Very poor service. Actually zero service. If o sprayed holy water would probably get better results. Canceled my account after one year since they make you sign very unfavorable contract, they made a mistake which they admitted to. Customer service representative from their Deerfield Beach Office continued calling and threatening me for the payment for service that was long canceled. Worst experience ever.

Their guy knocked on my door telling me that they are doing treatment for my neighbors so I will get a big discount and it will be 50 dollars for one treatment. They got my credit card information and they have charged it twice already without my permission. The phone number on the card the guy gave me isn’t available anymore and at the office they refuse to cancel the yearly membership without a 200 dollars fee. Very upsetting and the guy definitely mistaken me with the documents

Worst service I’ve ever had! They would show up at my house and spray, so they say, and I wouldn’t be there for them to do the inside like we agreed upon. When I try to reschedule they said they would show up on a whatever day and time we would agree upon and they would NEVER show. This happened at least 3 times. On top of that they still continued to try to charge me for services they didn’t do. Oh and if you do decide to cancel like I did it’s a $160 cancelation fee. I have never once written a review about a company but this place needed one.

Signed up in May of this year. Service completed that day. Was told I would get a complimentary service the next month and then quarterly service. You came out a month later and did the service but charged me $109. How is that complimentary? I still had bugs and ants but did not call before the next service because I did not want to be charged again before the next service. What is your incentive to do the job right if you keep charging me if I call for help in between visits?

I was notified Friday p.m. of Saturday appt. and closing time is 5:00 p.m. The technician arrived Sat. a.m., but did not announce presence. At 11:00 a.m. I checked around house finding furrows of gray grain in some places and no evidence of grain in large spaces. In garden area the insecticide was five feet from foundation. I specifically needed basement treated and I wanted to discuss severe spider problem. This the third treatment and spiders are much worse than before treatment. Should I "like you" on Facebook?

Well my experience has been good til today they came and set up mice traps and they out one in my oven and we was told it was behind the stove well we went to cook and didn't know it was in the bottom part if the oven it melted and burnt in my the bottom part of my stove it made my whole house smoky and a meal so bad we can't even be in the house are will never be able to cook in that oven again

The guy that came this time was not helpful at all. He pretty much refused to do the inside of my home. I don’t know if he was wanting to go home sooner or was behind but he did not want to do the inside. He said you can call at any time to get it done without charge. I figured since he was already here why not get it over with plus it was due for it. I finally was like it’s fine just do the outside then. They of course increased the price from what I was originally told. Not a good experience.

Seriously disappointed and very upset. We were promised a certain level of service when we signed up, and each time the tech comes to our house, he never EVER cleans the cobwebs and spider homes from the perimeter of the house. We were PROMISED THIS when the sales guy came out to our house. And the tech came out again a couple days ago, and just left without doing anything we asked. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.

I am sure the technician is a nice enough guy but there were still spiders on the ceiling, lights and walls of our covered porch after he was there. There were spiders and webs all over the pergola on the back deck and the eaves still have spiders about every 3 feet or so. I know they have long handles brushes but I assume they were not used.

Look at the top eve of my garage door the front of the house and the same cob webs were still there. Call the office and told them that this was unacceptable service The star rating was for the customer service Rep. She was outstanding in handling my dissatisfaction with the service on 30 Sept. 2019

I came home to webs and spiders and a job that to me isn’t worth $5.00 let a lone 141.00 dollars. This has been a a going problem. I have called and reserviced twice and it never gets any better. I can’t believe I am even paying you. Please have a rep come out and see for yourself. I even have videos of spiders on the day of reserviced. Last chance or I will be calling credit card company.

Not sure if anything around our sliding glass door has ever been sprayed. I've had a spider growing larger and larger above it for 3 months now even though we've had 2 treatments in that time period. We've had ants crawling into the kitchen before and I just noticed them at the base of my slider after the latest treatment. I never had these issues with the last company that I switched from. Also called the phone number to request a retreatment and had to leave a message. Never got a callback. So basically the retreatment guarantee is worthless if nobody answers or calls back. Disappointed.

i have been with this company for almost two years now, and since the beginning they told me that the services was gonna be at least 30 min inside and outside the house, but since the first service the time was not even 10 min, and in all this time it did not do anything, i still have cockroaches and when i told them about that they want me to charged extra to take are of that

I am actually not happy with my first service. First they made an appointment for one day and never showed up and said they will have to reschedule and when rescheduled the person came and left all the spider webs a huge one on my kids play ground where specifically asked to get all the webs. My husband thought that we never got done so he called are old pest people and had them come out. Please call me to cancel my next appointment and the rest of them. Thank you we will stick with are original pest people.

The company's high pressure sales led to an impossible contract from which to terminate. Though the contract promised to thwart mice, our home was infested with mice during their horrific service. If it were possible to leave less than 1-star I would do so. Avoid this company like the plague. It still cost me $150 to terminate in accordance with their unethical contract; however, doing so was worth it to get as far away from this company as I could!

Terrible! Aptive's salesman Tyler knocked at my door, offered a $69 one time service, after questioning over and over about the one-time fee and service, he switched the contract to a quarterly service without letting me know. That's why there are so many bad reviews and comments on social media. I ended up being charged for and extra service of $120 while I was not at home.
