The solar panels are very durable. Sometime a circuit will go out and they took care of it right away and replaced all the circuit. Very responsive and whenever we had a problem they made sure that it was taken care of.

Customer support is not very good. Any inquires made this far went unanswered. Also, I had additional panels installed than recommended but still I had to pay 50 for 1st month. Not to mention, Sunpower forgot to initiate the system for about a month after all approvals were in place

We signed a contract early July 2021. One excuse after another why our system could not be installed. Installation finally complete Dec 28. Permission to operate not granted until March 5. However, my system is still not fully operational because the batteries are not working. I have a $5K true-up because it took so long to install, I now have monthly payments for my batteries and panels, and yet I am still having to use the grid at night when power is most expensive. At this rate, I am going to have another true-up in addition to the financing of the system which was supposed to allow me to get OFF the grid.
