I got several bids and I looked at a number of things and they were the best choice. Installation was very easy and very quick. The service is very good. It can be difficult getting a hold of people sometimes but when I do get them it is good.

My personal experience with SunPower is limited to the fact that their hardware has been installed on my rooftop by (I believe) an independent contractor. So far everything has functioned as advertised, so I am satisfied; however, I do have some constructive suggestions for the SunPower monitoring app.

Sunpower has the most efficient panels and are made in American. They were very efficient installing it. It was done in a couple of days. The crew was respectful and professional. The customer service has answered all my questions and did exactly what they said they would do.

Whenever I called and had questions, even if they didn't know the answer, they would get back to me really quickly with the answer. The process is very easy. They do much of the heavy lifting as far as filing paperwork. Installation is easy. Sunlight it not as good in the winter but I was getting really good production towards the end of summer.

There was one minor hiccup with the install but it got taken care of rather quickly. They were in and out in a day. They were able to answer my few questions. Everything else has gone fine. I've seen a lot of equipment as an electrician for 35 years. Some part of theirs is very highly rated. I am satisfied with it.

Every time we had a problem SunPower directed us to the installer and they would come and out and take care of it. It is good quality but I wish I could see the production of each individual panel instead of the system as a whole.

Sunpower has been easy to work with. However, the contractor Sunpower used to sell/install my solar was horrible. AES in Chico California was the local contractor. I would hope Sunpower stopped using them or did something about their horrible customer service.

Project progressed smoothly and we were kept informed throughout the process. All workers and contractors completed their tasks on time and were respectful of our property. System just went live on 11/12/21 so we are awaiting our walk through on 11/24/21 and anxious to see how the system performs.

It looks good. It is producing. It is the most efficient. The installation was a little slow. There were some communication problems with the installer and the town concerning permits. I think we lost three or four weeks, so that was disappointing but otherwise I was happy with the people.

My neighbors had them and gave me good feedback. Based on my research is a bit smaller in size and more energy efficient than others. Customer support really explained it well to me how the system works. The whole process is pretty god. It is pretty straightforward. It is a one day install.

Over 25 years it is a good value. It is definitely a long term investment. We have a slate roof and sunpower was willing to work with us. Our rooms are a little more complicated. Their subcontractors was fantastic. They were flexible. Everything was good.

I would highly recommend them. They seem to be one of the more reputable companies. I also liked that they are based out of Kansas City. I find them to be professional. They go above and beyond. I do wish they would call me instead of doing it all over email. Overall I am satisfied with the product. The installation process very quick. I am a bit of a perfectionist so I don't like the wire hanging underneath it and that it went over my roof. They have corrected a majority of that. Everything has worked the way they told me.

Compared to other companies, SunPower has been in business a long time. I did a lot of research on different solar panels. I like their customer service. They are very professional. The paperwork was flawless. It made it very simple to get it all worked out. Installation was done in a day. They did the electrical inside and put the panels on the roof. They cleaned up after us. It is working. It is generating more power since last October. I highly recommend the product.

Mason was very diligent and always there for us and and then he did a good job. Installation was excellent, there was a small mix up on power company. It's working very well but we've only had it up there for several weeks so it's not too much opportunity for failure yet but look forward to continued success.

I like that panels are 410 when most companies are 380 meaning I have to put less panels on the roof and I get a higher quality system. The installers left everything neat and tidy. They did a great job. Everything has been perfect.

The panels that I got are absolutely fantastic. I'm producing more power than I consumer right now and it will help so much having these credits for when the summer really starts to crank up. The installers that came out were professional and courteous. The sales team was knowledgeable and professional as well. Every concern that I have had so far has been addressed quickly, except for one. The app doesn't work properly. I have emailed about it and thus far only been given lip service as to it being fixed.

It is hard to distinguish between SunPower and Cobalt who installed the system but my Sunpower app says my solar is not working, which I don't think is correct. I think there needs to be more done at the completion of a project to make sure the owner and investor understands the system, how it works, what settings they need to change with PGE and what all of the monitoring information means.

Great experience right from day one. When we had a problem with the app after almost 2 years of usage someone helped me out to fix it. I have a Tesla Powerwall with this and it makes a great pair. Inverter being on the panel means one less piece to find a place for.
