I was never able to get to view the production online after 8 years. It took WEEKS to get repair parts when the system quit working. I only found out it quit by accident.

This company took over 2 weeks to complete solar panels on my roof. They it did not communicate properly with me and we're late majority of the time I was told they're going to show up. Getting notices its complete yet still have a meter waiting to be installed.

Hi Annie, I am sorry about the delays your project faced. Your feedback has been forwarded to management to ensure this type of miscommunication with scheduling does not happen again. Our system sends out a note of completion once the solar panels are installed on your roof. Because it is the responsibility of the utility company to install the net meter, Blue Raven categorizes the project as "complete". I am sorry for any confusion that may have caused. Terrible customer service. Sunpower systems did not work since Augst and try to call them several times. They always say will take 7or 10 business days, but never reply to us. The teleology persons never call us. Do not choice this terrible company.

1) automated tool didn't work - it works fine for other companies that use satellite images to check my roof for solar panels 2) when it already takes 2 days for someone to reply in what is called a "chat" should I dare and ask how long any response from the company will once they got my hard earned money?

Initial panel install date: Jan 7, 2020. Date solar went active: Not yet. Local power company (Xcel) came out 3 weeks ago and told me the electrical box was wired wrong. No one from Blue Raven has told me it is fixed, nor when the power company is supposed to come back out and turn it on.

sunpower has not performed any maintenance as promised by the salesman , i am a 74year old disabled senior and have had their system for one year, and it has not perfoemed as promised. they have not been cleaned,and are creating a fire hazard on my roof . we were sold the cleaning,and bird stop if needed.

Bad news my solar was activated six months ago or so but my light bill still the same $331.00 and also it seams that my solar is not making enough power to compensate the power I used every night,I was promised by Evan D that my electric bill will be cut in half, So I need someone help me to find out the problem.

I had a Sunpower 12 panel system installed in 2016. It was expected to generate 6000 kWh annually. Year 1 was 6500, year 2 was 3500 and year 3 was 2000. Several calls and emails later I am waiting on a technician who is only available in April almost 3 months after. Can someone from SunPower escalate this and help ?

Ever since my system was installed, I have lost connection for three times, nothing has changed in the house, WiFi, internet, IPTV and all. I tried to reach online chat and help hotline, and every time is unsuccessful. If I had a choice, I'd never even consider sunpower. What a hoax!

I twice utilized SunPower’s online request for a solar system. They never contacted me. Poor service before I ever even was able to talk with them. Is this a sample of their company’s approach to customer service? Why would I even consider them as my solar company?

It is a waste to choose this company and their sales people. The rep came to our house and said he was quoting a larger system then we would need. Apparently, he can't do math based on our electric bills because our lease and electric is about the same as before. Very minimal savings.

I never got to see any product or talk to an installer. After setting up a consultation, they called back a few days later and said we were not good candidates for solar, even though my roof has is sunny all day. I am frustrated that I can’t even get someone out here to tell me why or explain what they think the problem is

Hello Mr. Becker, I'm understand your frustration. The determination on what makes a good candidate for solar is based on several factors. Factors like Shading from trees or other obstructions, or the amount of daylight time in your area. Each of our authorized dealer creates their own form of determination. It appears that you were working with Certasun LLC. SunPower is not involved with their determination process and has no visibility to that information. I would advise that you contact your sales representative for more details.

Panels are good. Terrible service from the installers and customer service. Installers very disrespectful, they caused some damaged to my house and tried to hide it. I had to call customers service and took them 3 weeks to reply to me with a sound answer. very bad experience!

We're really sorry that there was some damage to your home. Obviously, and as has been explained over the phone, this is an issue that we are more than willing to fix. The repairs should be all finished on Monday 10/14/19. As for us trying to hide the damage or delaying the service, we apologize for any miscommunication. Our Inspections manager gave you a call to explain what we were going to do moving forward, but apparently things weren't clear enough. We're sorry for your experience and we look forward to you seeing the savings from your new system!

This is the worst solar company, promising our bill would be almost to nothing from the electric company and its not, I'm pay the same or more with the solar panel. Company doesn't honor the contract, neither did they put the correct amount to sustain the usage. Do not use them at all.
