Things seemed to be going well, however, 2 months ago the IRS put a levy on my bank account and I had to send in paperwork and do a few other steps to have the money put back into my account. Upon finishing this step, I was told by my Optima rep that the levy was lifted and I did not have to worry about that happening again. And then the other day it happened again, when I am away from home doing training for work nonetheless, and I have not been able to get a straight answer from Optima why this happened when I was specifically told nothing like that would happen again. I am now waiting to hear from a tax pro who is supposed to get in touch with the IRS agent so I can have the funds placed back, yet I have been calling for 2 days with no real response to what is going on.

I think they are a good company we haven't finalized everything yet so I can't give a complete review of the company in my experience with them the only thing or concern that I had was not the amount of the fee but the amount of time they gave you to pay it I would have much rather had more time to pay the $4,000 fee at a less amount each month

Since moving to next stage of this process there has been no contact made with me outside of the Portal Hard to tell if message are standard from the system or if someone on the other end is requesting or needed something. It seems very slow going. We are going on 4-5 months now with no resolution and very little communication about the progress being made. I know both OTR and the IRS are extremely busy right now, but status updates would be nice, so I don't feel as though I have been forgotten. My ratings are sort of middle of the road because I can't comment or provide higher scores until after my case has been settled at which point I would probably give them higher marks.
