I am unsure what to think at this point. It seems like for my first treatment the technician was barely at my home for more than 10 minutes, plus the main reason I hired them was to take care of a mole problem in my front yard and I can’t tell if they’ve done anything about setting traps or poisons for the mole.

Showed up 20 minutes late. Finished in 25 minutes Did an absolute horrible job. I specially asked to spray over the deck. It was NOT done. Front porch has spider webs. I will be seeking to break the agreement. Do not want you guys back. I inspected my house and do not believe your tech did anything at all. Bees flying in the front and backyard. HORRIBLE

We asked for snails to be on the list, instead I see crickets. We don’t have a cricket problem. Also, there are still a lot of spider webs and live spiders on the outside on all 4 sides.

Aptive has consistently underperformed and NOT done what we agreed on to do. Your call center people just seem to be reading a script and don't really what they are talking about. Your sales people promise lots of things they don't deliver! No one seems to know anything about what goes on in the other parts of your company! I specifically called the day before service and had the operator put in the notes asking for re-baiting outside boxes especially since no inside work due to COVID but did the tech do it? Of course not because Aptive sucks!

I have had 5 applications: the Initial treatment + 4 quarterlies. Total cost: $544.85. This service has effectively protected my house from tigers and bears. But it has failed to keep out the cave crickets and centipedes. Right now there are more than 50 cave crickets stuck to the sticky paper sheets that I laid out in the basement in March. And that's besides the dozens that avoided the sticky paper and I had to kill with a fly swatter or with bug spray. So the fact is that my bug problem this spring is just as bad as it was in prior springs, only this time I paid $544.85.

Today, an Aptive salesperson knocked on my door in Lafayette. He stood there on my doorstep without a mask and tried to sell me their services. We are home on a Tuesday because I'm working from home and homeschooling my children during a pandemic, doing both at the same time so as to keep myself, my children and my students safe. Sending around salespeople who endanger ANYONE answering a door because said salesperson doesn't bother to wear a mask (which by the way is necessary in Boulder County) is terrible, terrible practice. That will make me avoid Aptive services in the future.

Showed up without prior notice. It was raining when he came. Was only able to do weepholes. Is he coming back to do yard? I don't know. I don't know if the same technician was here the last time, but he left spray on the window panes in the doors.

I’m going around my garage to see a black widow hanging on the eaves, right next to it is a wasp nest! They are right by the garage door! There are cobwebs all over . What did he actually do here? There is a huge nest on the back of the garage along with 3-4 smaller ones! No cobwebbing was was done! They are all over the house and the garage This is unacceptable! I don’t feel like I should have to pay for this service- I have to spend my Sunday doing what your guy was supposed to do He wasn’t even here for 15 minutes!!

I had to schedule another service within 2 weeks in order to have the eves swept and a wasp nest taken down, mind you this is within 2 weeks of the home already being serviced. Had to call and schedule another appointment because the eves on my house had still not been swept. Been with this company for 2 months and have been very disappointed. With my previous company I never had to call them back.
