Pathetic, unprofessional, and unresponsive. We were going to try them, scheduled for 8-10 window, then called to delay to 12. When not here by 3:00, we called and waited 15 minutes for representative to confirm they would be here in 20 minutes. They finally arrived at 5:15 but it was too late and we sent them away. They never called after first delay, to reschedule or let us know so we could re-arrange our schedule. After sending them away, we got an immediate call. Why couldn't they manage such a prompt response when we were waiting for 9 hours?

Pest problem got even worse since I've stated dealing with them. My house was services 3 times by this moment. Ant nests may just move a little after service or hide for couple days, yesterday I counted 18 ant nests after 3 times service. Before service there were just 2 roaches inside the house in 7 months, after they started ive already seen 17 in 2 months. They didn't even said sorry for overbilling. 30 minutes on hold trying to reach customer support and once hold is finished they just hang up.

We did not receive advance notification of this service appointment. If we had, we would have rescheduled because this service is 5 weeks too early. Our 1st service was on June 10, 2020 (with advanced notification). Our service agreement states that our next scheduled service is September. The "new schedule" of service that you now list gives us 5 quarterly treatments in one calendar year. Please adjust our service schedule to be 4 quarterly services in the calendar year and give us advance notification of when you will be providing service.

HORRIBLE! Very hard company to get replies from you are put on hold and no one comes on the line! I just signed up with your company and am very very unhappy! Your contract states if we need you to come back in between visits for pests there is no charge! Yet you charged me 100 today for a tech to come out and knock down a wasp nest! Wth! And then you send an invoice late at night! Wth! I am disputing this charge with my credit card and want my contract terminated! You are a scam company! I will also be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau!

I’ve told 3 different people that I’m done with them because my year is over and they said ok but continues to send people out to my house. I’ve tried calling the office for a week straight and I’m made to wait 15 mins or so every time just for it to say no one is available. Needless to say I’ve canceled my card and I’m not paying them anymore so they can come out all they want

Very disappointed in their service and results. We had an ant invasion that they did not resolve. They don’t respond to msgs in the app. So don’t bother. Called them for a free Re-service which they wanted to come a week out. Not cool! And they asked me if I’d like the inside trouble areas to be addressed, to which I wanted. But they refused to do so when they came on site. Don’t bother calling them. Get the gel ant baits on Amazon. That works! Next day, they’re gone. If you want results, go that route. Not the Aptive route.

Technician was really nice when arriving. But very upset he knocked down beehive above back door.. And just left it on ground. Didn't let me know he was leaving. Look outside and he was just gone. Next day I find my 4 year old in backyard playing with the beehive very very upsetting

If somebody comes to our house without notice and our prior approval, and when we are not home, it is bad behavior, which is unacceptable. We are not aware of this visit. I get a surprising email notified that the service is done on our premises. I never saw such worse company in my life. They don't even deserve a single star. I wish I could lower their review than 0 stars.

Aptive Environment showed up at our door in Colorado Springs. Our community has clearly marked NO SOLITITATION signs. Multiple homeowners in the area have politely requested Aptive to please leave the neighborhood and they refuse. The solititor (Dave W) is violating the governers COVID-19 state guidelines for wearing masks, did not adhere to social distancing requirements and is in violation of our HOA request. Please refrain from visiting our neighborhood in Trail Ridge South.

Terrible service. Do not provide time when will arrive. When I asked for a specific day and time to come out, came out when they decided and again with out a time provided. I was told this service would be free. He didn’t even come in side. And I was billed for quarterly. I have called several times to speak to someone and am just on hold for 20 plus minutes and then the system says will call back.

Customer service takes forever to get ahold of. Technicians are nice and friendly though. Scheduling can be frustrating and hard to get anyone. They don’t respond to emails even though emails from them say you can reply to it. So then you call and you’re on hold FOREVER.

Zero stars. Aptive once again failed to let me know they had arrived to so they could provide service indoors. I have REPEATEDLY asked Aptive to do this. I waited at home, they serviced the exterior and left with not notifying me of their arrival. This may not be a problem with the service tech, but with this company. I have tried 4 times today to get in touch via phone and have not been able to reach anyone. This happened at 2 of my properties today. I am cancelling service at all 3 of my properties.

I never received a call when the tech would arrive. I got an email saying that service was complete when it couldn’t have been since the tech needed to come inside and spray the bathroom for ants and spiders. Was also charged for quarterly service when I just joined and had my first service in June. Extremely unhappy!!! Would not recommend this company

This company loves to give customers the run around. If you try to call, for any reason, you will be placed on hold, after about an hour of waiting for a representative, you will be automatically forced to leave a name, message and number, then they will hang up. I would strongly recommend not going with this company, there are much better alternatives.

At the time of signing of contract, I was told by Aptive professional that they will spray pesticide for 3ft x 3ft, close to the foundation. On the day of servicing, the technician told that he would do 2ft x 2ft. Finally he did like 10 inches x 10 inches. When asked, he mentioned that he would run out of pesticide if he sprayed 3ft x 3ft and he wanted to save up for other homes. If he doesn't want to service my home as per the contract, why do I need to pay?
