They had good ratings and seemed to be qualified to help us. On top of that they were responsive to our needs and very compassionate so we signed up with them. They were very responsive, though sometimes they weren't as quick to respond as we would've liked. I'm a bit of an over-communicator so I'd like them to contact us with every change that happens, but it felt like things just weren't that way. It was a little bit more expensive than what I thought it would be, but they still got the job done. It was all worthwhile. I'm pleased with it.

At the time I had a large outstanding tax debt that I wasn't aware of. I wasn't really comfortable contacting the IRS directly, so I went with them. They were very responsive and were always able to perform on the task that we needed them to. If I ever left a message they would respond as soon as possible. I would get a good perspective on everything that was going on. The only thing is that, even though I understand that all services are kind of like this, the additional amount to pay was too much. I mean, the debt I had was already insurmountable and having an additional one didn't help me much. Plus I was never advised that I could've done all of this myself directly with the IRS. I'd encourage others to look for additional ways to work around this. I'm not 100% satisfied with this.

A friend of mine had used it and since it had worked pretty well for him, I decided to go for it. They are very prompt on their emails and the lady that I worked with was always ready to help me. She would get the ball rolling and got the paperwork done pretty quickly. She handled everything pretty easily. The service is great. The price is very steep, but it was worth it in the long run for my federal taxes. Still, I feel good about my choice.

Honestly the actual person that we talked to didn't seem knowledgeable at all, but she was always went somewhere to get the answer that we needed. Whoever she spoke with was knowledgeable, but the actual person that we talked to was not. Unfortunately, they never kept us updated; I had to keep calling. Our monthly bill was the same, they just allowed us to make smaller payments. I thought it was too expensive, but I'm glad we did it because I don't know how we would have paid it otherwise. They did what they said they were going to do, I just wish it hadn't been so expensive.

I'm still waiting for more answers about the amended taxes That the IRS claimed they never received back in 2013. I sent you guys copies of them to resubmit but haven't heard anything on this. Last contact with me was May 21st. I received papers from the IRS stating I still own for 2013 and it's wrong! They have been taking my tax returns for 3 years now and shouldn't because I don't own them!! Please contact me on this! I've called and sent many emails for updates and no one is responding back!
