SunPower provides horrible customer service if you need warranty work performed on your system. I've been waiting over a year to have one of my inverters replaced and they just ignore me. An awful, awfule company!

Worst customer service ever. A panel is broken and then won't send a tech to fix it. They're too busy, understaffed and they don't care. Look elsewhere for a better company that has more techs to fix their products.

We’ve had a terrible experience with SunPower. We started working with them 9 months ago, and they are impossible to work with. No communication, lots of promises that never happened, just awful. Stay away from them!
