We’ve noticed that the service isn’t what it used to be and this last service was awful. The technician came out as scheduled. Normally we are home but not this time, the dogs were in the house. The technician did only the front. Did not do sides or backyard but charged for entire service. We called when we reviewed our video and cancelled. A week later still no email about cancellation or refund. Had to call again.

First of all my service is every 3 months. They came in October and had to make a complaint for not completing the service yet they stated they did. They came today 11/25/19 charged me $125 and not only did they come in the correct month, but the technician didn’t even treat my back porch or specific areas of interest. I am considering cancelling these services.

Only did half of the job. Did not remove webs. I expect to be charged only half price. Called to find out when to expect the service tech at 3:30 pm, was put on hold for over thirty minutes, then received a message that I needed to leave a message, which I did. Still have not received a call back.🤬

I made my appointment for 2-4pm on the phone with customer service. Technician showed up at 8am and we missed the technician. We were unable to get him to spray the inside of the house. As a new customer, I'm not very happy with this time management, because time is very important to me. I don't think was the technician's fault, probably the customer service. I will likely not continue with Aptive Service after my initial contract is finished, if service is inconsistent.

I’m a customer from Long Island. Sorry to say I will no longer deal with this company. Good service. Although you have 30:days to pay the bill. One of the employees in the Billings department would call and harass for payment His name is Chris he would call before 9am within in the first week even though the contract says 30 days. This employee would text all day and do not call him. He would put you down as if you are garbage. STAY AWAY from this company they are located in Deerpark New York

I DO NOT want service every two months. I want every 3 months as agreed upon. Upon receiving a reminder concerning service in November I called the number listed and said the above- 3 months. Today I get an email that service has been completed. Does the office NOT communicate with the tech. I not a happy customer!

I do know that my request for you to take down the pads you put up on a prior visit to catch wasps was not complied with. Also, I don't know if you addressed the ongoing wasp problem. We still have the problem. Frankly I am having a struggle determining any value I am getting from you folks.

only been a customer for 3 months and already have had to call for a reservice over 10 times or so. Billing has been a nightmare as well. Techs show up at our house with no notice what so ever. Their system is always trying to do a quarterly service without being 3 months yet. The girls on the phone are nice, but they can't resolve the issue. I have had so many credits added to my account for their mistakes (that they own up to), but enough is enough.

This is a horrible company with a product that doesn't work and employees that are dishonest. The product is horrible since I switched from Moxie I now have a spider problem. I was charged today even though no one came to my, I was home all day, and I wonder how many times that has happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I could post pictures...
