Things seemed to be going well, however, 2 months ago the IRS put a levy on my bank account and I had to send in paperwork and do a few other steps to have the money put back into my account. Upon finishing this step, I was told by my Optima rep that the levy was lifted and I did not have to worry about that happening again. And then the other day it happened again, when I am away from home doing training for work nonetheless, and I have not been able to get a straight answer from Optima why this happened when I was specifically told nothing like that would happen again. I am now waiting to hear from a tax pro who is supposed to get in touch with the IRS agent so I can have the funds placed back, yet I have been calling for 2 days with no real response to what is going on.

I keep thinking about the very first time I had called. I didn't think Optima would accept me because of all the commercials I have seen. Stating that you had to have $10,000 credit card debt to be helped more or less. I don't remember not one commercial from Optima statiing that so I called and they accepted me from that first call. I needed to hear that because the weight of the IRS was finally going to be lifted.
