I had to schedule another service within 2 weeks in order to have the eves swept and a wasp nest taken down, mind you this is within 2 weeks of the home already being serviced. Had to call and schedule another appointment because the eves on my house had still not been swept. Been with this company for 2 months and have been very disappointed. With my previous company I never had to call them back.

I found the company to be by far the worst company I've ever worked with. As I spoke and dealt with the different levels of people between the tech all the way up to management they all lied. That's the scam the tech nods yes and leave. They sprayed poison in my yard while I was gone while I had pets home in the yard. They have left gates open. They talk to children after they had been told no parents are home. The tech even said half the time they dont spray and charge. BE VERY AWARE@

I signed up with Aptive Environmental because of a rodent pest control issue, unfortunately almost all technicians including the most recent one failed to address the problem. The technician did not replace my pest control traps, and simply added more bait on a second request visit....frustrating to say the least. Their customer service representative have been highly professional and have attempted to accommodate me.

I would give less stars if I could. Salesperson came to my home today, in the middle of our state being shut down, when asked to back away from the door he only came closer, touching our door frame, door handle, etc. Our state has a mandate to be 6 feet away from anyone else. How they are even going door to door right now I don't understand considering we are all supposed to be sheltered in place? If this company doesn't care about the safety of the neighbors it's trying to sell to, how could I ever trust their service. I've reported them to the BBB already.

The technician did good job. However, I have an issue with your Company. Your service is suppose to be on March 19th, but the technician came on March 17th w/o any notice. Secondly, I called on March 10th or so ( I don't remember exact date) to postpone the visit for 4 weeks due to Corona virus. The receptionist confirmed that my current appointment is cancelled and they will reschedule it later date. However, the technician still showed up. It looks like you are focused more on meeting on your targets, deadlines etc rather than looking at customer needs as well. Greatly disappointed.

It was the 2nd time I asked for a service call to remove same spiders in my pool cage. After speaking at length to the person who came, he promised to be thorough and let me know when he was done. Instead he left after a very quick time and did a very sloppy job, leaving many of the spider webs and eggs I had pointed out and didn’t give me. Chance to inspect after he was done. As a result I have now schedule a 3rd followup visit to get the job finished. Very disappointed. With the quality so far.
