They called me 5 times on Father’s Day Sunday. Never left a message! Five calls total without leaving a message Hass to be some type of harassment. Especially on Sunday. When I called back for information the man was rude he was a terrible salesman.

Horrible customer service. Been trying to have someone look at our Tesla battery for 6 weeks now but it still has yet to happen. They want to blame the problem on the battery but don't want to try to fix it. Currently looking at how to get these panels off of my house and be done with SunPro.

They said my bill would be next to nothing. 30000 dollars and my bill is 3 to 4 hundred a month. I cant get any warranty help to figure out the problem. Seems they just want to sell it, Install it then they are done with you. I dont recommend them at all.

It’s been 7 months and they still have not completed the job and now a payment is due, with no answer on when completion will be done. Would not recommend, as our neighbors have went with other companies and their job was complete within a few days!!! It’s been months!!!
