Halley R give me great customer service and they have quality materials. Came out and did a great job with installation. I had a lot of problems with the technical aspects like codes and stuff. I had to get reimbursed for some electrical.

They hold time is usually about forty five minutes to get somebody to help. It is generating power, but it's hard to get help on the monitoring. It was very quick once everybody got out here to work. They don't respond to calls or online chats.

It seems to be working. They came out when they said they would and got everything done and it went smoothly. They always they kept me informed of what's going on. The only problem I have with them was they didn't explain the time frame. It took longer than I thought it would.

Install went just fine. I've had some problems with inaccurate measures on the monitoring and once the panels all the said they shut themselves off for a period of time. I wish the monitoring was more accurate, because it's not.

They respond fast. The installation was very good. I have a complaint about some toggle that couldn't supply the monitor. It's been about a couple of months that I've had my solar on my roof. And the monitor hasn't been installed yet. It was supposed to be done in early July and hasn't been done yet.

The only negative I got is that I have two separate systems and I was told by them that I could combine the bills but now they can't do that so now I'm going to pay every month on one and have a credit on the other. They should have told me that.

Very hard to reach people, they never answer their phones. And it takes at least a couple of days to get a call back so if you have a an urgent problem you're stuck. Install went very well, it was smooth. but took longer than I wanted it to.
