They are nothing special. I got be on a payment plan but the issue I'm having right now is that everything was resolved for thirteen hundred fifty dollars but basically nothing went through. I just wish that they would have told me up front what it would have been. I guess was disappointed. the person assured me that everything would be okay that that interested penalties would be waived but they were not so.

Well I think that all tax people they advertise that they can do a lot more that they really can't. They advertise that they could literally wipe your taxes away and that didn't even come close to happening. I could reach them if I needed to.

They did a good job getting my taxes taken care of. I had really good responses from customer service for a while there but then the errors kept sending some emails to my representative, and not getting answers back although it probably wasn't critical but I didn't get a response back.

If you have any questions, you can always call and they'll explain it to you where you can understand what they're doing. They're very considerate. If you didn't have the money, they work out the payment plan for you.

Not the best service

I rated them a three because I needed to work with numerous people during the process. Each time I was working with a new person, I needed to duplicate information that I already sent in to them. At times, the new person would want me to almost start over and I needed to let them know that I already supplied that information and went through that step.

Poor communication with Shawnee/for months call customer service on this three times recorded conversations went to I.R.S. myself to be told I would have been granted unable to pay thru them without paying for a lawyer because I didn't have enough income than after I called to be told your defence team would open my case which I didn't know it was closed until someone called to congratulate me that agent got me some help or tried to i was then told i should have gotten a written letter and a email from the lawyer which I did not and the I.R.S. didn't receive anything either. Finally Robert and new lawyer came on board and things where good Robert was focused on closing my case and I got the case closed with the same results the I.R.S. told me they would do but being i had already paid tax defense let them refile for me.I was not happy thru the process but have learned from it . Your gold star guarantee customer service knew I was unhappy because I called them at least four times. I would tell anyone who finds themself in trouble with taxes to talk to the I.R.S. first before paying almost 4 thousand dollars. A thanks to Robert he treated me with respect and did what said he would do,sorry I didn't have him first.

I'm unsatisfied with the fact that I have to pay the same amount of money that the IRS was asking for, that is between seventeen thousand dollars and eighteen thousand dollars plus their fees. I had to get my taxes done and that's when I decide to sign up with them. They always kept me updated with all the information I needed and they took care of my taxes. The only downside is that they supposed to have my bank link been lifted and that didn't happened. I think they could handle couple things a little better.

They were really helpful with dealing with the frustration that is the IRS. They were able to resolve my issue even though it's something very long term. I'd recommend it to anyone that's being bullied by the IRS.
