Salesman was well informed with our needs, company was alittle slow with following through on keeping on top of permits and appts. Product is well made. Touch up paint on outside of house was painted wrong color, does not match. We will need to repaint around areas where solar wiring was installed.

Customer service was good, but I feel like the project coordination was lacking. They had to make several trips, and there wasn't proper communication with the technicians. The equipment is definitely up to industry standard.

They were extremely patient about a lot of the process. The installer was here all day, it was finished a little bit after dark evening. But, I am having a hard time getting them to follow up with me on a request for receipt data for tax purposes.

Took longer than expected to get it all set up but everything is top notch. I bought a thirteen kilowatt system and got two five kilowatt, so I am just trying to understand where the three kilowatts are going. They provided the equipment I want at the price I want. Customer Service answers everything I need to know.

I got kind of mixed results from customer service. They were informed and knowledgeable at first but then it tapered off once they got the system put in. I do plan on upgrading the system later on but I am not sure if I am going to ask them to do it. Two panels are broken so the guy that came to activate the system didn't know what was up. The equipment was fine once we got it up and running.

Good response times from the reps and the equipment is fine. They carry the right brand of panels. I wish they would have had it on a little faster, they were really slow with the process. It was over four months after the loan was approved that they started.

I spoke to a couple of firms and the seemed to be the best fit. I have had several problems with the installation and communication and billing and not everything ends up resolved. There were things that were misses and a leak in my roof so they had to come back and fix it, so I am marginally satisfied. I have had the equipment a year now and I think it will be three to five years before I know if the promise made was accurate. Overall the experience wasn't terrible and I would throw their name out there for someone to take a look at.

Very fast, excellent service. They are very helpful. There is a cool feature that shows how much electricity I waste and how much my heater, washer, and dryer pull. The only thing is the pricing is outrageous.

I would never use them again and I would not recommend that anybody else use them either. There are other companies, I would pick another. It did not work when it was installed and they were slow to correct it. It worked intermittently and they came three or four times to fix it, which they did not do. I had to go back because the initial installation was not signed off by the power company and they said the crew didn't know about local requirements, which is inexcusable. They did nothing to compensate me for the weeks of lost power even though I had started paying for the system. They sent me a twenty five dollar gift card for hundreds of dollars of lost productivity.

At first they were really good at responding and then afterwards it took a while to reach somebody who could take care of my concerns. I finally got to the customer service director but after I go my panels it was getting really hard to reach somebody who could answer my questions. She took a lot of my feedback but there should always be someone there to deal with the customer's concerns. I don't know a lot about the technology but I haven't has any problems with the equipment.

Tyler and Dylan are very helpful! I felt they cared about what I needed and not just a sale for Solar. They gave me names of clients that I could go visit and check out how things went with their solar. Tyler is stopping by to make sure everything is going as planned frequently. Very courteous and very friendly and most of all they do not over sell what you need.! That is very important to me! I would highly recommend this company over the many solar companies I have checked out with supposedly “amazing promises”, not realities. I am currently just waiting for APS to come out and hook up their system.

I just purchased my solar panels from Elevation this past summer. Overall, I would highly recommend them. I was told upfront that solar is a construction project, so there might be some unforeseen delays that were dependent upon potentially having to upgrade our main panel. I appreciate how they set the correct expectation, and I felt like I was being "sold" by other companies promising the moon and more. Found out that all solar companies deal with the same supply chain issues. The work might take a little longer, but I feel good KNOWING IT'S done right! They have a complete protection package that covers the system itself for the lifetime and they also have a deal with EnergyStar and ASU which I thought was pretty cool. I'm about to get activated next week, but I have been blown away at their approach to my solar project.

It is performing as designed, not a lick of issues with it and my electric bill is “ZERO DOLLARS”. I’m a happy camper. There are a lot of solar companies out there. Just call Elevation Solar to come out and give you an estimate and they will make it the most comfortable experience you’ve ever imagined. We did a MASSIVE amount of research for 2 years prior to our decision to finally pull the trigger on solar. Cost of rate hikes and seeing our money go down the drain each month drove us to one of the best decisions in our life. We switched to solar, put in an EV charger and got all our homes insulation redone by Elevation in the same package offering. We found out that they are the only solar company in the valley also approved for rebates from the utilities for insulation and duct sealing too. All together I AM VERY HAPPY. Things were relatively quick and they actually had to switch panels out mid project because of supply issues with panels in the industry. They gave us a complimentary panel upgrade and we were eventually installed and turned on last month. So far my bill is -$25 for this past month. Make sure you include the monitoring app as it shows exactly what your home is making in terms of savings with solar each day. Go green! You WONT REGRET IT.

As of this writing in May 2020, Elevation Solar is a preferred supplier at my utility company. That's how I got in contact with them, while researching rebate programs put up by my utility company. My sales professional was Sam J, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient through all of my questioning, many of which were relatively technical. Sam helped me make the best decisions on panel selection and placement (he has a background on the tech side) and even fought for the best deal for me. We customized on everything including full breaker panel replacement, and even the type of financing for the panels. I highly recommend Elevation Solar and working with Sam. -Eugene Lee

My wife and I wanted to go solar to eliminate our power bill. We received bids from about 5 other companies. Aside from price, I was looking for the best warranties, products, and service. Elevation Solar ended up being the best fit. They have some of the best panels available for the hot Arizona summers and the warranties to make me feel secure with my purchase. I also felt like they were the most honest. I had other companies tell us that we would never have to pay a single dime to our utility company once my solar was switched on or that the utility company would actually pay us every month for going solar. I've always followed the motto, if it sounds too good to be true than it probably is. While my offset was built for 100%, we were told there would be some months I would overproduce and some where I would under. With solar, our loan payment + power bill (connection fee and any extra power we used) is still about $50 less than We were paying just for power every month. And once the loan is paid off, we'll just have to pay the reduced amount! There were some hiccups at the beginning with the loan company and with the guy from the city not showing up for my final inspection but aside from that, things went great. I highly recommend them.

Duriing my experiance from start to finish it was exceptional. Lyric was my contact person and she went above and beyond my needs. Modesto and Aryss were also awesome. They gave me there personal phone number so I could contact them with my concerns. I must have asked a thousand questions about the system and how it works along with the type of equipment. They were extremely patient in answering my needs. On my end it was great. I am pleased with the whole process. I had three other companies come out and give a bid and was quoted a higher price along with less panels and quality of equipment. Great company and staff.

I shopped 3 companies in Tucson (Net Zero, Technicians For Sustainability and Solar Solutions). I liked all of them, but as of Oct. 1, none of them could get me scheduled before the new year, thereby decreasing our Federal Rebate from 30% to 26%. The Energy Sage website gave me the name of Elevation Solar (along with others.) They competitively bid our job, expedited our processing and we got 30 panels installed New Years Eve! They are professional and honest. I liked my inside sales manager the most. He is competent and can answer all my questions on warranties, energy conversion, grandfathering in rates with TEP, tile roof replacement, array efficiency, and HOA approval. Elevation is a solid choice.

I had a problem with Elevation Solar. When they installed my unit my tile roof was about 18 years old. Less than 2 years went by and my roof started leaking under my solar unit and it was under warranty. I questioned the salesman before installation because of it's age if it would be ok to put the unit on my roof and was told they would inspect my roof to make sure it was good. I developed a leak in my ceiling and Elevation Solar repaired it but the serviceman told me my roof was really brittle and the repair probably wouldn't last long. During our heavy rain this year my roof started leaking under the solar units and other rooms causing one of my ceilings to bust open. At that time I realized I had to get my roof replaced. I got bids to replace it and was told I needed to get the solar unit off so they could do the work. I called Elevation Solar and was told I would have to pay for it. I explained I did question the installation at time of purchase and was told they inspected my roof and it was good to install. I asked how much it would cost and it took weeks but I was finally told it would cost $6720 to remove and replace the unit when the roof was replaced. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasn't available. I panicked and wrote a review on BestCompany and Amy from Elevation Solar contacted me and told me she was sorry and they needed to take care of me. I liked Elevation Solar from the very first contact I had with them. Their salesman was knowledgeable the installers were great and the solar was working saving me money as described. Amy has told me how sorry they were for the misunderstanding and they will be more efficient with their roof inspections. They came out, removed the unit so my roofers could replace my roof and replaced the unit quickly after the roof installation. There was no charge to me and I'm up and running again saving money on my APS bill. As far as I'm concerned I accept their apology. Being self employed most of my life I understand how things can get lost in communication and nobody is perfect. They have treated me with respect and corrected the error and I would recommend them to anybody that wants solar. I know I'm happy with the money I save every month.

I had my first solar consultation about a year ago and I felt I was being overcharged by the solar company. My utility bills are still outrageous so here I am a year later calling out Elevation Solar to help me find a solution. The consultant came by and gave my home a free energy audit, jumping into my attic and checking out my insulation and A/C unit. He then asked me questions about to home to make sure they didn't design the wrong solar system. He then explained all the warranties and financing options, along with how the tax credits and other incentives worked. I decided to sign up to go solar because it saves me money in the short and long term. I can't wait to get installed!!

Elevation Solar installed solar panels at my house on August 6, 2018 and I am very satisfied with the entire experience. The entire process was smooth from initial conversations to final installation. I worked with Andrew G, the salesman, who was very professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient when answering my questions regarding the processes and solar panel type involved. Due to my busy work schedule it took time for me to get the contract signed but Andrew never pressured me to hurry up. He was always polite when dealing with me. He provided me with a detailed proposal, which I found very useful when deciding to go with solar, and in choosing this company over others. I researched solar panels and ensured what I was getting was quality solar panels that was backed by a good warranty and service after installation. It also helped tremendously that good financing was available which the other solar companies I considered did not have. The majority of the time was spent obtaining the required permits but once the permits were in place, the process of installation was very smooth - the entire system was installed in one day, and we were able to switch on our solar pretty soon after that. The best part of the solar panel installation was none of the wires are visible from the outside, everything was neatly tucked under the panels and the panels themselves look like a series of skylights. There was also the option of painting the metal tubes to match the color of my roof. The solar panel installers were professional, friendly, courteous, enthusiastic and careful not to damage any of my property. To minimize energy lost, additional insulation was also installed in my attic by HeatBusters which other solar companies I checked did not offer. HeatBusters were friendly, quick and professional. Right after the attic insulation installation I noticed how much cooler my house was during the summer and warmer during winter. It’s now been 4 months since the system was turned on - I have seen a noticeable reduction in my electricity bill, with the last bill without a charge other than the $8.95 CPS Energy, electric company, connection and surplus electricity storage fee as I have enough electricity produced by the panels. CPS Energy gave me a rebate that was used as the down payment for the solar panel system loan and I am getting a considerable tax credit this year for going solar. Overall, I am very happy with the entire installation process and with going solar and wished I had done it sooner. I would definitely recommend Elevation Solar to anyone for solar installation.

I have had some contact with a few other solar companies, and felt that my experience with Elevation easily exceed those other experiences. When I initially contacted Elevation Solar, they were able to set up a sales associate consultation that worked with my schedule. During the consultation Ari was quite knowledgeable about the products and was able to explain the equipment, and installation steps. Ari was able to offer multiple financing options, and was able to find one that I was happy with. Communication throughout the process has been very good.

We just moved to Arizona from Baltimore, where we had solar from Solar City. So I wanted solar out here. But I didn’t want to rent the system for twenty years again. We were contacted by Elevation Solar’s representative Brett K., who came over and gave us an in-depth explanation of what they had to offer. So now we are in the process of buying a solar system from Elevation Solar. A team come over and inspected for air leakage around windows, doors , the attic and inspected the heat/cooling system, Elevation Solar is also taking care county permits needed, HOA and power provider approval. I was also sent documents showing panel placement and a breakdown of all cost, rebates and expected savings. I would and have recommended Elevation Solar to family and friends. AS

After receiving 4 quotes, I've decided with Elevation Solar for my solar needs with the help of Billy in Las Vegas. I am a thorough person when it comes to buying a big purchase item such as solar. Billy was knowledgeable and patient with all my concerns such as installation, warranty, financing, etc. He covered from the beginning stages prior to instaling to the end when power to solar is first activated. He even covered all discounts that I may qualify for. Let me tell you Vegas can very windy and he assured me the installed panels can with stand over 100 mph winds. The deciding factor was the total cost which was substantially less compared to the bigger players, also, the quality of the panels (manufacured by LG) and 25 year all around warranty assured me I was making the right choice.

Billy B our energy consultant made us feel very comfortable with his knowledge of the product and how it would benefit us. He showed us how the panels would be laid out on the concrete tile roof. The proposed layout would have been extremely visible to our neighbors, so asked if it would be feasible to use the roof on our detached garage, which would reduce the number of panels on the main house. He said yes that is doable. In doing that we were able to increase solar output for the same money. I had done a lot of research on solar, so I had called 3 other companies for proposals. One treated me like I was an idiot. Another did not follow up when I request more info by email. And the last one failed to respond with a proposal 4 days after I requested one. Billy responded quickly with all correspondence. Can’t wait for them to start.

It took a lot longer to installu solar panels than I was initially led to believe. Additionally, Elevation was not communicative enough during the delay. Just a call once a month to let me know I had not been forgotten about would have gone along way.

They make to many appointments on short notice. Had an appointment scheduled take time off to be here they call an hour before tell me the tech is stuck on another job 5 days later still no call to come and finish my job. Already making payments on system that's not even 100% operational

The failed to explain that the $4000 rebate is really only credit applied against any taxes you owe. So if you don't pay taxes, due to being on Social Security, for instance, there's no way to use that credit. Yet despite this deception, you the homeowner are stuck with $60+ bill for the system each month, while you get no usable credit with your power company for the energy 'your system ' is generating. It leaves you paying for a solar system that costs you $60+ a month for 30 years (and eventually $90) that won't benefit you and makes free energy for your power company. Elevation Solar is a bit deceptive. Don't do it

One thing we always advise is to check with a tax expert before moving forward because we are not tax professionals. They started out great. When system failed after only 3 months community and trying to get it repaired took 2 months. I was still pay the payments and could not get any resolution. It is finally working I think but there was no apology for the lengthy delay to even get someone out to look at it and then get it repaired

The installation was not good. It had to be redone because they installed my system according to Arizona requirements and not Nevada. So they had to rip it out and do it again. Because of that mistake I had to pay expensive electric bills, which they're not reimbursing me for. Also, they had to come back several times - most recently because they got some lines crossed that they have to redo. I just got a bill that's high - $222. Something is wrong here.

I wanted a specific system and ended up with it penetrating through my roof which was a big ordeal. The equipment is good, but they need to be more accurate with their sales as well as quicker customer service. It took a little while to get the system up and running, I know that it takes some time, but it could have been a little quicker.
