRS in record time getting me placed in the IRS to a non-collectible status. Linda has the aggressive demeanor needed to get you out of an IRS jam. I highly recommend Linga S. Any rating below five star are aimed at the Tax Defense Network's ignoring my multiple requests to replace the original agent.

What is there to say? These guys are incredible. From the very 1st phone call until you get your last email, you are put at ease. They will explain to you, the options you have to work with and guide you thru the process. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was assigned Mrs Danielle Z, and she was amazing. She would answer all my questions with an honest answer and no sugar coating. She was very attentive, caring and did I say knowledgeable? This woman knows her stuff!!! This is our second time we have worked with Tax Defense. They were able to get us an amazing settlement the first time but then the IRS initiated an another audit when our house was paid off. We are always overwhelmed and anxious with any proceedings with the IRS and so we jumped right back in with tax defense network. From the very beginning they were helpful and helped us to be hopeful. They furnished information that the IRS wanted in a very timely manner and would ask for information at point in time that it was necessary. Very hard to be patient when you feel like your life is collapsing but they took over our IRS challenge with expertise and commitment to us. Tracy M was on the front line and did a real good job and keeping us informed and asking for information when they needed it. I can't say enough for Tax Defense. They got our case settled for even less than we were paying before. The IRS had calculated our tax debt at over $200,000 and they were able to settle it for $161 per month for the next three years I believe. They are so honest and upfront in every way but they perform miracles. I greatly recommend their services to anyone who is struggling with the IRS. We couldn't have done it alone. I have worked with tax defense network now for the third consecutive year.
I am very appreciative and grateful that they have once again, made this tax season a stress free one.
Ms Ashley Bourque is a consummate professional, dealing with me and my tax issues in a thoroughly proficient, timely, patient manner.
She always answered or quickly returned my calls and answered my questions with knowledge and experience. She has been a joy with whom to work regarding my tax preparation.
Ms Sandra Munoz and the team of tax preparers were also very professional, efficient and patient with my case.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all you’ve been doing to help me with my tax situation. I never intended to fall behind in my taxes, and the longer I was behind, the harder it was to ask for help. Discussing back taxes is difficult and embarrassing, but you made me feel comfortable and relaxed. After our first conversation, I felt a huge weight lifted from my shoulders. I think I had my first good night’s sleep in years. The process has been easy and straightforward; so much better an experience than I feared before I reached out for help. My biggest regret is that I didn’t do this 3 years ago.

We owed back taxes for several years and it was a big mess. We received letters they were going to garnish your wages for back taxes. We owed well over 80,000. We hired Tax Defense and they did an amazing job they were able to stop the garnishment and put us in the "non collectible status" Heather H always stayed in contact with us, kept us updated on everything that was going on. If there was something we didn't understand she took her time and explained everything to us and always willing to go above and beyond. We will definitely be using Tax Defense for the next couple years since they know our situation and we know that everything will be done right. Thanks again Tax Defense and Heather H you guys rock!

From my first contact with Mr. Timothy R, I knew I was in more than capable hands. He was obviously professionally qualified, yet had the ability to put me at ease immediately. He handled my questions and concerns with compassion, and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. I actually found this group on the IRS website and they had been given the highest rating by the IRS. That alone spoke volumes to me. I certainly don't regret picking up the phone and calling them. It was the best decision I've made in a long time LOL
I am immensely pleased with the service I received from the folks at Tax Defense Network. Kent M was assigned to my case. He was professional, understanding, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me up to date and informed every step of the way. The best part was, I felt I had someone on my side looking out for my interests. It was a huge relief knowing I no longer had to look over my shoulder waiting for the IRS to catch up to me. No more worrying about having my wages garnished. Just knowing they understood my situation and was assured they could help me take care of my problem was unexpected but definitely appreciated. Even though they seemed a bit pricey compared to other places, the fact of knowing I had a team of knowledgeable professionals on my side working to help me solve my issues was a huge weight off back and worth every penny. I found Tax Defense Network on line after a disastrous experience with what I was told was the top tax company to help with overdue taxes. From the start everything was different. Time was given to me to explain all the procedures and processes; they were upfront about everything and answered all my questions and concerns. They were definitely much more affordable than the other company and offered time payments to pay their services which is a great help when you are in trouble. I had one person, Haydee S, that I dealt with and that was wonderful, always available and if did not have the answer, found out and called me back as soon as possible. I feel that I have been the worst client in the history of Tax Defense Network. Yet, David B and Catharine O have been, well let’s say, they’ve been like family to me.
They have listened to me cry and they have cared and nurtured me when I needed it. These two people have gone far and beyond the call of duty. I am so blessed to have been matched up with them. There are not enough words in this dictionary to sing their praise.
I am so grateful for all of the help, especially emotional, like I said I am forever grateful for David B and Catharine O.
I love these two people. They have helped me through some of my darkest hours and I feel that once all of my tax issues are over, I will still want to call them and I will still want to say hello to them, And let them know that they, and their families are in my thoughts and prayers. I started this journey many years ago. Never knowing where it would take me. I lost my business a year ago because the two girls that worked for me ended up stealing the clients I had. But because of my failing health I could not fight back end it has really put me through the ringer and I am a mess. Again and again there are not enough words to sing the praises of David and Catherine. I will always keep them in my thoughts and my prayers and wish them every success they deserve. Because they deserve everything.
If there are things that are Miss spelled or things that don’t sound right it’s because I’m tearful writing this and my eyes hurt.

I reached out to TDN at a very stressful and desperate time in my life related to falling behind on my taxes. I didn't know what to do so my friend gave me their number, I called and spoke with them and the process started. My case was assigned to Lori F who from the start went above and beyond to help me with this matter. She worked so hard to help me and in the end the resolution was unbelievable and better than i had ever hoped and prayed for. She saved me. I also ran into a few situations where i couldnt pay the fee on the due date and when i called them someone was always ready and willing to work with me to make sure my payment would come out when i was ready and able to cover it. I was very skeptical to spend the money on Tax Defense Network. I wasn't very satisfied in the beginning, as with any service, you have to find the best match for you and find someone who meets your needs. My case got transferred to an amazing man named Kent M and let me tell you, the process after that was exceptional. He is kind, he listens, he's very communicative and very knowledgeable. He delivered and was a man of his word. It's because of him that I no longer question if I should have spent the money for this service. He made every penny worth it and got my husband and I a resolution we were very comfortable with. And the best part is you do nothing. They do the messy work for you. I have had quite a difficult time with taxes, and Tracy M, has been "The Best" .
I can not imagine being represented by any one else or any other company.

The IRS had made a mistake and was sending me threatening letters to cancel our payment agreement, I called and talked to Stephanie who has been my analyst since i joined Tax Defense Network over a year ago, She immediately got to work and reassured me that she would take care of it and find out what happened. Stephanie told me go about my day to day while she took care of it and would be in touch as soon as she had a resolution. Several weeks later, Stephanie called me with great news, it was a issue on the IRS's end as we thought and she even got me lower payments. I can't say enough great things about her attitude and professionalism while dealing with me and the case. Everyone was very pleasant. After the loss of my father, I had to call and I got a bit upset due to things happening with car and finances. I kinda went left field. The young lady calmed me down and worked out things for me. Then once my worker Ms. Stephanie T found out, she worked diligently to make things work to give me a peace of mind. She even called once and said she just wanted to hear my voice and check on me. Saying these things meant alot. Asking if I even felt like talking about my case, understanding my loss, my feelings. I appreciated this very much. Some just don't care. Business is business. Do it or not. I know I will be calling to understand what this agreement is about and she said that would be fine. My IRS Federal tax problems arose as a result of several years where I failed to filed. I was the sole proprietor and ran a small LLC during that time and had paid all my state income taxes as well as the payroll taxes from my 2 employees. Foolishly, I put off filing at the time because I new that I wouldn't owe any taxes once all the accounting was done. Well, I didn't get the accounting done sufficiently to file and I let that happen over 3 consecutive years. 10 years later that IRS brought this to my attention and with a twist I had not understood well enough at the time: I had sold a couple homes during those years. Well, since I didn't file and therefore there were no documents with the IRS to show otherwise, the proceeds from those sales were all considered to be income - income I had failed to pay taxes on from the IRS perspective which had also accrued hundreds of thousands of dollars in penalties. I found the Tax Defense Network by searching on the internet. I called them and they helped me understand what had happened, what it meant, and the several options they could help me with in fixing things. It was very complicated and I worked with them for about 2 years to get it all worked out. We had dozens and dozens of calls - maybe more than 100 - in addition to even more emails...all of which we clear and professional and incredibly helpful. Throughout the whole process, Carson M answered my questions, made me smarter, helped me see the pros/cons of each decision as well as pointing out potential problems/opportunities I could not have foreseen on my own. I cannot say enough about Carson's ability to both inform, clarify, reassure and - critically - do all the of the paperwork and documentation and communication and negotiation required to work out a favorable solution with the IRS. Super smart and equally patient, Carson has helped me get through this while staying sane and avoiding financial ruin. I rarely make recommendations but would tell anyone to absolutely contact Carson and the Tax Defense Network BEFORE speaking with one of the many Tax law firms from whom you're getting frightening mail. Carson and the people at TDN impressed me with their integrity and tireless commitment to my problems. They exceeded my expectations over and over again until I was free. Always answered my calls. I found Tax Defense online because I was 8 years behind in my tax returns due to someone stealing my identity. This person used my social security number to work. The IRS did not know about the identity theft. They said that I owed over 25k in my back taxes. It kept getting higher every year that I didn't address my tax problems. I explained everything to Linda S at Tax Defense and she got right on it. Linda and her team handled everything for me. I didn't have to deal with the IRS once. Not only did they get my 25k tax debt eliminated, I also have a refund due to me, which is unexpected.
