After I was talking to signing up I was promised the world. Absolutely nothing. No help from anybody I had to contact the Better Business Bureau just to get a response from your home office once you sign up they leave you high and dry I have been having problems since day one and nobody has addressed it at all

As of right now . I give u 1 star I had to have adverters replaced, a panel replace , The outside module is having issues all within a 2 years . I’m paying for a lease plus full price on my electric bill . The other problem is no one is going to read this . So I wasted 10 minutes in your survey .

Had my panels installed August 2018. Worked well until we had a blizzard and now the system isn't work as it is supposed to. SunPower is warranty won't repair the system. Do not buy this product. It is incapable of handling extreme weather.

Hello Mr. Overcashier, I am very sorry to hear your expectations have not been met. We understand how frustrating it is when unforeseen events damage our property. Based on the inspection that was conducted on your system, it was determined that the damages were a result of the blizzard. Per the warranty, under Sec.4, Exclusion and Limitations, any conditions exceeding the voltage, wind, and snow load specifications would not be covered. A blizzard would be considered an "act of god" and damages resulting from the blizzard would not be covered under the warranty. Please send me a PM with any additional questions you may have. Very poor customer service . There Customer Service reps are located in the Phillipines. they waste time taking information. They cannot really help the customer. I've tried contacting my sales rep with no luck. They won't allow backup systems so when a grid outage occurs there is not power.

I wish I never dealt with Sunpower. Their dealer went out of business, and never filed my tax paper work. The Sunpower rep told me to seek advice from a tax preparer. So all the tax credits I was promised when signing my contract never happened.

I have 2 bad roof leaks. No one cares about. I just bought my house a year ago . Brand new. They came out repaired the leak. After that no one called nor came by to check on it again. Also no one repaired the damage done in the inside due to the roof leak.

I went through the process for getting solar but in the meantime I gave referrals one of my referrals have had their service for about five months but I still cannot get my referral fee paid to me. I now have no confidence that the service will be any better so I won’t go through as I had planned to do with Sunpower

Terrible customer service . Our Solar( least) doesn’t work since September 26 and to this day I did not got a call back from a responsible person . I am made because Edison is charching us Tier 3 for our electricity and I don’t know how long we have to wait for Sun Power to fix it. Really disappointed , would not recommend this company .

Total rip off. Terrible service. My inverter is shot a few months after warranty is up. Do not use sunpower. We will be going with another company to replace. Update* I replied with contact info. Still have not heard anything from sunpower. Was that just an auto response to pretend like you are attempting to fixing the problem?

Do not go with this company, they have a bad support service, they give you an appointment in 2-3 weeks with a technician. You need to call several times to get to Mike. Mike is the only one scheduling and he is not in the office all the time. Please note that their schedule is 8:00 am -4:30pm which is very difficult for working families.

Horrible company, never respond to help issues. have a problem good luck getting them to help you. Paying APS more know that I have solar panels, don't quite understand how that works. I would not recommend them or Titan solar who installed them to my worst enemy!!!!

I have a purchased Sunpower system on my roof for 3 years. This past year I have had issues due to defective panels which cuts my energy production by 50%. Sunpower customer support has been horrendous in dealing with this issue.

These guys are total crooks I told them I wanted enough panels to cancel out the cooling system during the summer. the said 4 panels would do the job. so I paid $7000.00 AND THEY DON'T EVEN COME CLOSE. I had sunrun earlier and they have best customer service. Now I am with SunPower. The main inverter to the home was not working and no one knows it. I escalated to the local company and finally after 40 days we go the new one installed. The service, response , customer care are the worst with SunPower.

System in 3 yrs, 6000 inverter N/G had to wait 2 weeks for replacement inverter. Replacement in 4 hrs THEN DIED . 3 more days ,then service man checked (was a REFURBISHED unit ,NOT NEW) Am now waiting for sunpower to respond. NOT a reliable company ,just a lot of corporate PR .
