Going with SunPower came down to the modern equipment and the fact that each panel has its own inverter or something like that. The system actually detected an issue that I didn't know about and sent the crew to come fix it. So I'm very satisfied with their customer service. The instllation went very smoothly and they did it in a day. They did have to come back, but they did that even when I was at home at their expense and very, very professional. Now it's performing as expected, which is very high.

I spoke with the sales person and he was very knowledgeable. Plus, uh, you guys had a 30 minute video- that was very convincing. The guys who installed the system were very knowledgeable and they worked with the local electric company to get us up and running as quickly as possible. When I've had any issues they've been pretty responsive. I can leave a message and I pretty expeditiously get a A callback. The equipment is working really good. I wish I had another battery. The last few days have been sunny days and we've used zero electric company power.

We've been trouble free for 10 years now. Each time I have contacted them with questions, they've had a variety of ways for me to get an answer. Sometimes talking with someone, sometimes simply submitting a question, but they've been very responsive. We produce enough electricity throughout the year that we have never had to pay a power bill for electricity for 10 years now. This is our 11th year and we're just so pleased we went with Sun Power and have a system that meets our needs.

Professional. Made in USA. No none sense - you handle the entire process with the power company for going on grid. My 22 6' 400 watt panels provide enough electricity to handle 90% or more of my use so far. This is in Arizona. We have only paid $158 or so to the power company over the last 11 months (and might recover that small cost from credit over this twelfth month of December . 25 year warranty. I am told the panels continue to work well last the 25 years also - like upwards to 40. Thank you Sun Power! (Stay local and don't go to manufacturing over seas)

It went flawlessly. They showed up one day, they finished it the next day and I think it was two days later I got a phone call and flipped the switch. They create more power with fewer panels than my existing solar panels. I do have a concern though. At some point and during the install, they disconnected the power through my air conditioner and my garage and I don't know how to turn the power back on.

It was seamless. It's the best experience. I'm extremely happy with them. The equipment worked as advertised, especially with my battery. I would recommend anyone that does this to get a battery backup system. It is just great. The crew showed up on time. They did the install, didn't make a mess or leave a mess and they cleaned up. They were as friendly as they could be and with any questions, I know I asked a bunch of dumb questions, but they answered them all, so it was great.

Sunpower communicated where we were in the process of getting our panels, what step was next AND time frames in which we could expect things to happen. I like the app the Sun Power app, but it does get frustrating sometimes that it goes down for a day and then you don't get the tracking that you're looking for, but overall it's real user friendly. We had a couple of delays that were unfortunate, the panels weren't available, so we had to wait a week and then we had to cancel our inspection with the city and so we had to wait some more time after that. So a couple of delays that were frustrating the overall was good. It's pretty new. It's been very positive overall.

Both the coordinator and the representative that we talked to have remained in communication. We were updated whenever they moved on to the next series of events that occured within the whole project, so we appreciated that all that was being updated while we were being updated. It went smooth. The employees arrived and they weren't contractors, they were employees, which I appreciated, and they installed it fairly quick, got everything prepped for the inspection and everything went well. The quality seems great and no issues or discrepancies with them so far. I am satisfied.

Our SunPower solar panels are well-built panels. We had them installed in July 2022. The contractor installed them in one day. Electrician had everything connected in one day, and set us up with an app for our phone that monitors the solar panel output. After final inspection, we were up and running and immediately saw the cost benefit. Our monthly electric bill dropped almost 85%.

When I got interested in going solar I researched local contractors for the install. SunPower was the panels and hardware that they were supplying. I then did my homework to research SunPower panels. When I had found out how many years they have been producing panels, how the different panels produced and the warranty behind the panels. That is what made up my mind to insist on the contractor installing SunPower equipment on my home.

i researched several solar companies, had a few salesmen in the house to hear what they had to offer. Sun power stood out as the best product and actually the most reasonable price, which was a surprise after hearing the info about the panels. Also we were told by our salesman, Sief, that it would take about 3 months to have the job completed, and that was true. Also they had a very reputable company come up here to install the panels. They did a fine job. So are very pleased with Sun Power.

I'd recommend it very highly if anyone is thinking about solar energy. It works. Extremely smooth, the installers were on time. It took a while for the panels to get here from overseas but when they did they were installed right away and the guys basically finished that in two days. I was very impressed very pleased. When I call them on the phone they answer. It's nice to speak to a human.

Installation went beautifully. They were so nice, so polite, so helpful and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Nothing was left behind, nothing was out of place. They're local and when I had a problem they were immediately here to fix it. Now, we have another problem that apparently showed up about some of the panels not really producing and we were told in the email that they would get back to us within 72 hours. They didn't do so and we're still waiting.

They really are a good company I liked working with. Everyone that I ever spoke to was very helpful. I really like the staff that came especially Travis D., he really explained well all of the different panels and things. He was just really helpful and I felt like they would really take care of me and I like the idea that it was also not a big company, it is locally owned, and I like that. It's good equipment and it really cut down my energy cost.

It's performing at least, if not better, than I was promised so I'm very happy with it. The only problem that we'vve had with it is with the app. There was a little exclamation mark on the app and when I called them about it or email them about it they said that they were working on the system or something. It went away and then it came back and then it went away again.

I went through a couple of quotes or a few quotes with several solar companies. The represented from SunPower walked me through the whole process - they even looked at my usage for the year and I believe prior year to give me a break down how much energy we'd need to produce and how many panels I need. The equipment appears to be installed correctly and it looks smooth on top of the roof. I haven't had any issues with my system others than the time the app was being updated. And even then it was completed at least a couple weeks prior to its projected ending.

After the engineer came out, they came back and installed the job and then prepped for the city permit inspection, and in my case, the inspector came out when they were doing some minor works. Overall, they timed it really well and did an excellent job from installation standpoint. The system is very good; it's reliable and it is easy to use. My first system was purchased with my house and it was from SunPower so I purchased my second system from them to match my first system. There were hiccups, but it was very good overall. They were able to address my issues in a timely manner and answer my questions on on the while on the phone.

They were the best company that had the most integrity and were very professional and didn't over sell us and supplied us with all of the information we needed. They answered all the questions and stayed in touch all throughout the process. It was extremely well, they were fast, they were efficient, they cleaned up and we had no issue whatsoever. The rate they gave me with the tax deduction was good. I haven't had any problems whatsoever with the system and they haven't had to call me with any issues. It's been working all along the last five years. They came to install the panels when they said they were going to come. The men were quite informative, they did the work that they had to do, they put everything on the roof the right way. Every time I've called they answered.

The Crew that performed the installation was excellent. All 25 Panels were installed on my roof (no leaks either!) in 3.5 hours, the panels are creating more KWH's than my home consumes during the daylight hours, I have hundreds of KWH's as credit with PSEGLI.

Good at communication. Kept me informed. I have issues with my homeowners association but they worked with me so that we could overcome the problem and get the solar panels installed. The most important thing that I experienced was honesty. The entire process was explained. Everything they said they were going to do, they did and they did it well. The Solar installation was exactly as they said. I have not received an electric bill since the solar panels were installed last spring. Ambrose Solar We looked at 3 Solar companies for estimates. Ambrose Solar (Sun Power) gave us a competitive estimate and I liked there system the best. For two main reasons one, they use panels with micro inverters as compared to one main one and two, all the components are warranted by Sun Power. So, Ambrose Solar is thier dealer and we will only have to call them if we have any issues in the future.

The sale and design team were professional. I had several design quiestion that we were able to work thru during covid restrictions. More in person consultations and design review would be appreciated. After signing the contract, I also had to get my roof redone, causing a delay in the solar installation. 1 week after installation, our area was hit by tornadoes. I was engaged with volunteer search and rescue, including radio support from my home office. I never lost power and with the confidence of the installed solar and powerwall, was able to concentrate on helping others.

What really sold me was the sales team and the people who install it. It was the right decision as it was seamless. Installation was all on schedule. Everyone showed when they said and they explained everything before they left. I am a little disappointed on the return I am getting for my solar. I thought it would be closed to two hundred dollars a month but it more like fifty. I am selling my home soon and I am still recommending they take over the lease it made such a difference.

Their representative was the most knowledgeable of all of the people that I talked to and had come by and visited and he answered all of my questions and I appreciated that. Also the fact that it was all integrated so if I have a problem with one thing, the same company would be able to take care of every aspect of it. I did have a problem with it when it first came online, it was not reading right and in one phone call it was taken care of. They seem to have the best equipment out there, definitely not the cheapest but the best. The financing part went really smooth.

When they install the equipment I wish they would have taken a little more care on the clean up of a metal filing and things like that because I have a dog and animals. It went well. Very transparent of what the expectations were and how quickly things moves along, we expected them to be in a certain time frame in getting things installed and we were able to accelerate that process. The cost seems good and the understanding of the energy requirements were spot on.

The gentleman that came to my house did a very good job selling it. I was happy with how he explained things. He did a lot of work for me because I am a little computer challenged. All of customer service has handled my questions well. I am happy with them. The bill was higher than what they said. The installers cleaned up after their mess. They didn’t leave anything behind.

I did a lot of research over a couple of years. I found sunpower offered the fastest equipment and offers services that has been proven over a long period of time. It is the most competitive. I got really good customer service in the beginning. After getting my panels it is a little more difficult getting people. My equipment has never failed to perform as expected. The installation process was very smooth. It was all explained to me and happened as explained. Due to covid they were short staffed but they acted immediately. My bill has dropped.

Any time I've ever called they help me out and made the whole process easier. They took care of the permits and everything, the product management. It didn't take him long to get it all installed but the guys who install were professional and left the area clean and everything was all good. They're an excellent company to deal with, professional and literally no gimmicks and gave me the best price for best quality equipment.

It was expensive but I believe that we're going to get a substantial pay back on that system over the next you know fifteen twenty years so I think it was a very good investment for us. It went very smoothly exactly as expected and was done in no time. My questions are always answered promptly and I know when I need some information I can get it very quickly and easily.

We only had one need to call customer service and it was immediately handled. They told us ahead of time what would happen step by step all the way through the process and it happened exactly as they said. We've had other equipment on a previous home and didn't have that kind of positive results that we have today. I'm pleased with the product I'm happy with everything.

It's been a great experience so far. It's just the best, I know that I shopped around and the warranties by making a manufacturing your own products they have better quality control and so far that reflects in the products overall output. It was seamless, it was one day in and out and the system was up and wasn't running but it was it was all installed so I was very impressed with the speed and instant installation. Very clean. They were all very attentive and they were able to fix my problem every time I've ever called they were able to address it and get it corrected almost immediately.

It was very speedy and and very professional. The follow ups after the installation was was done really fast and and we're looking forward to referring them to other friends and family. They use there high quality materials and we are very impressed with with the whole process. They called back just to make sure everything was going good and it was installed correctly and if I have any issues we can reach out to them. I think they were they were installing for about two days, it went pretty easy and they didn't have any issues. Overall, excellent company. They did a good job and their customer service was good. Everytime I've had a question it's always been answered pretty quickly. Install went great, it took a little long but that's because a lot of people are getting to work. We signed the contract and we waited for permits and everything went as smooth as can be. Everything's working properly, we've only been up and running for about a month but everything is working well and properly. Everybody did a great job.

I think Sunpower is a great company, I can't recommend them highly enough. The amount of power that is produced seems to be excellent. I'm very pleased. The installer came and put everything up on the roof, he did a really great job and he was one that was recommended by Sunpower. I have no complaints whatsoever. Anytime I have a question or needed help Sunpower is there to help me. When our home was damaged Sunpower was really helpful in getting our system cleaned up and back online and working.

I'm quite happy with it. Installation was very smooth, they came on Friday they started they put up the steel rails but they couldn't do anything else and they work on some electricity and then it came on Monday and Tuesday and they finished on Tuesday and they connected me and it worked. I was very, very happy with them. I used aim power which is a local company and they were just superb in every way. They made commitments when they would come and they came on time they did everything professionally it was a pleasure working with them.

Absolutely smooth. Everybody came when they said they were going to be and everything got done. There's been a couple of things I've run into that still haven't been quite figured out but or working on it. They are a great group of folks to work with and even though we've been in the pandemic the guy's got in here and got everything done in a timely manner and addressed any issues that cropped up and I can't complain.
